Bright and sunny guest suite with a private entrance located on a half acre park like property. Protected forest borders the property with the French Broad River just beyond it. This sleepy community offers peace and quiet yet is just a stones throw from some of Asheville's best bars, breweries and restaurants as well as the River Arts District, Biltmore Estate and of course Downtown. Perfect for single travelers or couples.
2 night min stay on weekends.
3 night min on holiday weekends.
The Space - The Kingsize bed is a brand new Serta Perfect Sleeper with a separate pillow top cover. There is a night table and a lamp on either side with a charging hub on the larger table for all of your devices.
There is a fridge, electric kettle and single cup coffee maker. We have provided cups, as well as glasses and openers for beer and wine.
Bathroom - Large soaking tub and an enclosed shower stall. The armoire has hangers and a couple of drawers for your clothing.
Outside - The front porch overlooks the yard and is a sweet spot for morning coffee or a glass of vino in the evening. There is seating in the courtyard and you will find some throws in the basket under the TV for chilly nights.
The property - The neighborhood is very quiet and surrounded by forest. It's not unusual to spot turkeys, deer, groundhogs or bears.
We live on the property and are currently working on an RV remodel project. The opposite side of the house is also an Airbnb. Each side is private with no access from the other guests. In other words there are no shared spaces inside the house.
You'll have access to the front porch and the courtyard area. There is a parking space for you that is on the street and leads directly down to your area. We park and enter from the opposite side so as not to disturb you. Please park just after the steps to the courtyard. This will assure that we both have ample parking space.
The Robin's nest is an evolving permacultural homestead. You will likely at some point in your stay see us doing work in the yard or around the property. If you have any questions about some of the projects we are working on please don't be shy.

Cabin like feel. Quiet and cozy spot to just come and relax after a long day of fun TiVo ties in the area. Bed is very comfortable. Everything you need to just relax. Wife wants to come back.

We loved staying in this cozy little home outside of Asheville. We felt so relaxed and had everything we could've imagined. The porch is adorable and a great place for a morning cup of coffee and the bed was SO COMFORTABLE. This will forever be my go-to rental when I travel to Asheville! :)

Host was great and her description of the space was exactly what we expected. We spent a lot of time on the adorable porch in the evenings. Only critique would be for a small coffee pot vs the k cup pot. We had a great stay.

Great location, only 10 minutes from everything in and around Asheville.

Perfect location that met all of my unique needs! Communication with host was great, response time perfect. Slept great! So peaceful! I had stopped on my way to the Robin's Nest to pick up some necessities only to find out that everything was included by the host and stopping was not necessary at all, which I fully appreciated. I have never stayed in a hotel room that provided the accommodations that this Host provides!

Loved staying in Leanna's studio for a short visit to Asheville! It's the perfect place for peace and quiet after a day of exploring the town. The bed might be the comfiest bed I've ever slept in, the tub was well suited for soaking tired feet, and the little personal touches were so appreciated. Leanna was great with communication and offering suggestions and her homestead is gorgeous. Space was super clean and well cared for. Highly recommend!!

I had planned many things to do, when I bought my concert tickets. The weather had other ideas, they had a horrible cold snap. So I changed it up and had a nice relaxing spa weekend. Soaked in the tub, so peaceful !
Face and feet masks, sung as a bug in my warm oasis. Got to watch what ever I wanted on the TV. I did check out a few places and then it was time for music. The concert was amazing, look him up, you will not be disappointed. The Grey Eagle was a great intimate venue. How many people can saw they have seen an Emmy statue up close and personal.

We were in Asheville for Warren Haynes’ Christmas Jam so we only needed a clean and comfy place to sleep. The Robin’s nest was just that + creatively appointed.
Location is away from downtown in a local neighborhood. We loved the natural setting and the many plants inside. I’m sure it’s much more green in the spring!
Everything went as planned and communication with Leann was easy.

We enjoyed our stay at Robin’s Nest. The roads in Asheville and to the VRBO took some getting used to.

I stayed here for my birthday and it it was in a beautiful location in North Charlotte. The room was wonderfully decorated and cozy. I loved sitting on the front porch for my morning coffee and evening glass of wine. Its close to the River Arts district and downtown but I always looked forward to coming back to the room! Leanna is sweet and very communicative. The times we spoke, we had great conversation. I love that it's tucked away in the woods but close to everything! I would love to make this my yearly birthday ritual.

This place was so clean, quiet and cozy. Close to everything. Leanna was so nice. If it would have had a microwave I would never have left the house.

I traveled up to Asheville from Jacksonville FL for a peaceful long weekend away. I spent a couple of nights there alone before my partner joined me and I felt completely safe which as a single traveler is important to me. The space was incredibly clean and I could tell that a lot of thought has been put into the decor and the extra details (selection of coffees and teas, cold drinks in the fridge, toiletries in case you forget etc.). The bathtub was the icing on the cake, much bigger in person! I ran into my host Leanna who was very sweet and welcoming but other than seeing her while parking I wouldn’t have known there was anyone else on the property. The porch was wonderful for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine and I saw some deer and tons of beautiful butterflies. The location was great- close enough that I only paid about $9 for Ubers to and from downtown but far enough from everything that it was quiet and serene at all hours. Great spot especially for the price :)

The Robin's Nest was just lovely. We only stayed for one night and wish we could have stayed longer. Our hosts greeted us upon arrival and were very welcoming. Bed was super comfortable, very clean and the artistic decor was perfect. This is our future go to place in Asheville.

I was looking for a pretty place to lay my head after a long day of adventure and that's exactly what I got! I had everything I needed and the bed was sooo comfortable! The birds singing in the morning were just exquisite!

My friend and I had an excellent stay at The Robin's Next. The location was perfect and close to wherever we wanted to go. I loved the deck for reading in the evenings and enjoying the sounds of wildlife. I highly recommend this listing.

My stay in Asheville was made so much more memorable and enjoyable because of my stay at the Robin's Nest. It's nestled in the trees. The morning's were my favorite, birds singing, deers playing and enjoying my coffee on the deck. The hosts responded to any and all questions. When I come back to Asheville, I will stay here again.

The property owners were so friendly and helpful. The rental was so cozy and homey; it is decorated so lovely. We LOVED having an outside place (balcony/porch) to call our own. We spent much of the time outside when we were "home" and not sightseeing. The rental is equipped with a comfortable king size bed with lots of pillows. A good amount of space to store your own belongings. A huge bathroom with a soaking tub and shower. There was a keurig coffee pot to use and a mini fridge(large size.) She has thought of everything you may need . We definitely will stay here next time we're in Ashville, NC.

The Robin’s Nest is an adorable suite located nearby to the best parts of Asheville.
Pros:
- Very cute. A lot of TLC in decorating the space.
-Large soaking tub was wonderful. Especially after a few days of hiking.
-Bed was huge and very comfortable.
-Check-in was very easy.
-Had some nice homey touches like a blow dryer and easy to use TV.
Cons:
-We booked the stay knowing that there wasn’t a kitchen but planned to bring a camp stove to make a few meals since we were staying for a total of 5 days. Got a message the day before traveling stating that there is absolutely no cooking allowed in the rental. That it is “against all code.” But that there was a microwave provided for reheating leftovers. We arrived to no microwave and were told that it had to be removed because it was tripping the breaker. So we were stuck eating cold breakfast hash for 5 days.
-Another inconsistency with amenities was that VRBO and welcome binder mentioned a fire pit that didn’t exist.
-Felt uncomfortable with the only separation from the rest of the home being a sliding barn door with a lock only on the owner’s side.
-Lastly, some of the rules were a little restrictive. It would have been nice to know in advance that you aren’t permitted to enjoy the beautiful yard. There is only one chair provided but you can’t eat anywhere near the bed, so that wasn’t ideal for two people.
Overall, a cute place in a pretty good location. Not very conducive for a comfortable longer stay.

The property was set up well. All the decor was lovely and well thought out. Although we couldn't walk to anything the Lyfts were pretty inexpensive. All around we had a nice time and liked the location.

Very small, cozy bedroom with bathroom. There is a problem with the electricity- the breaker tripped 2 times. Located in a neighborhood with narrow, winding roads. Very nice host.

We have booked VRBOs and it’s always been a good experience. This time, not so much. My husband and I had booked the Robins Nest for two nights for our anniversary. The accommodations seemed clean but the unit had a musty smell. There were no pillows on the beds, only shams. We understood the main temperature unit controls were in the main residence. There was a radiant heater in the unit however based on the instructions, the unit could not be plugged into the power strip under the tv. Searching for additional outlets we could only find one behind the bed. We reached out to the host while we were there letting her know we planned to stay elsewhere. A response from the host regarding the musty smell and no pillows would have been appreciated
