Just a stunning view! Beautiful large home!
The entire family of all ages love our time there!
Enjoyed the games, secret passageway, splash pad! Would love to stay again in fall or winter to make use of the fireplaces inside and out!
Plenty of space and extra Toilet paper and shampoo etc!:)
Owner very accommodating for our groups needs!
Loved walking with kids to the nearby park!

Great view of the lake and area. Splash pad did not function properly. Kitchen well stocked. Overall a really good experience. Would have been much nicer to have a large screen TV in the main gathering room instead of the extra room off the master. A hot tub would have been really nice.

Here's a polished version of your review for VRBO:
---
My group absolutely loved this property! They kept saying how the listing description undersells the view—it is absolutely spectacular! There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and enjoy their time.
However, there are a few areas for improvement:
1. The house needs to be sprayed for earwigs. We found them from the basement all the way to the upper rooms, crawling in the carpet.
2. The property should have the wasp nests removed. There are quite a few, and they were bothersome during our outdoor activities.
3. It would be great if there were stairs leading from the deck to the yard.
4. The house would appear cleaner if the areas under the couches on the main floor were dusted and mopped.
5.We wish the landing at the bottom of the hill had grass, so that the hill could be utilized more for more activities
Other than these issues, we had a fabulous time, and my group is likely to book again!

My husband and I were in charge of our family reunion this week with 40 people attending. The house was clean and well maintained and fit us all comfortably. The view was incredible and the neighborhood peaceful and quiet. We loved our time together and are grateful for such a beautiful space to do it in! Thanks to the wonderful host and owners for making our stay comfortable. Would definitely return again!

This home was just perfect for our family reunion group of 30! Plenty of parking on the large driveway. Every person as they walked in the front door said “Wow!” The home is simply beautiful with amazing views of Bear Lake. Everything was very clean and well cared for. The beds were comfortable with nice linens and generous closet space in each bedroom. Great having separate A/C on each level. Highlights were the large deck and patio spaces with lots of comfy seating and eating areas. Evenings on the deck overlooking the lake watching the full moon come up reflecting off lake was unforgettable. Splash pad was so fun for the little ones. Having so many private bedrooms was ideal so each family could have own space while also having large gathering spaces for being together, playing games and eating meals. The kitchen was well appointed and open enough for us to prepare meals together. Loved the walk-in laundry room off kitchen with good counter space to store pantry items. The extra fridge in the garage was 100% necessary for our group and a second garage fridge would have been needed if our group had been bigger. We loved the ping pong table in the garage and other games in the house. A nice feature is that most of the bathrooms have multiple private shower/toilet rooms separate from sink/vanity area. The owner was wonderful to work with and very accommodating to our needs. I would 100% recommend this home to anyone and would absolutely love to book it again in the future.

We usually go camping with all the fam, but opted for a rental this go around. Loved all the house had to offer. There were plenty of things to keep us all busy and entertained…..even if it was just sitting around playing games and staying up too late!

This house was great for so many reasons. We used the house for our Rising Son Men's Retreat and felt like it was conducive for the 40 men that stayed. Plenty of space to move around, clean beds, and gathering spaces. I would highly recommend. The host was very good with communication and friendly!

Perfect in every way, exactly what we all expected. third time staying at this home.
First was 2020, one of the stoves didn't heat up well then and still does not get things cooked very quickly, but not a huge deal just nice to know if you are planning on cooking for a large crowd. otherwise a well stocked home and kitchen.

The property was very nice and was big enough that our family (21) was very comfortable. The main problem was the air conditioning. They had a note on the thermostat that you could not turn it lower than 72 degrees. When we arrived the temp. was 75 and increased thru the night. Apparently the unit had frozen over before we had arrived, we had to turn it off because there was no air coming out of the vents. Needless to say we had a hard time sleeping in the heat since there was no ceiling fans in any of the bedrooms. We called the property manager the next morning, she was out of town and left her children in charge who was no help at all until they finally got ahold of their mother who could then turn the fan on with an app. that controlled the temp. The house started to cool down the next evening. Every morning the sun filled the house through the beautiful windows, warming the house faster than the air was cooling it and blinding anyone in the kitchen. We have a fun close family that loves being together, we can be a little loud at times. The house was large enough that we could spread out and so the noise was no problem. The kitchen had enough dishes and with the 2 dishwashers we never had to use paper plates. All in all we enjoyed our vacation and the house. I just feel that for the price of the house we should be able to set the air at a comfortable setting that every room can be comfortable.

We had from 4 months to 88 years and they all fit easily. Plenty of room for all 39 of us. Plenty of parking for all our cars too. Beautiful view and great interior features make this place awesome for our family reunion. It’s also close to everything. We stayed for 4 days and never got bored. We went to the Minnetonka Cave. We rented a pontoon boat and jet skis. There were shakes, shopping, grocery stores and we even saw some deer. We had a couple of fly fishermen go out and loved the fishing. If you have a large family, this is the perfect place to go.

We had such a great family reunion at this house! We had about 45 of us staying here, ages ranging from 10 months to 82. There was plenty of space! I thought maybe the group bathrooms would be an issue but they weren’t at all. The view was pretty spectacular. We had everything we needed to cook big group meals. Everything was clean. The kids loved the air hockey table and basketball game. If I had to give a critique I’d say that if you’re sleeping on the bottom floor you will definitely hear people walking above you, but a sound machine helped. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

We loved the space in the house, the plentiful supplies such as towels/TP/tissues, dish towels, etc., the gathering spaces, and the cleanliness. The only thing that threw us off a bit was the communal bathroom situation--lots of private toilets and showers but combined into big bathrooms so there are multiple people in the bathroom at a time. It was fine but if you're looking for private, en suite bathrooms, this house doesn't have that.
If you're looking for tons of space, a perfect location with beautiful views and a perfect place to gather with family or friends, this is it.
Angela was fabulous at communication. Seamless check in, check out and communication.

We just stayed here for a family reunion. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep with open spaces that made it seem even larger. The view of the lake is incredible! The pictures don’t do it justice! The kids had so much fun playing with the splash pad. It is a great space for all ages!

Incredible View and Spacious Home
We have stayed with our extended family in Bear Lake several times, and the view from this home would be hard to beat. We even saw deer and moose right near the property, which was fun.
The bunk rooms accommodated lots of cousins, and the beds were about the best we’ve slept on in any VRBO.
One thing to note: you do have to transport garbage about a mile down the road; not a huge inconvenience, but something to keep in mind nonetheless.

Nice property, great view
We enjoyed our stay at this house. Beautiful view, plenty of rooms for our large family group. The kitchen was smaller than I would have guessed, for the number of people that can stay there, but we made it work. The host was great to work with and very accommodating.
