The house is Full of art and lovely. It is not a standaard kind of holiday house. The garden is very green and the swimmingpool is great.

What a lovely home! Jose-Luis and Arlet were fantastic hosts! The house is just what the three of.us needed! The gardens and the pool are gorgeous and so peaceful! The house is conveniently located close the Aix, and the bus line.
We had a wonderful time and we ALL HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home!
Thank you Jose-Luis and Arlet, you both were so gracious!

House and garden are absolutely calm and safe. The house spaceous and arty.
The city of Aix is beautiful. The way to the city is about 20 minutes downhill, the way back is a steeper hill. The buses provide their service until 8:30 pm. We had a great time. Perfect Welcome at arrival and best Support for departure. Best service and availabilty during our stay.

This property was the image I had in mind when staying in Provence. It is in town, but yet a beautiful retreat with picturesque grounds. Sitting outside with a cup of coffee, listening to the birds, and looking at the beautiful flowers was an amazing way to start the day. A nice walk down the road to the market in the city center for shopping and lunch. We had ample room for two adults and two teenagers. We could spend time together and still have a space to ourselves. We absolutely love this place and will have memories forever about this house.

The pictures do not do it justice. Lovely eclectic home located a short walk away from city center. We especially enjoyed listening to the host’s music collection. Central location to explore the region by car (or trains/buses). We had our car, and appreciated having a place to easily park it at the house. Lots of space outdoors to sit and relax, and eat if you chose to stay “home.”
Looking forward to staying here again when in the region.

The villa is full of artistic charm and with comfortable beds, powerful showers, a fridge and freezer we were set for our week away. The pool was fantastic and the perfect size for two energetic kids with 5 inflatables. This tropical oasis is a 10 minute drive to the city centre wirh its avenue of trees, picturesque fountains and eateries. The markets offer everything to make you feel a part of this stylish city. The locals respond very positively if you at least try to speak French, albeit very rusty in our case. This is a place well worth a visit.

Thank you
A lovely home in Aix with character and all the mod cons. A lovely welcome and orientation, near the centre (25 minutes downhill into town, 5 minutes by car)and the pool is perfect (but the mosquitoes agree so don’t forget insect spray).

Loved the terrace, pool and walking distance to centre of Aix en Provence
If you want a quiet neighbourhood, nice home, great outdoor space and a lovely pool - all while within walking distance of the centre of Aix en Provence, this is the place to stay. Our hosts, Jose Luis and Artell, we’re responsive to our queries ahead of our stay and waiting for us at the driveway upon arrival despite the late hour.
The house was clean and well equipped. (I would suggest the addition of a freezer.) The terrace is lovely for meals or napping/reading on a lounge chair under the awning during the mid-day sun. The pool is also a good size (bigger than it appears in the photos, we thought). The garden has many interesting plants and if you are there at the right time of year, you have an abundance of fruit from the cherry tree.
The walk into the beautiful centre of Aix really is only 20-25 minutes and the roads all have pavements (sidewalks) and are well lit so, it is fine in the dark as well. We can highly recommend a visit to Le Petit Verdot for dinner. Great food, wine and service!
We would happily stay again et merci beaucoup Jose Luis et Artell.

Schandalig beetgenomen!!!
