Welcome to our Ledges condo (unit 10310). This condo has been updated and is VERY CLEAN. Its located right on the main channel with awesome views from the balcony, living room, and master bedroom. Our condo is nicely decorated and equipped with everything you should need for a relaxing and enjoyable lake vacation experience. The Ledges is close to all that Osage Beach has to offer. Shopping is nearby. There are lots of restaurants to satisfy every taste. There is nightlife to satisfy most anyone.
Are you looking for a great view of the lake? You have found that view with this condo. There aren't many condos in this area of the lake with this remarkable view. The balcony has an unobstructed view of the main channel. You can also sit in the comfortable living room and have an equally wonderful view of the main channel. When you awake in the master bedroom, you will be able to look out of the windows and have that same magnificent view. The master bedroom has private access to the balcony.
One of the most prominent features of our condo is the balcony which overlooks the main channel. Sip a cool drink as you sit on the comfortable lounge furniture and watch the lake activities. The covered balcony provides a haven from the heat of the day and a refreshing breeze for those afternoons and evenings. In the evening, listen to the water lapping up against the shore as you reflect on the fun activities of the day.

Master Bedroom has King size bed with all new furniture with cable/tv. Attached is a en-suite with double sinks and tub/shower combination. The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen size bed with a set up bunk beds and cable/tv. For those additional guests we have a sofa sleeper (Queen size) in the livingroom. We also offer free wifi.

Our kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Sit and watch all the boats go by.
We supply all the paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soaps, shower gels, kitchen soap & pods, laundry soap.

There is no need to worry about if you will receive the key in time for your check-in. We have a lock box which contains entrance keys for the condo. We have removed that hassle. We try to think of everything, so that all you have to do is think about the fun and relaxation you will enjoy.

BOATERS: We have multiple boat slips from 10 x 24, 12 x 30 to 14 x 40- Rental fee may be waived depending on your length of ask me. Trailer parking is available at the Surdyke Port 20 marina located very near the Ledges. Fishing is allowed from the docks.
Need more have the condo right next door #1197218 on vrbo. We have multiple units from 2 bedroom, 3 bedrooms to 5 bedrooms. Just give us a call 618-363-8065.

Our first time to the Ozarks was great- so much to do. Property had everything that you needed. Check in check out process was excellent. Plenty of space for our family of four. The pool at the entrance is heated and way warmer then the pool closest to this unit. We would definitely use this Property again and would recommend it. There are a few things that would have made the experience a little bit more enjoyable: 1. The deck was covered in cobwebs and dead bugs, i would definitely add that to get cleaned. 2. As others had mentioned the bed was so high it would take me a couple tries to climb in- im average height. The bed frame and headboard need tightened or changed, with every turn it would shake and hit the wall. 3. The couch sinks when you sit in it, my husband and I mostly sat on the loveseat. 4. Adding ice cube trays to be filled for the next renters would be great as well. Again, we enjoyed our stay and would use this Property again.

This was a great place to stay, it has beautiful views of the lake, nice beds, nice bathrooms, and a nice living space. I would certainly recommend this as a place to stay and would stay here again.

Overall we had a delightful time and a fabulous experience in this rental. The views from the master and the balcony deck were amazing! The large couch could stand an upgrade though. It is a sleeper sofa but when you sit on it, you sink about 6 inches and it is uncomfortable. The loveseat was much better. The unit could also use some oven mitts. I had to use towels to get our dinner out of the oven. However, if you aren't using the oven, everything else was great - comfy beds, enough towels, kitchen gadgets/pans were all wonderful.

We showed up late and couldn't access email to get in. The lady answered and gave us the code at 1am!!! The view is amazing. It was just what i needed. The only thing i didn't like is the fireplace don't work. The other condos have new electric fireplaces for the same price. The couch is too uncomfortable to sit on needs new cushions or replaced. And the master bed was so high i could barely climb in very firm, almost too firm for comfort.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ledges. The view was spectacular!! Condo had everything we needed. The house itself was very clean. Only thing needing attention was the grill. It was very dirty & old. Burners need to be changed out. Other than that we had an awesome time. Will certainly recommend to others and hope to come back ourselves in the future!!

We arrived a little before the 4pm check in, and expected to wait until 4pm to check in but the condo was still being cleaned so we weren't able to check in until they were done about 4:30. So the wait was a bit of a bummer. Condo was very nice and roomy, with excellent view of the lake from the balcony. Beds were comfortable and showers had good water pressure. Lots of closet room, but bring hangers if you will have clothes to hang up (no hangers provided). We enjoyed the pool and fishing from the docks. Overall, we had a good time and would stay again.

Upon arriving the only complaint would be it should be marked third number 10 building and should have easier access to the key that opens the door. Other than that it was remarkably clean and had everything needed for our 10 day stay. Would definitely rent again. The view was beautiful and very relaxing.

We arrived about 3:50 and check in was 4 pm. The condo had not been cleaned. We called the property manager who then sent the cleaning service. They did arrive and we were able to move in at 5:10 instead of 4 PM. Not a good way to start your trip :(. ( No masks used by the cleaning service) I asked for a 50 dollar refund because if we left late we would be fined 50 dollars. Request was declined. Condo does have an excellent view. However .when we return I will look for different property ,management when we book a condo.
