We had such a lovely stay in Biarritz! The house is beautiful and location was good, just a little walk to the beach and center. Also Claire is a super host, good communication and very friendly!

Great hosts, accommodated our early arrival with no difficulty. Lovely cottage within easy walking distance of the pleasant St Charles Quarter and onwards to Biarritz centre.

The property is really cute and totally functional for all we needed for resting, sleeping and cooking, eating at home. Comfortable all round and the location was perfect- close to shops and restaurants and beach - walking and driving. The owner was welcoming and delightful.

Nous avons bien été accueillis par Dénis et avons passé un bon séjour. La maison est bien équipée, proche des commerces et à quelques minutes de la grande plage et du phare. A noter tout de même en période scolaire, de fortes nuisances sonores matinales dans la 1/2 heure précédent la rentrée des classes générées par le passage intempestif de scooters. Il semblerait que ce point aurait déjà été relevé dans le passé, et que le remplacement du simple vitrage par du double vitrage sur toutes les fenêtres de façade se justifie pleinement. Facilité de stationnement à proximité de la maison notamment en fin de journée. Jardinet pour flâner, se relaxer ou prendre le petit-déjeuner après la rentrée scolaire de 8 heures en toute tranquillité. Dénis a été de bons conseils pour les lieux à visiter, nous a fourni de bonnes adresses de restaurants. Un grand merci à Dénis.

We loved this cottage-style property. It is very bright and well-proportioned and very tastefully decorated. We loved the outdoor space which was very private and sunny, particularly in the morning. We got great value from the bikes which we used to get around Biarittz and Anglet. We also enjoyed longer trips to Bayonne along the cycle route. The house was very well equipped and so well laid out. We used the Wifi which was very fast and easy to connect to. The house is very well located, being 5 minutes walk from St Charles and around 20 minutes walk (or 5 minutes on bike) to the centre of Biarittz. Denis was a very welcoming, pleasant and helpful host. He gave us great advice on everything from local supermarkets and restaurants to picturesque jogging/cycling routes.

La maison est remplie de charme, idéalement située tant au niveau des commerces de proximité que de la plage. Place de parking facile pour se garer dans la rue même. Léger bémol sur la taille du lit et sur le ménage effectué par le locataire qui nous a précédé. Propriétaire très sympa, disponible et accueillant.

Une jolie petite maison en bord de route, on peut se garer assez facilement. Parfait pour un séjour en couple, un petit jardin en long de la maison tres calme, assez sympa, avec un barbecue Weber. L'intérieur est vraiment beau, bien lumineux avec une grande chambre, une salle de bain moderne avec douche à l'italienne vraiment agréable. En plein centre ville de Biarritz à quelques minutes du bord de mer à pieds. Nous avons passé un excellent sejour merci encore à vous deux 😊😊😊

Agréable maisonnette , très bien située car proche du centre ville , on peut laisser la voiture devant en toute sécurité et explorer la ville à pieds. Il y a l'essentiel , sauf un lave vaisselle que je pensais trouver , sans doute ai je mal lu le descriptif , à vérifier toutefois. Nous avons été bien reçus , nous reviendrons sûrement.

Elle est propre, fonctionnelle et située dans un quartier très calme, proche de la mer et d'une petite place bien sympa. A recommander. Das Haus war mit allen Haushaltsmitteln ausgestattet. Für den ersten Tag waren wir rundum versorgt. Die Vermietung verlief reibungslos und sehr zuverlässig. Wir bedanken uns bei Ihnen für die schöne Zeit, die wir im Haus verbringen durften.

Maison agréable avec sa petite cour, idéal pour manger. les deux velos parfait pour aller à plage ou en ville. Le deux défauts: la fenêtre de la chambre simple vitrage. Et le lit double de la chambre qui faite certe la taille standard(140) mais trop petit pour nous...

Etxolachic is een heel fijn vakantiehuisje, heel netjes, schoon en voorzien van alles wat je maar nodig kunt hebben. Aan de achterkant bevindt zich een heerlijk tuintje. Het centrum van Biarritz is met een kwartiertje te voet te bereiken en bij het huisje staan twee fietsen waardoor je nog sneller bij het strand en het centrum kunt komen. Nog dichterbij vindt je de wijk st Charles waar je terecht kunt voor de dagelijkse boodschappen. De gastvrouw is erg aardig en voorziet je van tips over wat er zoal te doen is in de omgeving. Nog een extra tip van ons: Ga met de bus naar San Sebastian erg goedkoop en bijna zonder tussenstops naar het centrum. Kortom een heerlijk vakantie huis! Marcel en Mirjam.

My wife and I have just returned from a 2 week break in this truly lovely house, it is every bit as charming as depicted in the photos online. We found it well located to shops, beach and town centre. Well maintained, clean and equipped with everything you need for the kitchen (above average in comparison to most other holiday rental accommodation I have experience) - they even had a BBQ - which I was really delighted about! Located on a quiet street you can really kick back and relax in the delightful garden. We also found the owner, Claire, is a really lovely woman. Very welcoming and full of helpful tips about the locality and restaurants in the area I wouldn't hestitate to recommend this to anybody and if I'm Biarritz area again I will certainly be staying here. A perfect location for exploring the area

We, my husband and myself, spent two weeks in this house in Biarritz. For us it was perfect! Very charming (exactly like the photographs). It contained everything we needed for our summer vacation. The backyard wiht garden furniture and flowers, both looking nice and smelling good, was really nice.The internet worked very well and also the bikes! The nearby St. Charles (5. min walk) provided good shops for food, vegetables, fish, meat and vine. The city center and the beach was in 15. minutes away on foot. The owners were extremely helpful and nice. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a charming (romantic) "feel good" summerhouse!

We had a great stay at this house (two adults one child) and I would recommend it to any individual, couple or small family. It is a one bedroomed house but is perfectly formed. It is very close to a small area called St Charles which has basic but lovely ammenities and only 10 mins walk from the centre of Biarittz itself. I felt in a busy summer the short distance may be welcomed to get away from the crowds. The house was spotless and has everything you could need. It is on one level so very toddler friendly as we could relax without worrying about stairs and the small garden is very secure so we didnt have to watch his every move. Claire and her family could not have been more helpful. They picked us up from the airport, even with vomiting toddler, and gave helpful advice about the area and provided bikes, a child seat and high chair to make our stay as stress free as possible. It was quite a rainy week so I was very pleased we had a house in which we could cook and hang out so comfortably. Highly recommended!
