About this apartment rental

This beautiful 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo is just steps from St. Augustine Beach. There is a view of the heated lagoon pool from the open living area, master bedroom, and large balcony. The condo is a 1 level corner unit, on the top floor with elevator access. The condo itself does not have neighbors above it and there are no stairs in the unit. It’s centrally located and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, activities, and a short drive away from downtown St. Augustine.

The space

The Kitchen
The condo has an updated kitchen with a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, solid surface counters and shaker cabinets. It is stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, serveware, drip coffee maker, and keurig. We provide some keurig pods, cream, and sugar to start off your stay.
The bedrooms
There's a master bedroom with king size bed, a second bedroom with a queen size bed, and a 3rd bedroom with 2 full size beds. All the bedrooms have their pillow cases, sheets, and covers refreshed for each stay.
The Bathrooms
There are 2 bathrooms which have been updated with white cabinets, tiled showers and tiled floors. One is in the main hallway and the other is part of the master suite.
The Living area
In the living area we have a comfortable sectional sofa, coffee table and flat screen TV with cable. The WiFi password will be located in the Welcome Guide on the coffee table.
The Dining Area
Adjacent to the living area is the dining area that is separate but still open to the rest of the living space. You can enjoy gathering around the dining table for meals or playing games.
Beach Amenities
For the beach we have beach chairs, an umbrella, large cooler, body boards, sand toys, and a wagon to help walk it over to the beach. These are located in the laundry room. There are 8 beach towels in the linen closet inside the condo.
Laundry Room
The laundry room has a separate entrance just outside the front door. This is where you will find the full size washer and dryer. This is also where we store the beach supplies.
Extras
You’ll find we have stocked the villa with all the other necessities you'd expect such as linens, towels, paper products, hand soap, and hand sanitizer. We also provide some travel size toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.
Ocean Villas Amenities
There are 2 pools located in Ocean Villas Complex. The one closest to the unit is heated October through April. The other pool that is closest to the beach, is a zero entry pool. There is also a BBQ pit, a horseshoe area and outdoor showers located near the beautiful gazebo and deck that leads to a gated walkway to the beach.
Parking
Guests will be given 2 guest passes for parking and an access code to the gated parking area. There are parking spaces right outside the condo building. Cars without a pass may be towed. **Please note, only 2 passes will be given due to there being limited parking in our parking lot.

Beautiful condo! Pictures did not lie. Condo was clean, spacious, well appointed, had two pools (one heated to 92 degrees daily which was heavenly on chilly days), great location, and short stroll to gorgeous beach. Host was very responsive to our needs. Lots of cherished family memories were made. Would highly recommend this condo.

This condo was perfect for family. Trying to find a three bedroom condo that was all on one level was difficult. But this one was perfect. Elevator was near the apartment which made getting up to the third-floor easy. Condo was very clean and the owner checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything that we needed. Pool was clean and warm! Will definitely stay hear again.

The property was exactly how it was described. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We walked to the beach everyday and the kids enjoyed both pools. Communication from Cindy was prompt and kind. I would rent from her again!

Cindy and Nate were wonderful hosts. The condo was well appointed with very helpful items including a pack N play and high chair. Plenty of necessities like dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper and beach supplies including a cart. The unit was close to elevator making the 3rd floor a breeze. We enjoyed the beach and the pool. The host was very responsive to our needs. A great experience. Hope to be back again next year.

We had a wonderful time at this condo! We had 4 adults and two small children and it was the perfect location for a short trip. The property was clean and well stocked with all the home items you could need to feel at home. Highly recommend

Great place for a ladies getaway. Condo was very clean, hosts provided all of they key amenities and added personal touches like snacks and a bottle of wine! Living space was very comfy and homey. Balconies great for morning coffee or after sun cocktails. Complex has two pools, one closest to the beach was perfect for hopping back and forth from the beach. Location close to many restaurants, and a short drive to downtown for many more. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Condo was as described. Kitchen was well equipped and the condo lacked nothing for our stay. The unit is next to the elevator, which is very convenient when you need to move in or out. Also, close to the heated pool, which we liked. Definitely recommend.

I’ve stayed at this complex several times. It’s easily accessible to great restaurants, downtown Saint Augustine especially during the holidays, the beach and of course it has heated pool for the winter time!!

The condo was extremely clean! Absolutely loved the view from our balcony! Grandkids (young adults) walked to the beach every morning! Publix close to the condo was a plus!!! Plenty of pillows....and the couch was very comfortable....2 slept on it every night😊 Now, the weather was NOT THE BEST..... That is nature for you😂🤣😂 It was a good thing we LOVED THE CONDO, since we spent most of the time inside!!!! By the way, LOVED THE FLAMINGO decorations everywhere💞

Overall we had a great family vacation celebrating my Mother’s birthday. The Condo was lovely and looked just like the photos. However, one of the reasons we chose this particular condo was because of the view from the patio which overlooked the lagoon and pool. When we arrived there was loud construction work being done around this area through our whole stay and hindered our time out there. Could not walk around this area at all. We would have appreciated advance notice of this construction activity.

We loved the condo and the location. The owner was very accommodating and easy to reach. The condo had more than enough supplies and accommodations. We went down to St. Augustine for about a week unfortunately Hurricane Ian decided to show and cut our trip short. Cindy the owner helped us stay up to date on the evacuation for the area and even refunded us for the nights we weren’t able to stay due to the weather. Other than that the stay was wonderful and plenty of room for our family. Would definitely like to return again.

This property could not have been more perfect. It was spacious and clean and worked perfect for 5 women celebrating our first family get-away in 3 years since COVID. The location was amazing as it had pool and beach access, and was only 15 minutes to downtown St. Augustine. We would absolutely stay here again.

The unit was bright and very clean. It was in a nice secure area, not very crowded, easy access to the pool, and a short walk to a very nice beach. Everything was in excellent condition. I would suggest traction tape in the bathtub and maybe a hand rail only because I’m old and the tub was a bit slippery while taking a shower. Would highly recommend this place. It’s on the third floor but close to the elevator.

My sister and I stayed at this property with three friends for a long weekend. We had the best time! This property is one the cleanest and most well kept places I have stayed compared to all other rental experiences and would highly recommend it. Cindy was in touch over the weekend but we didn't have any issues with the condo including a very easy check-in and check out experience. Although, it was a cloudy weekend we enjoyed walking the beach, the heated pool, and exploring downtown. Thank you Cindy for providing us with an excellent location to gather with friends!

We loved the condo -So spacious and it was nicely appointed/upgraded! The 5 min. walk to the beach with the wagon and beach chairs provided was awesome! Cindy was super responsive and helped with restaurant recommendations and local info. The laundry room and large covered patio were awesome too! Would stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable three bedroom condo with everything you could possibly want for an amazing vacation. Cindy was super attentive and the property was well maintained. We loved swimming in the ocean, rinsing off and then enjoying the heated pool. The elevator is very convenient for loading and unloading luggage and groceries. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. You can’t go wrong renting this gem.

Great stay for a girls weekend

This was a great place to stay for our girls weekend (especially since our theme was also Flamingos) - we were a party of 6. The condo was clean, fully stocked and was a nice open space for everyone to be together. Two great pools and a short walk to the beach. Cindy was a great host. I would recommend or stay here again!
