Amazing villa and unforgettable view of the gulf of naples, with Vesuvius across the way and Sorrento down below. Very friendly and easy to work with the property manager. You need to park on the street below near the Hotel View'D'Or (view of gold) and walk up an incline a bit - not bad -all worked out great. The villa has a great table in the shade for eating your home-cooked italian fare, we felt almost like native Italians being there.

The location above Sorrento was very convenient and you could not ask for a better view.

We were greeted by Davide when checking in. The view from this place is spectacular! However, if you’re not up to climbing steps & burning wood for heat this is not your place. Davide made sure we had wood every day to burn for heat. This property had a charm to it that we will never forget. Thank you, Davide!

Loved the property! views spectacular very comfortable.
Pool a bit difficult to get in and out of and decking probable needs TLC (Nails and loose boards) but over all amazing and would definitely stay there again. Property manager (Max) could not have been more helpful.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful location. Davide and Max were wonderful hosts. We had made arrangements to through Davide and Max to do a boat tour; however, do to weather it was cancelled but they remained in contact with us to alert us if there would be changes. The location is gorgeous and next door is a hotel if you want to eat out, but do not want to head to town. As mentioned previously if you do not have a private car the taxi fare is $50 euro each way. That becomes costly. We used a taxi one day but primarily used our car. The location is breath taking and Max and Davide make sure to provide all the essentials (snacks and drinks). Our family (2 adults and 4 children [13-7]), truly enjoyed our stay.

There were issues upon check-in. Namely one of the bedrooms A/C was not working and the host did try by getting a technician in, but couldn’t fix so the first night was quite uncomfortable. The listing should more clearly state that only the top two bedrooms have A/C and the entire first floor has none. It was fine because we came in June.
The unit has great bones and architecture but needs a little upgrades and TLC.
The host was quite helpful with booking day trips. The view is incredible.
Overall it was a positive experience and I’d recommend it but do so, knowing that it could use some upgrades

Beautiful view and setting. House was clean and at a good location. Steps were not so bad except for a little overgrown hedges but not a problem. Parking was not a problem.
We liked the layout of the house and yard. The view was breathtaking day and night.
We would recommend the property.

Property is above the city of sorrento, 15 minutes by car from the city center. We stayed comfortably with four adults and three children 3-9.
Home was very clean, and location has a beautiful view of the bay and volcano.
The owner/managers Davide and Max made our stay memorable and terrific. They were welcoming and attentive. They introduced us to wonderful restaurants, a chef who came to the house and watched over us went we had questions or in one case got lost in the city streets.
Cant say enough good things. Will go back

The view from this house is amazing, we had breakfast in the yard every morning looking at Mt. Vesuvius. It was nice to come home from a long day and swim in the pool (the kids loved it). Best if you have transportation to get in and out of town. Vincezio, our driver, was a great tour guide and took fantastic care of our family.

Ottimo soggiorno
Villa bellissima, vista mare eccellente, casa ben immobiliata, alcuni difetti ma piccolissimi. Lo consiglio.
