This 1 bedroom; one level town home is located in the beautiful Sugar Mill Country Club. This unit sits on the #1 green and offers the best view in Pine Valley where you will enjoy comfortable living in this private gated community. Located just a few minute drive to the beach where you can drive on with your vehicle and not worry about parking. Enjoy the community pool or head out for a round of golf on the beautiful 27 hole Sugar Mill course. Not to mention your just an hour drive to find yourself at Disney or any of the famous Orlando attractions. Great for a summer get away and even better for long term snowbird season.

Great host, quick responses and very attentive. Highly recommended. Comfortable king size bed, nice sofas, well equipped kitchen. Thank you for sharing such a nice place with us.

We loved the condo, it has a great use of space and the kitchen was great to use for my husband and I. We also really enjoyed access to the golf cart for moving around Sugar Mill, which has a ton of trails to walk and ride the cart.
The owners were very communicative and made the stay very pleasant and easy. We will definitely consider staying again the next time we're in New Smyrna!

Peaceful Retreat
Perfect in all ways. Short distance from busy beach area and close to downtown and restaurants. 5 stars for everything!

I loved our stay! The townhome is very spacious, the golf view is relaxing and driving around the neighborhood in the golf cart was lots of fun. Less than a 15 min drive to the beaches of NSB.

Comfortable, peaceful gem away from crowded beach scene
No problem with booking a Last minute decision .beautiful golf community. Condo was immaculate and had everything you could need. Gorgeous view of 1st tee and even offered use of golf cart!

The home was very clean and organized, with a great view of the course. Easy to follow instructions on getting into the property. Always quiet and enjoyable to be at.
