(I have a right of access to the terrace for periods above 10 days, for cleaning, maintenance of the terrace and laundry, preferably when you are not there .... Or in case of emergency! ....)

---> Large living room with kitchenette: (Dishes / coffee machine / kettle / toaster / microwave / 2 electric cooking rings / fridge)
Coffee, tea and drinks (water & orange juice) + toast & jam are available for breakfast
---> Toilets & Private bathroom (washbasin + large shower + toilet)
----> Wireless Internet (fiber)
++++ Access Terrace with table + stool + deckchair (see photos) + Hammock
+ + Possibility to make washing machines for your linen: 10 € per machine (at least 3KG) with laundry on the terrace and pick-up;)
Small dead end very calm!
