Nice located and beautiful view from roof top pool

Very nice view from roof top. Well equipped rooms. Close to city centre. Soundproof windows

Blocked sink in the shower- cleaning issue Two out of three umbrellas at the pool broken. Even with sound proof windows you can hear noise from the traffic.

Nice host, great location, clean rooms and bathroom.

It was near to the center and the beach. Amazing host, Dijana was very helpful. Clear and tidy apartment, with a nice view to the sea. The apartment was unexpectedly big and cosy with a huge balcony. We’ll come back soon!

Attractively styled small apartment in convenient but noisy location

Good value for money: comfortable one-bedroom apartment with no balcony but access to large roof terrace (and small, but heated, pool), with an excellent view. Relatively easy 10-minute walk down to the fascinating resort centre, a mix of Belle Epoque elegance and some rather shabbier touristy stretches.

Traffic noise, but we had been warned; the building is very close to the main road to Pula. Kitting out was rather basic - no coffee machine, just a rather defective stove-top Moka device. Access arrangements caused some anxiety: the host switched to using SMS at the last minute to send the code, without establishing if this worked for us.

Beautiful and specious apartment in a perfect location

We were three colleagues visiting. The apartment was better than expected. The large livingroom with the kitchen and balcony is pretty cozy, also the main bedroom is excellent. Bathrooms are nice too. All premises were so neat that not a single speck of dust could be found! The building is in a perfect location, walking distance from downtown. The garage was also a great option to have and the view from the top of the building was spectacular!

Actually everything was perfect, a few things however might be noted: The apartment building is on a hillside. Restaurants and shops are all in downtown by the sea, so you need to do a little walk uphill each time you go out. This is not the apartment's fault but it worth considering before you book. | It was a little bit problematic that it was extremely hard to open and close the patio doors. | Only one set of keys were given, so every time we were separated, we had to put them in the key cabinet. It was not a big deal, but still an uncomfy thing to do. | No nightstands in small bedroom. | The building is on a busy road, so it's not really easy to do the self check-in if you arrive by car.

An excellent apartment in a great location with great views.

The property is very spacious and modern, and we had everything we needed for our stay. Check-in was simple and the parking was easily accessed. Great views of the bay.

The traffic outside was quite noisy so using the balcony wasn't for us.

Great location , book if available as you will regret later!!

Great parking under the property, Possibility to use washing machine and dryer. The flat was great, clean and fully furnished wit everything you need. close to town centre and attractions. Great rooftop pool and well maintained and clean regularly.

Minor repair to the shower enclosure needed and steps to the pool on the roof, i am sure the owners will do that asap as there was great contact with them.

Beautiful apartment with view, short walk to town and beach!

The apartment was exceptional - one of the nicest vacation rentals I have ever stayed in. Super modern, clean with all the conveniences of modern living. The rooftop pool was perfect for an afternoon dip when it was hot and the view was amazing! You can walk down the street to the center and beach, it's down a pretty steep hill but it's very close (600 meters). There is a great restaurant the host recommended (Ruzmarin) where we went twice, it was so good. Reservations recommended if you are going after 6 pm.
