Beautiful room and great location.
We were not allowed to store luggage at the property for a few hours after checkout. We were also hurried out at 10am, which is not a pleasant thing. They also need to simplify the entry system, as it’s far too complex.

Le personnel est très amiable. La chambre était propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, il est servi dans une petite salle très agréable avec une jolie terrasse. Le service d'information est génial. Ils vous contactent par WhatsApp avec toutes les informations concernant le check-in, le check-out et le petit déjeuner. Ils vous envoie ainsi une brochure très complète avec une liste des restaurants recommandés qui sont effectivement très bon. Ils sont hyper réactive sur WhatsApp. Ils peuvent vous commander des taxis à tout moment. Le service et le staff sont parfaits.
L'emplacement. Même si l'hôtel est bien situé car il est à 15min du centre historique et à 10min en voiture de l'aéroport, le quartier est très sale, les bâtiments sont très mal entretenue (comme la plupart des bâtiments à Naples) et en général ce n'est pas sympa. Quand on a vu le quartier et le bâtiment de l'hôtel on était très déçus. Après qu'on est rentré dans la chambre tout a changé et nous étions agréablement surpris. Je crois que c'est un peu pareil dans la plus part des quartiers à Naples.

We had a room looked like art deco style, fantastic bed, beautiful shower.
Breakfast with self baked cakes and great Italian cappuccino from Maria.
We can highly recommend this hotel with this great name which is a 15 minutes walk away from the central station.

La habitación es SUPER amplia, muy luminosa, el baño muy cómodo. Tiene una terraza increible donde se puede desayunar/tomar algo. No tuvimos la suerte ya que en esta fecha por la mañana hacía 5 grados. La atención fué excelente también. Tanto Maria Rosaria como Yana son 10 puntos. Nuestra habitación tenia vista al volcán y un buen balcón.

La habitación muy bien de tamaño, linda, limpia y como fuimos en invierno hacía frío afuera pero en el cuarto no, dormimos súper bien. El desayuno era lo mejor! Muy variado, fruta, pan, café y cada día diferentes tipos de postres deliciosos. Agradecemos a María su atención, excelente anfitriona y muy amable.
Y para ser Nápoles, la calle donde está el alojamiento es segura, anduvimos en diferentes horarios y no fue un problema.
Lamentablemente desde el alcantarillado del baño salía un olor desagradable, pero se comprende que al ser un edificio antiguo pasen este tipo de cosas. Y un día que hicieron aseo en la habitación tomaron las cosas que teníamos en el lavamanos y las dejaron en mi neceser, algo que resultó incómodo ya que un pintalabios se abrió y manchó un poco, incluso si la intención es buena lo mejor para evitar este tipo de accidentes es no mover las cosas personales. Pero fueron dos detalles que no afectaron nuestra estadía ya que nos encantó el lugar.

Della struttura ci è piaciuta la disponibilità e la cordialità di Mariarosaria e Yana. Ci ricordavamo ogni mattina tramite Whatsapp l’ora della colazione e quando ci sarebbe stato il check out l’ultimo giorno. Mariarosaria ci ha anche inviato un PDF molto utile su cosa mangiare, cosa visitare e cosa comprare a Napoli. Inoltre sono sempre disponibili e dare extra suggerimenti. Buona pulizia delle camere giornaliera.
Onestamente siamo arrivati e abbiamo scoperto che l’alloggio fosse in mezzo a una via di un mercato, non proprio bello e tranquillo. In più la vista mare promessa, non c’era perché oscurata da impalcature (tutte intorno al palazzo) che sono segnalate sul sito dell’hotel, ma non da Booking. Ascensore tipico di un vecchio palazzo, ma veramente stretto, scomodo e va a 10 centesimi a corsa (forniscono le monete quando si fa check in), succede anche che mentre si sale o scende, i vicini degli altri piani fermino l’ascensore aprendo le porte e bisogna usare altri 10 centesimi per continuare a scendere o salire. La colazione per essere a Napoli, ci aspettavamo comprendesse un buon caffè (non era il massimo) e i dolci tipici o almeno delle brioche, ma c’era muesli, latte, yogurt, 3 succhi e un paio di torte che sono state riproposte per tutta la durata del nostro soggiorno. La camera nonostante fosse pulita non era da chiamarsi “luxury”, ma bello il pavimento piastrellato tipico in camera. Le coperte del letto sono un po’ corte e non riuscivano a coprirci del tutto, inoltre il materasso ci procurava a entrambi mal di schiena. La doccia aveva il pavimento molto rovinato/corroso(?) e alla vista sembrava sporco. La pulizia delle camere avviene ogni giorno e rifanno anche il letto, ma non capisco il continuare a sostituire con le saponette già a perte e in uso, nuove saponette dentro a nuovi sacchetti di plastica da aprire, ci è sembrato uno spreco. Ogni notte c’erano botti/fuochi d’artificio a orari diversi che ci svegliavano, ovviamente non diamo la colpa all’alloggio, ma non è una zona tranquilla. Inoltre il penultimo giorno non abbiamo nemmeno potuto fare la doccia di sera, perché l’acqua usciva marrone e chiedendo spiegazione la mattina dopo, ci hanno detto che probabilmente era dovuto ai lavori.

The room was beautiful. We didn't have a view to the street since there was a construction in the building, but didn't matter. Breakfast was amazing, a peaceful haven in the middle of the Napoli mayhem. Thank you!

After a long day of travelling, the customer service via WhatsApp, sending pictures of ID's and managing to self-check in to room by following a YouTube instruction video was a bit stressful experience. However everything went well and the system worked. Grazie mille!

I like the whole bed room design and the very comfortable bed. The bathroom is also huge and has nice shower flowers. I enjoyed it quite a lot of staying there. Also, thank you for Maria's care for us, she was very friendly and helpful for all our questions.
Maybe the neighborhood is not very safe. Because it was near the train station, in the evening, we could see many drunk people gathering around. But I guess this is not the problem in that area. It is a problem in that city as well.

The rooms are very big which is rare for Italy! The AC was very cold which was nice because it is very hot there in the summer. There is a market on the street where the hotel is which is nice for fresh fruit. The staff gives very good and detailed instructions on how to get into the hotel if you arrive after 2:00pm. We unfortunately were unable to make the breakfast because we had an early flight. The woman who checked us in was able to schedule us an early taxi to take us to the airport and he arrived right on time! She responded to our whatsapp texts immediately and was always readily available to any our questions. The community terrace was nice and big. Closest metro stop is about 15-minute walk.
There were a few homeless people on our street.

The hotel was ideal for our three day trip to Naples. The room was big, comfortable and clean. It was everything that we had hoped for and expected from the photos.
The breakfast was just what we needed and the staff were very helpful and kind, they went above and beyond for us. The hotel has a relaxed vibe, we loved the fact that it’s in an apartment building. We felt like we were living in the city rather than visiting. The market and the hustle and bustle of the streets have us a very insightful stay, we prefer to visit places that are authentic. We loved the hotel, thank you for making this place so special.
There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. We walked everywhere and soaked up the culture and life of Naples. It was exactly what we wanted from our short break. The market on the street was busy and crazy but this made us feel more like we were staying in the city!
