Bircoo Cottage is situated right in the heart of the Bridport shopping precinct, only 2 minutes walk to Restaurants, Supermarkets, Pubs and Clubs, directly across the road from safe beaches and the Foreshore walking and bike track , playground and village green.
Perfect for family holidays ( Pet Friendly, one Pet at a time, outside only ) BBQ with outdoor dinning for 6, Picnic Basket, Beach towels, and boogie boards already here. Park the car and forget it!
Great also for couples and small golfing groups, Free course transfers are available by arrangement, and BBQ Packs for after game celebrations can be arranged for you on request, prices vary depending on size of group. A Continental and hot Breakfast provided. Tea and Coffee with Tea Pot and Coffee Plunger also available.

We loved staying in this property. Even with 6 of us we had plenty of room. The outdoor balcony provides options for shelter or sun. Plenty of provisions in the pantry and we enjoyed cooking in the roomy and well equipped kitchen. The property is close to everything including the beach and has lovely ocean views. A big part for us was being able to bring our dog with us! For two couples, a second queen size bed would make our stay even more comfortable. We would love to return to Bircoo Cottage again soon.

As others have reviewed this is a spotlessly clean cottage that is located right in the centre of Bridport. Victoria is great to work with and went above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable (especially when we locked ourselves out of the house at night and she found a way to let us back in within about 10 minutes!). The kitchen is really well stocked with equipment and there were lots of nice extras provided when we arrived. The beds and lounge were also very comfortable. A great base to enjoy Bridport!

Our stay at Bircoo Cottage from start to finish was one of the best I have ever had. The thoughtfulness with providing a breakfast package (eggs,bacon,salmon,milk and juice) and the attention to detail are second to none. Loads of information on what to do in the area, and absolutely one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. I can't think of a single thing that wasn't provided. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family & for sure coming back again. Loved it!!!

This property would have to be the cleanest and best presented I have stayed in. With the extra touches such as beach gear and movie selection it makes it feel like home. The location is excellent being literally right behind the town centre and central to all other attractions. We would come back in a heart beat.

Bircoo Cottage was in a perfect location including walking distance to the water, park, local pub, cafe and IGA supermarket. It was also only a 10 min drive to Barnbougle Dunes which is perfect for a group of 4 golfers such as us. I would recommend Bircoo Cottage to others that are visiting Barnbougle or Bridport.

My stay at Bircoo Cottage was delightful. The host, Victoria, could not have done more to make me feel welcome, going above and beyond in so many ways. The position and views, magic. A short stroll down the hill to the shopping centre, cross the road and head to the beach. I had a coffee and meal at the local cafe, lovely relaxed feel. After a little wander through the town, back to Bircoo where it felt like coming home. Phone reception was great for both Optus and Telstra. Only wish I had been able to stay more than one night. Plenty of provisions provided, very clean, perfect position but for me Victoria herself is the secret behind the scenes making sure anyone who stays here enjoys the visit. Her attention to detail, and especially her attention to guests is unbeatable. Pets are welcome and mine had a lovely visit. With many thanks Victoria, I will be telling everyone how great Bircoo is, Lenore

My sister and i travelled around Tasmania for 3 weeks and when we arrived in Bridport to stay at Bircoo cottage we felt so comfortable. Well equipped with everything you could possibly need.Breakfast foods in fridge and freezer was a special touch. Lots of walks and the village on our doorstep. We would definately stay again.Thanks Victoria.

We recently stayed at Bircoo Cottage and were 100% happy with everything it offered. Victoria was a lovely, caring host, but also very discreet and non invasive... a lovely lady. Everything was provided that you would need for a wonderful getaway. Cleanliness was spot on and bed was super comfy as were the pillows. Next time we will definitely stay longer and look forward to doing so. It was a really wonderful place to stay and so close to everything, shops, beach,walking tracks etc. Can't speak highly enough of this place, totally recommend it to anyone wanting a great getaway. All the extras in the fridge and cupboard were a fantastic find too.. thanks Victoria and well done on a great BNB venture.
