We had fun. This is the first time for us. I just found out we are missing a jean jacket with train stuff in pockets

Kitchen was fully equipped and all the beds were comfortable. Appreciated the multiple bathroom options and the amazing view. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The sandpit and toys are great for the littles.

We enjoyed the house and the hot tub. We’d stay there again!

It was very nice place but some of the things was inconvenient. Dishwasher was not working and no propane tank for us to use but customers service was able to communicate with us.

Outside & inside play areas, spacious enough for a large family vacation. Everything working and in good shape, all basic kitchen items, good water pressure & parking. Glad construction was not happening in lot next door. Easy beach access, close to restaurants, stores in town. We'll come again!

Great time, wonderful location and the house was incredible.

Large home with beautiful ocean views. The huge dining room table was great for meals all together and playing board games and cards. Celebration of mom’s 89th birthday. Make sure you bring all your stables, salt, pepper and sugar it’s not provided. No beach access for mobility issues. Yes I would stay again. Thanks

We were impressed by the charm and location of this home. The exterior is unique and the interior is thoughtfully decorated. There were many amenities that we enjoyed tremendously. We had a mini family reunion here and everyone enjoyed using it as a home base and being able to explore the area. We also especially appreciated the 5 parking spaces in front of the house. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!!

We went to the beach after Christmas to be with our family for the remainder of the holiday - we had plenty of room and it was nice having the beach so close - with 2 pregnant daughters and one newborn the beach access was perfect!

This home was absolutely beautiful. The kids loved playing hide and seek throughout all three stories. The kitchen was well stocked and the dinning room table fit all of us perfectly! Every bed was extremely comfortable. The only downfall was two of the downstairs fireplaces were not working so it was a tad cold on the first floor, but we still enjoyed our time.

Beautiful views, quirky and clever design, nice big dining table.
Needs stairway to the sand, new grill, a couple of new mattresses, and a wind screen. Loved the game tables and the deck/fire pit. Our teens are 6'2", 6'5" and 6'7" so their bunks were challenging. All in all a great spot, if pricey.

I booked this home months in advance. This was to be a nice get away for my entire family. The DAY OF the trip my family and I traveled from 7 hours away to stay at this beach home. Over halfway there I got a call saying that my check-in time wouldn’t be till 6pm at night now because their cleaning ladies called out. I informed the lady that I was traveling from 7hrs away and was already almost there, I have my handicap father with me and my 1yr old baby along with it being a group of 16 people. What am I supposed to do? Have my father sit in his wheelchair for 2 hrs while we wait because we are arriving at the time we were supposed to be able to check in. The time I paid for. She said to take my family out to dinner and they’d be willing to pay up to $50… for 16 people? How insulting and rude. I asked for a manager to call me and sadly never got a call back. After waiting 2hrs we were finally able to check in to the home. When we got there the door code didn’ work. I had to call and have them manually let me in. They also told me that the cleaning ladies finished but the inspection wasn’t done yet and someone would be by to check. Nobody ever came. She also told me that the garbag was left at the home but maintenance would be by to pick it up. They never came. Once we got let into the home I was disappointed to find out that the bedding wasn’t washed in one of the rooms because when we pulled the covers back there was tons of sand by the feet of the bed. The towels were in a dresser with a pad lock on them! I called and the lady I spoke with said she would call the cleaning ladies quickly and call me back. I never got a call back. There weren’t any garage bags left at the house for us either. I had to go buy them. There was no toilet paper, only what was on the rolls. Again, I had to go buy some. The shower upstairs was clogged and what looked like brown mud would push up out of it. It was gross. The sandpit outside on the patio also had trash left in it. Also, this home is very deceiving by the photos. It looks like it is on the beach with easy access right there to you. It is not. Just extremely disappointed with this home and mostly with the service we received. Never got calls back on one single thing, garbage from the previous tenants never picked up, towels never given to us, dirty beds etc..paid a great deal for TWO NIGHTS in this home to get a dirty, unsanitary, home w/ no calls back regarding anything. Never had worse experience before

Sail Away
Spectacular quaint Victorian style home. Beautiful on the inside and outside. As others have said, the view of the ocean from the 2nd story bedroom took us all by surprise. Felt as if we would sail away. Would have rated higher if the dishwasher was working. Housekeeping never delivered disposable paper plates and cups as was promised.

House had good "bones" but serious maintenance issues that were a huge problem .
This home in Lincoln city was rented for a large family celebration; a 70th birthday! The home was large enough for the 8 adults and 7 children (ages 7 and under). We appreciated the available parking, the view was fabulous and we loved the sandpit on the deck for the little children.
But…there were so many things that weren’t functioning we felt we needed to write:
• The dishwasher did not work. The site boosts of a “table that seats twelve…” but doing dishes three times a way for our crew was costly and time consuming.
• The shower in the master bedroom didn’t work.
• The fire place in the front room was not working.
• The third floor room had no fan that worked. In addition, the adult bed/double bed in that room had a broken frame.
• There were two ovens in the kitchen . When the L hand oven was used, the fire alarm would repeatedly go off.
• The 2nd floor W facing room had a shade that blocked a view and could not be raised.
• The TV in the living room does not work.
• The first 2 coffee pots did not work; the 3rd was new and worked. Nothing like a family reunion with no coffee for the first breakfast.
• The downstairs bathroom and the kitchen sink did not have plugs; sure makes using them impossible.
• Fireplace in Master Suite only worked on occasion.
Overall good house/location but poor value given all of the maintenance issues

Great house
The house itself was great unfortunately the day before we arrived I was informed the hot tub was not working which was a big part of why we chose that house, I was offered a small refund for it not working which I think was not enough on a place that we spent alot of money for 2 nights

Wonderful wave watching!
A lovely home with well-equipped kitchen and many nice touches. Be aware that there are some fairly steep stairs to the bedrooms, but doable for able oldsters!

Wonderful vacation
Our stay at this beautiful property was one of the best we have ever experienced! We had 16 adults, 20 yrs and up and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was very well stocked to cook for a large group. Beds were comfortable and cozy-master suites truly lovely. The house is beautifully decorated throughout. Morning coffee on the large deck was a daily highlight because the views were amazing! Definitely suggest walking to the tide pools along the beach at low tide. Lots to see and photograph. Hot tub a plus for the 20 year olds for sure. We usually have a rule that we won’t go to the same place twice, but with this rental we have already talked about an exception!

Beautiful house
This house was amazing. The view was surreal. The hot tub on the porch was perfect. The photos do not do this place justice. The beds were comfortable. I loved the pool table and the fact that there was a grill. Im definitely going to come back for another stay.

We had great time , wish our beds were little bigger and softer !

Great house for large group!
The house was great and the views/ location were spectacular. We were a group of 9 with 2 dogs and there was room for whole group gatherings and for people to have their own space. Very clean, comfortable and even cozy for such a large place. Nice layout for a large group.

After I read some of the reviews I was wondering about the cleanliness of the house. I don't know what the complainers were talking about! We all thought the house was clean, charming, comfortable, and very welcoming. The views are spectacular! We had plenty of room for the teens to do online school during the day. They loved the hot tub and played lots of pool.Being January in Oregon, the weather was so so. We liked being out when we could and were very comfortable inside with 3 fireplaces downstairs when it was rainy.
