Ski In (Pending 2024/2025 Forest Approval, not guaranteed)- You must ride the Falcon chair to the top of Peak 10. Proceed down Cimarron, a black diamond, to the back country gates on the cat walk, follow the path to the home. Exit via the neighbor hood access point at Gold King and White Cloud to avoid trespassing. This is the official neighborhood access point for all homes. All homes in this neighborhood have the same legal access.
In the summer there is a vast array of outdoor activities in the area.

This home does NOT have Air Conditioning. Most homes in Breckenridge (especially above 10,000ft) have heated floors and A/C is not possible. We regularly have temperature drops down into the 40s at night (even in the summer) at this high of altitude with no humidity. Provided you open the windows during the day, and close them at night this home will be comfortable all summer long.

We loved our visit to white cloud outpost- there was a group of 10 of us ranging from 2-50 yrs old and there was plenty of space and things to do! We loved having a second living area. Highly recommend.

This is a great house that has been cared for well. The experience with Jason was fantastic from start to finish. The Kitchen is fully equipped (best we’ve ever seen); our group had a personal chef come by twice and he did an extraordinary job feeding 13 guests. It was fantastic!!
We use At Your Breck and Call (recommend by Jason) to arrange the chef, transportation to and from airports, groceries, and fun events. It was well worth it. Can’t say enough great things about this place!!!

Great communication with the host- every question I had was answered.
The home was clean with plenty of towels and other amenities.
We were a big party and never ran out of hot water. The temperature in the home was consistent and cozy.

The pictures do not do this home justice. We fell in love immediately!
This was the first trip my friend group went on together and we could not have picked a better place to stay. The house was stocked with everything we needed, enough privacy even with large group, & located close to town. A few folks were even able to enjoy the ski out trail!
Jason was an outstanding communicator and we are definitely looking forward to coming back here or another one of his homes! Thank you again Jason!

with anything you need. Location was 4 minutes from Main St and skiing. Views of the mountains every morning while you sip your coffee were worth every penny. Shuttle right at end of driveway. I mean, what else can you ask for?

Amazing stay, gorgeous view of the mountain, easy and convenient transfers to slopes. Communication with Jason was fantastic, very clear and organized and responsive.
House was well stocked, helpful amenities. Great jacuzzi for after ski hours. Very close proximity to the center of town which made dinner simple.
Beautiful fireplace and cozy furnishings. Game room is a total win with the adults and kids alike. Lots to do.

This was a perfect house for our large family group! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for a range of ages, including the well furnished kitchen and game room, large dining table, and pack & plays. There was plenty of space to gather together but also for everyone to have their own space and privacy.

I love house is amazing! Absolute best view of all the houses on the block. All the rooms are spaced out perfectly. The house has absolutely everything you could possibly need, extremely well stocked. The property manager, Jason was excellent, funny and immediately available with answers to any questions. We had an amazing, relaxing time.

The house was exactly as pictured, very roomy and attractively decorated. The arrangement of bedrooms gave everyone privacy with their own bathrooms and TV"s. The little ones enjoyed sledding and playing in the snow piles in the front yard and the skiers and snow boarders took advantage of the shuttle. Fun time!

Annual group ski trip (adults). Accommodations were spotless. Kitchen well stocked with all cooking gadgets. Layout of home was such that everyone had their own private space and everyone could be together with ease. Location was ideal; didn't take advantage of ski in / ski out as shuttle picked us up curb side each morning and dropped us within a few feet of the lifts. Property manager Jason went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and then some!
He even hosted several group calls prior to arrival, answering all questions and covering things we didn't know to ask. The experience was seamless!!! Highly recommend the home, location and property manager Jason!!!

We very much enjoyed staying in the house. It was convenient to town and easy access to the slopes - we skied to the lift and took a shuttle back. We had a fairly large group combining adults and kids and the house was spacious enough for our group. The host is very responsive and provided us with a lot of useful information during our stay.

We had a fantastic time in Breckenridge. The house was perfect for our group and really well provisioned. We enjoyed excellent communication from the moment we booked, pre-travel, and during our stay! Every question was answered within minutes! The heated garage really helped with everyone getting gear on and heading out for the day! The kitchen was so well stocked we were able to cook for our large group of 14 with no issues. Every room had a humidifier which we all appreciated! We loved staying here and hope to come back in the future!! Thank you, Jason!!!

We stayed in early fall. House adequately fit our10 adults and 1 infant for our family reunion. (Could have fit more people comfortably, but had 4 persons without significant others.) House was close to a nice trail to town. Also connected to 2 really great MTB rides. View from the house were great. Saw 2 moose and a fox within an hour of waking up on the first day!

Booked on line in no time. Jason's listing was so complete, I did an instant booking. Communication prior to arrival was right on too. I had all the information I needed to check in and get set up. The house was spotless. It's a very large home with multiple living areas and decks. Beautiful hot tub, game room with pool table and big screen tv's. Nicely equipped kitchen and nice furniture. I walked to main street in downtown Breckenridge - super fun places to check out there! This property is great for families and is a really good value. I didn't get to stay long, but I will definitely be back. Thanks Jason

White Cloud Outpost was Heavenly
The house was furnished very nicely, and the views of the mountain from the house are just breathtaking out the front window. The kitchen was well equipped for guests who like to cook. The family/billiards room was a big hit with our family during down time. A few of us took the Ski- in route, and others used the very convenient community shuttle which was pretty easy. We had a wonderful week of skiing and time with family.
Any questions we had were quickly answered by our VRBO Host, Jason. What a great host!

We stayed here in March 2022 with 8 adults and 8 kids. The house could not have been more perfect for a week with that crew. The layout of the house worked very well for our group. With King beds for all the adults and almost small wing of the house for the kids. The walk and Ski-Out was easy, and we only did the Ski-In once but it was not too hard either. We used the shuttle everyday which was great to get home. The new Boot Dryer was key, and the private chef recommendation was fantastic. I would advise anyone with a large party to do the private chef a few nights, it was more cost effective and better food! (plus we struggled to find anywhere to take a party of 16). Could not recommend this place more. If we return to Breck, we will be back!

Great Location and House in Breck!
We stayed here in March 2022 with 8 adults and 8 kids. The house could not have been more perfect for a week with that crew. The layout of the house worked very well for our group. With King beds for all the adults and almost small wing of the house for the kids. The walk and Ski-Out was easy, and we only did the Ski-In once but it was not too hard either. We used the shuttle everyday which was great to get home. The new Boot Dryer was key, and the private chef recommendation was fantastic. I would advise anyone with a large party to do the private chef a few nights, it was more cost effective and better food! (plus we struggled to find anywhere to take a party of 16). Could not recommend this place more. If we return to Breck, we will be back!

Lovely space with great customer service!
We had a larger group spend the weekend here. The two living rooms added a fun element and allowed us to spread out which was great! The house is fully stocked, beautiful, and in a great location. The property manager was helpful, thoughtful, and prompt to reply. Would love to come back!

A wonderful home to gather your friends and family
This home is truly one of a kind! It's nestled on a dead end street with fantastic views of Peak 8 with wonderful trails all around you. The house has huge windows and wonderful light and a really warm and cozy feel. There is great separation in the house with two living rooms and three "wings" of the house which is great for multiple families. The kitchen is well stocked and the dining room and table are great!
Overall 10/10 stay and would come again. Thank you Jason and the Alpine Outpost team for being such wonderful hosts.

This house was perfect for our family mountain getaway! There were eight of us, plus one doggy, and there was still an extra bedroom. So don’t and spacious. We loved playing pool, foos ball, and darts. The location and stunning mountain views were perfect. We loved our stay!

Great base camp for skiing.
The home was very comfortable and convenient. The kids had a great time in the game room and didn't want to leave. Each room was well equipped and clean. Owner was super available and addressed every concern or question within minutes.
Definitely plan to go back.

Great house for a family vacation! Plenty of room for everyone! Location is great with beautiful views all around. The shuttle is so convenient and comes every 15 minutes. Highly recommend staying here !!!

Location convenient to downtown Breckenridge, on bus route, providing excellent access to skiing and shopping. With cul de sac location, the solitude and privacy are great. House having 3 levels provides space for everyone to gather in family room, dining room, and recreational room, but different levels provides excellent privacy.
