Clean and so comfortable. The home was well-stocked; inviting; and cozy. The gardens were beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed walking around the community.

Checking in was a bit confusing with which code belonged to which lock box. Took a couple days to figure out the thermostat so had a couple cold days during the stay. Everything else we above expectation. Anything you wanted to eat or do was literally minutes away. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Upon arrival, we had trouble getting in the gate, then getting into the rental. Once inside, the place was infested with bugs! It took us about 2 hours to clean up what was there, not knowing this was a "known" issue and going to be a continuous issue for the remainder of our 12 day stay. The bugs remained a HUGE constant issue. They crawled on us at night and in the bathrooms. The floors were so dirty we couldn't walk around barefoot because our feet were so black it was as if we were outside barefoot all day! I had to purchase my own toilet paper!! The washing machine smelled like mold and sewage. Bryan from management told me it was usable so i washed their sheets and towels in it, they came out black and smelling like mildew! Would you wash your clothes in there?? No! But he insisted it was usable, made me clean it and purchase cleaning supplies for their washer. Seriously??! I did, didn't make a difference. I went to a laundry mat, in a "safe" neighborhood because where this property is located, is not in a safe neighborhood!! Opener for the gate(s) barely works. I was there for business, so you can imagine how irritating it would be not being able to get out when you need to be somewhere. The garage opener is completely fried. Definitely needs replaced. The garage itself, well lets just hope you don't have a big car or you're not getting in or parking in the driveway. The pool, not even within walking distance. You have to drive and still walk a block.

We had such a wonderful week at the Casa -- the home was sparkling clean and well-equipped for our family stay. We loved the beautiful backyard, and the community pool, and the convenient location (right near the river bike path!). We can't wait to come back! Thank you!

The home is great for families. The master suite with its own bathroom is great and there are two other nice bedrooms. It has a garage and in-driveway parking. House was very clean!

We came for our daughter’s wedding. It was wonderful to stay in a place that felt like a home away from home. So lovely and very comfortable.

This is the third time we have stayed at Casa San Miguel. It never disappoints. We brought friends with us this time and we all really enjoyed the back patio area. It is always clean and comfortable. We will continue to stay here every time we come to Tucson.

It’s a great house and we’re very comfortable there. Lovely yard. Nice bedrooms. Our go-to house in Tucson. Parking is tight. Clean but needs a deep cleaning.

House located in a great quite neighborhood. Well equipped with everything you would need to prepare meals. Only complaint would be that we were not impressed with the cleanliness of the house.

Charming little home
We took the teenage kids on spring break and loved the accommodations of this house. It is very well kept and decorated. We enjoyed the backyard with the grill and firepit. We also appreciated the religious items in the house.

Great location
We come for the biking, hiking, rock climbing and this is a great location. We hop on our bicycles and just ride. The kitchen is well supplied. The beds are comfy and the living room is a great place to rest and recuperate for the next days adventure. We also enjoyed the outdoor dining on the patio. We have been here before and enjoyed it equally both times. Thanks

Lovely unit
A lovely unit that is well stocked. The yard is beautiful and rooms comfortable. Our only major complaint is that the garbage can was full and smelly in the garage. Note, the pool and hot tub are within walking distance and there are 2 lock boxes which can be confusing esp when checking in at night. Cable was spotty and internet was disconnected but was able to reboot after a few tries.

Generally pretty good
The space worked out fine for 3 adults (1 couple & 1 single). It would have been tight with 6 since 4 would most likely be sharing a small bathroom. The living room is small. The backyard is bigger but the cooler weather didn't allow for full use of that space.

Wonderful home, great location
My husband and I stayed for 3 weeks (a combination of remote work and vacation) and this property was ideal in so many ways. The location next to the Loop bike trail was critical for us and we used it daily. Hiking is 30 minutes or so, whether you go east or west. The house itself was great: what a beautiful yard! Sun to warm you up in the side yard and a fully shaded back yard. My husband loved the quality of the grill and I wanted for almost nothing in the kitchen. We cooked dinner nearly every day given the current state of the pandemic and as many have noted, the kitchen is incredibly well-equipped. Wifi was stable enough for us to both have video meetings at the same time. All in all, a great visit and a wonderful place to stay on our first trip to the Tucson area. We'll be back!

Great location, great home for short or long stays
We love the location - right on the bike loop trail and close to restaurants and shopping in general. The home is immaculate, the beds comfortable, kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals and the yard is a lovely spot to relax or eat your breakfast or lunch. We also enjoyed using the grill.

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed at this property! We just love this hidden gem! We will plan to return to this cute little bungalow any time we visit Tucson!

Comfy home
The house was great and met our needs for 3 adults and 2 kids under 10. The kitchen was stocked with most things we needed ie spices, oils, even coffee. We only needed to purchase the actual food. The living space wasn't big but it was adequate. The front and back yard was beautifully landscaped and the weather was nice so we were able to enjoy an afternoon on the patio. There were quite a few religious artifacts, so if you're not a religious person, it might be a bit much. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent the property again. It was located next to the Tucson mall and close to restaurants and stores.

Lovely casita in a great location
We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this ranks among the very best. The casita is well equipped with a great layout and garden. Our kids were delighted to use the community pool everyday which is just a short walk away. The location is lovely with easy access to shops, restaurants, and trails in Sabino Canyon. We really loved this property!

Great house and Neighborhood
Loved the house, well appointed and great location. Our second time in this neighborhood and with Vacasa, but this time we got to use the pool and hot tub. Didn't have enough time to try out the bikes, but it was already up into the 90's anyway. Would definitely come back again in the future

Nice house near Tucson
House was great. It had everything we needed. Yard was very nice with beautiful landscaping. Hummingbirds would visit! House was in a Development that was secure but surrounding area was commercial and not upscale.

Great home with everything you’d need.
This home was perfect for our family to spend Thanksgiving. It was quiet, cozy yet roomy. We did utilize the pool and hot tub which was nice. The kitchen was over stocked and had literally everything except a rolling pin (which I never expected). I’ve stayed at many rental properties and they are not near stocked with necessities as this. So you plan to make homemade noodles for a thanksgiving dinner and need a rolling pin there is one there now. All kidding aside I would definitely stay here and recommend this property. Thanks for sharing your home.

Loved the outdoor spaces!!
This was our first time to Tucson. Found this gated property on VRBO and it was perfect for our stay. Would definitely stay here again on subsequent trips. The outdoor courtyard was lovely!

A Great Stay!
I came out with two other buddies for a week of warm weather cycling/spring training. The townhouse was a two minute cycle over to the "loop" bike path which was perfect for our needs as we could get in a lot of warm flat miles and also launch off to get out of town for different routes into the hills. We were also less than a ten minute drive (car) to the Sprouts natural food market. The property itself was clean and very comforatable for the three of us. As a food professional I was fine in the kitchen. Glass top electric stove...so do not expect a Wolf but it worked find and was clean. Gadget wise it had what we needed for preparing simple healthy meals and the back yard grill was excellent. This was our primary cooking surfaace. Also a very good drip coffee maker. The front yard also was nice spot for morning coffee or afternoon beers. It was also where we set up our borrowed bike stand for putiing together and breaking down our bikes for travel. The living room/dining area was an open concept with a great breakfast bar. Couch and chairs all comfortable. Beds were were all very comfortable with nice linens. In house laundry was perfect and a must for us. The owners provide start-laundry and dish supplies. The dish was enough for us but we did need additional laundry supplies. Communication with the property management was also great!!! I had a few questions and needed a couple conversations...my text messages or phone messages were always answered within minutes. We did not use the pool facilities so can't comment on this. All good and would certainly consider staying here again.
