This property was within walking distance to some great hiking trails. Had everything we needed for our time in Helena....and having access to a washer and dryer right in the unit was a bonus. Would highly recommend staying here.

This apartment is excellent. Great location to walk to the local attractions, the Capital, the Cathedral, the Mall downtown, etc. The neighborhood is very walkable.
The apartment is clean and well cared for, as well as comfortably furnished.
It was 102 degrees in Helena when we arrived there. When we walked into the apartment is was cool, and it cooled down overnight.
The owner is very east to contact and helpful for information about the apartment.
We would stay there again.
Thank you.

This property was perfect for us. Convenient to downtown and our family. This is the second time we have stayed there.

This place was just right for 2 people. Much better than just having a hotel room for the weekend! It was clean and stocked for bath and coffee was provided for 1 night. We would definitely stay here again if available.

This daylight basement had all the comforts needed. There was lots of light and it was very quiet. We’ll look it up next time we’re in town!

The only negative I would mention is the toilet paper holder might be time to invest in a real one. To fell on the floor every time. Other than that thanks for the place to crash everything was just great.

Property was clean and well appointed. Had some problems with the t.v. Could have been user error 😜 Maybe some instructions on what’s available to watch, directions on how to get there. It was rainy during our stay. The fireplace was very nice 😊

LOVED THE FIREPLACE, IT WAS CHILLY AND IT ADDED SOME WARMTH. KITCHEN IS NICE. BARKING DOG MIGHT WANT TO BE ADDRESSED, AND NOISE FROM UPSTAIRS WAS A BIT ANNOYING. VERY CLEAN AND QUAINT.

Walking distance to downtown and Carroll College, the Capitol, St.Helena’s, and many other sites of interest. Easy access to trails. Host was a rapid responder to inquiries about early check-in and recommended dining establishments.

There were a few things that could have been slightly cleaned better but other than that, the property was nice and comfortable. I recommend this place, for the price it's a nice place to stay.

The location was very good, just a couple blocks from downtown. Accommodations' perfect for a short stay. Bed, comfortable. Living room cozy with the electric fireplace. Bathroom small but lots of hot water and all was fine. TV was only free smart stations, not much there, no local stations, we didn't use much. Kitchen was large with the bare essentials but we did fine. Washer/dryer right next to kitchen was was a wonderful bonus. Parking on street just a few feet from the door. Never communicated with the owner but didn't need to as we had no problem with anything. For the money it was much better than a motel and next time we are in Helena would stay again.

This was a cute place in a nice quiet neighborhood. The apt. had a full kitchen with items needed to cook a meal. They had a washer/dryer with liquid detergent available for use, which was a nice touch. Bath towels, extra blankets and pillows were available. Fans were available for use for cooling. Ken was very accessible if needed.

First time using Vrbo. Property owner was responsive and answered questions promptly. Apartment was clean, had all necessary essentials, street was quiet and bed reasonably comfortable. Shower was hot, though a challenge for tall individuals. Would recommend though experienced exorbitant service fees in addition to nightly rental of room.

Very pleasant basement apartment. Walk in at ground level, and natural light in the living room. Street parking available right in front of the door, with an outdoor area complete with a grill. The apartment appears to be part of the original basement of the house and partly a converted garage. Living room is great, bathroom is small but perfectly functional, bedroom is nice and I slept very well. I particularly appreciated the bench in the bedroom that was perfect for an open suitcase. The kitchen had full-size appliances and was equipped with everything for cooking except the food. Laundry was available, though I didn’t use it. The floors were a bit uneven in places, but not so wonky that it was a problem. The host communicated well and was nice to work with. Self check in with an entry code. The location was excellent, between downtown and the capitol, though up a steep hill.
