This fabulous oceanfront property overlooks one of Aruba’s most picturesque turquoise bays. It’s located at the northwest tip of Aruba, in the prestigious Malmok Area between Boca Catalina and Arashi Beach – an unhurried, uncongested part of the island.

The Villa sits on a corner overlooking a front-yard private infinity pool and beach, as well as, the Antilla shipwreck (perfect for snorkeling). Nearby are the Tierra del Sol Golf Course and the iconic California Lighthouse. And the sunset views from the whole west side of the property? Simply spectacular!

This Villa is definitely one of the best ones I’ve stayed in. I’ve been coming to Aruba for 5 years and this villa is top notch. The location is convenient and you can walk across the street to a beach. Definitely recommend this one to anyone coming to Aruba to visit.

9 of us friends stayed at this house, across the street from great snorkeling. The layout is the best I’ve seen & the pool is perfect, we loved squirting the tours as they drive by, the guides would honk to let us know they were coming. Everyone on the island seems to know this house it’s very popular. The kitchen was great (they could use new knives) but had everything you needed. The new kitchen outside has a little fridge as well for pool drinks which was a plus. Anneke the house manager stopped by one day just to see how everything was going, she was very easy & accommodating to work with & they allowed us to drop off luggage early so we could get our friends from the airport which was very helpful! This house is perfect for friends or family. STAY HERE….you won’t regret it! Thank you for sharing your home with us, we would love to come back.

We are a group of 10 friends (5 couples) who had an absolutely amazing time. The house is incredible with tons of space, beautiful rooms/bathrooms/kitchen space. The pool is to die for with a stunning view of the beach and all of the tours that go by! We had a blast with water guns (only squirt the tours ^_~) and the location can't be beat. Just steps to Boca Catalina Beach and a 5 min drive to all the restaurants. Our hosts were more than wonderful with recommendations and assistance - don't slam the safe doors haha. This house is definitely at the top of our list of places to stay! Thank you for an amazing trip!

This house is beautiful! Location is outstanding! 9 of us in this group and the house accommodated us very well. Such fun walking across the street to great snorkeling and swimming with the turtles. Close to everything. Really just perfect! Squirting tours as they drove by was a bonus!

This is the second time my girls’ travel group has stayed at this property. There was nothing we needed or wanted that wasn’t there. I’ve snorkeled all over the world, and the snorkeling experience you’ll get from just walking across the street from this house rivals them all. The pool is outstanding as well. The kitchen is a dream, and if you could possibly need something that’s not there, Anneke will do her best to get it for you! You can catch the bus right across the street for $2.50, and private cars are easy to hire for a fraction of what you would pay in the US. My favorite place of all the dozens I’ve stayed at before!

This home was spectacular for our mom and her 5 children and spouses. The outdoor area is breathtaking. Kitchen and dining room with plenty of space for family meals. We had the best extended family vacation in my mom’s 83 years. Thanks for everything

We rented this property to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary with 7 of our best friends. Two of our friends have been coming to Aruba for over 20 years and they have always wanted to stay at this house. They said it was a ‘dream come true!’ and it truly was!!! For ALL of us… The location couldn’t have been better and we had the best time playfully engaging with folks on island tours going by the house. We had a professional chef come in for our rehearsal dinner and she said the kitchen was a dream! We can’t recommend this home enough. We are hopeful we will be able to return there again in the future!

House was great. Pool overlooking the beach. Road in between the two can be a little busy but it was actually fun squirting the tour bus groups. House was well stocked. Property manager nice and responsive. I will book again.

This house was well known to the locals and the location could not be more ideal. Being across the beach with the infinity pool was fantastic! Everyone from 16-60 loved this house and we felt like VIP's when the party buses would pass by and all the occupants would dance and jump in the pool! We cant express how much we loved this house and do not hesitate if you are thinking of renting - just do it! It offered fun, relaxation and bonding for our 2 family group.

This home in Aruba is everything and more. Our family of 7 adults and two children under 3 had plenty of room. The location sitting on the corner, the infinity pool, everything about this house was perfect. I personally did not have a problem with the internet, but our kids could not connect easily. Anneke was very responsive to all of our needs. She is spot on and so nice to work with. We will return!

The views from this beautiful home were amazing! Some of the best snorkeling on the island is directly across the street. The infinity pool overlooking the water was amazing, as were the sunsets. The hosts were great to work with too. Thanks for a fantastic vacation!

Our group of 10 (family/friends) had an incredible time in Aruba, and this house was really a perfect home-base for our trip! The location of the home is really ideal - directly across the street from a great snorkeling beach (Boca Catalina), a quick walk to other great beaches (Arashi), and a short drive to so many other great attractions (California Lighthouse, hotel area, Palm Beach plaza, etc). The home itself was everything we could have hoped for - clean, great layout (five bedrooms each with their own bathrooms), and an amazing outdoor patio/pool (infinity pool) with incredible views of the sunset every night! And last but certainly not least, the property manager (Anneke) was very responsive, took care of anything we needed, and helped make our stay as fantastic as it was!

Absolutely beautiful house and the best view on the island. Beach right across the street with best snorkeling on the island. Close to shops and restaurants. Gorgeous sunsets. Excellent all the way around. They were having some issues with internet during our stay so that was unfortunate. My phone connected fine but the rest of the group wouldn’t connect. And I have the oldest phone in the group. The house manager was trying to work with the internet company. Can’t wait to come back!!!

This house was PERFECT for our group! We had three teens, two couples and two grandmas. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom was a huge plus. The PERFECT vacation home in the PERFECT location on the island. Proximity to Boca Catalina and Arashi Beach was wonderful. We could even walk to the Malmok Boardwalk. Snorkeling right outside the house was fantastic. The home itself was well organized and we had everything that we needed. Great location to be away from the tourist crowds but still close enough to see and do everything you could want to do on the island. Truly a trip of a lifetime! Thank you Anneke!

Though the property needed some updating ..... we're coming out of over a year of economic disaster and I get it. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Your own private infinity pool overlooking the best snorkeling spot in the ocean! A 3 minute walk to Arashi Beach with a little Tikki bar , beautiful beach, and the most civilized crowd of guests. Truly ONE HAPPY ISLAND!

House was better than described. The view is absolutely amazing. Communication with property manager Anneke was great. There was 9 of us staying & we had more than enough room. Kitchen is very large & great for preparing meals. Also a bar/seating area with a grill outside by the pool. Each bedroom has a bathroom attached & then a 1/2 bath in common area. Felt very safe at the home & no security issues or concerns the entire trip. The beach is directly across the street & a great snorkeling area. Would definitely recommend staying here!
