海が見えるホテル

温泉があり、浴場、脱衣所が広いので多少人がいても混んでいる感じがなく、くつろげた。海が見えるのが良かった。🐟料理が美味しい。最寄り駅から少し距離があり歩ける距離だが、お年寄りには向かない。

うなぎ丼を食べたが、🍚固化したご飯が所々に入っていて残念だった。

部屋はシンプルで使いやすかった。空港まで、タクシーで4千円くらいかかりました。

駅から結構歩くのと、道がわかりにくい。チェックインが機械でできなくて、人を呼んだりが面倒でした。

Très bon hôtel pour se détendre avant d'aller prendre l'avion

L'hôtel est à une station de l'aéroport. Compter 10 mn de marche jusqu'à la station, puis 7 minutes de train (attention au temps d'attente du train). Le check in est rapide et très original (mais il vaut mieux faire le pré-enregistrement pour avoir le QR code. L'hôtel vous contacte directement sur booking pour vous envoyer le lien, c'est très pratique). Le SPA est petit mais agréable avec un spa en intérieur et un en extérieur. Une partie relaxation sur des tatami avec manga à disposition est disponible dans la partie SPA (qui est un complexe rattaché à l'hôtel). N'hésitez pas à sortir le soir, il y a des restaurants, une grande roue et un outlet juste à côté de la gare de Rinku town.

Good if you need to be at the airport early or if you’re getting off the flight late.

The rooms were a bit more spacious than most hotel rooms I got in Japan. Check in was easy even though we were there quite late.

The in room tub that was advertised was basically just a bath tub. I get why that wouldn’t be much of a problem because there was an onsen on site, but my partner has tattoos, so we were hoping the tub would justify the higher price point. Staff (via email)also didn’t clarify very directly whether my partner having tattoos would pose a problem if they tried to use the onsen or not so we just didn’t go.

Stuck in Osaka no choice 🤷🏻‍♀️

My plane was cancelled and I had to book a last minute hotel close to the airport to take my early flight the next morning. I honestly did not pay much attention to which hotel I was booking before booking it. So I was a little surprised by the dinosaur receptionist. If your used to the check in in Japan where you do it by yourself it’s very easy and straight forward. I had no issues but I did help an older couple who couldn’t deal with the screen and since there’s no staff visible it did stress them out a little, but with help their process was also smooth (staff will come out if your really in trouble or need help). The room was spacious and the shower was big which I did appreciate. The bed were so hard though, it was not a peaceful night of sleep for me because of it. It was quiet, I’ll give them that, the soundproofing is really on point. It is also really close and easy to walk to and from the main train to the airport (10 min walk). So it was convenient. I had a room with 3 single beds and none of them were particularly comfortable, but for a quick break and be able to lie down and take a shower and a quick nap to refresh it’s fine. Wouldn’t do more than one night.

Bed were to hard for me, not comfortable to sleep on.

- Dinosaurier an der Rezeption - Onsen im Nebengebäude im Preis inbegriffen - 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof (Straßenbahn zum Flughafen) - sehr sauber - Aussicht aufs Meer

- Bett relativ hart, wie in Japan üblich

Prima voor Airport overnachting

Goede plek om te overnachten voor een vroege vlucht vanaf KIX. Kamer redelijk ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken.

Matras en kussen erg matig. Kamers op begane grond erg gehorig en je ziet er niks van het mooie uitzicht. Faciliteiten als spa en gym lastig te vinden, shop bij ingang waar je op sokken loopt is een rare plek met bijzondere sfeer. Geen sjoege van personeel.

Calme, pratique et relaxant à deux pas de l'aéroport

Emplacement pratique à une station de train de l'aéroport. Hôtel calme et confortable. Accès inclus au Onsen avec vue sur la mer : le gros plus pour une dernière escale avant de quitter le Japon. Le petit déjeuner est sympa aussi.

La signalétique depuis la gare est inexistante : quelques fléchages ou un petit plan simplifieraient l'accès. Les dinosaures étaient inactifs quand nous sommes arrivés, rendant l'expérience d'accueil un peu étrange.

Ho pernottato qui solo per la comodità all’aeroporto del Kansai. Ottimo il ristorante dell’albergo.

Checkin automatico con la presenza di due dinosauri robot, la receptionist usciva solo su chiamata ed era poco collaborativa. Stanze non proprio pulite.

Nos cobraron 300 yen por el onsen, a pesar de que ni mi pareja ni yo podemos usarlo por tener tatuajes. Lo conversé con el personal, pero al parecer era un valor obligatorio. De ser así deberían incluirlo en el precio de la habitación.

景色、朝日と夕日がみえた。海外旅行に行っているようだ。ベッドの質が大変良い。隣の温泉施設が無料。こちらは清潔感があり、新しい。

部屋のお風呂の掃除をしてもらえない。3泊中一度も。トイレが古くて座るたび水音がすごい。

This hotel is more like a 2 star motel 6 and I would not stay here again.

It was close to the Kansai airport.

Do NOT trust the 4 star rating! The location is very remote but close to the airport. There is no staff helping you check in and there’s no way to have an early check in. They have two robotic velociraptors that to speak to you as you self check in at the kiosk. They could not find my info at first and the dino said it would contact staff twice but no one came. We had to use the hotel phone next to the front desk to call a staff member. The rooms are small and there is a small robot that has a camera and motion sensor and speaks to you when you enter the room. It’s very annoying and takes awhile to figure out how to turn it off. We called to ask for extra pillows and they said they don’t have extra pillows. The staff was very unfriendly. There was a piece of food on the carpet in our room. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

地理位置好，离关西机场很近，周边有餐厅和超市。房间里可以看到海景，晴天的时候特别美。可以提前寄存行李，工作人员特别热情且有耐心。前台是两只小恐龙，超级超级可爱。以后来大阪转机还会选这一家。

Breakfast was first class. Love the buffet, the selection and the location by the ocean!

Lose the Robots and especially the Raptor Dinosaurs. The idea that guests should be greeted by a pair of Reptilian predators is a bit strange to us. You should try more pleasant Avatars or keep hiring pleasant humans. We had to call someone out of the office anyway to ask a question. Also, our taxi driver could not initially find the hotel which was only a few miles from the airport. You may want to advertise the location a little more. GPS takes you to a bridge that is above the hotel.

房間三人住一起看起來整體大小很擠，經過調整行李箱都能放得開，房間內有加濕機，很舒服。

最方便的直接在酒店能有舒服的溫泉泡，和海景餐廳用餐，可以看到飛機在前方飛出機場和降落。雖然我們住的日子下大雨和晚上看不到景色。也喜歡附設的小商店，買了很多伴手禮。房間內提供泡溫泉的籃子很方便。

沒有免費提供機場到酒店交通。拖鞋尺寸太大雙，一般女性24公分大小的腳也覺得大。三人房間可以預估下住宿男女比例來放拖鞋。或者如浴衣一樣在電梯口自行拿取使用。

晴れてたら良かったのに

オーシャンビューにしたので、ロケーションは良かったです。窓開けられないのは残念だけど、目の前が海ってやっぱりいいです。お部屋も広くて清潔、お布団も綺麗でした、温泉も気持ちよかったし、温泉行く荷物入れの籠も良かったです。

入らなかったけど、部屋のお風呂の換気扇にホコリが。トイレの便座も冷たかった。温泉見回ってるスタッフさんは、敢えて挨拶しないのかな？オーシャンビューのお部屋にしたので窓際に置いてある椅子に座って外を見ようとしたら、窓の桟が丁度視線と同じ高さ。これは悲しかった。何で……。

Perfect stay.

The location is perfect within a short distance from the airport. Dinner was delicious and the Onsen very agreeable. Everything was spotless clean and Staff is super attentive and kind. We walked out to the shops and to rent a car and everything was super easy. Definitively recommend it and will stay again.

Ludique et cool !

Très beau, rapide pour s’enregistrer, belle vue depuis la chambre et restaurant au top ! Insolite les robot raptor à l’accueil !

On avait pas le petit robot compagnon dans la chambre et pas de wifi séparé donc risque de piratage accru, pourtant le wifi par chambre est existant mais pas moyen d’y accéder

めちゃくちゃ良かった！

大浴場、温泉、サウナがあり宿泊者が無料で利用できるところプロジェクター付きの部屋に宿泊したのですが、YouTubeや他配信サイトが見れるのは助かりました。観光だけではなくホテル内でも退屈しないのはとても良かったです！

Not a great location, decent room, clean, fine. Unremarkable.

Nice room, bay view. No real desk or chair, though. Strange layout, but fine.

Weird check in, all automated, animatronic dinosaurs (?!?) at the desk...just weird. And then there was a little robot in the room, speaking Japanese, which I didn't understand, and didn't know how to turn off. Just weird, and unnecessary.
