We loved this house for our group - college friends and our kids! Plenty of space to hang out all together in the open first floor, basement and outside. Between the pool, proximity to beach, basketball court and games/puzzles there was plenty to do in any weather! The bedroom/bathroom set up worked well for friends or extended family group with multiple adults and kids. We loved our stay and hope to make it a yearly tradition!

Great size, amenities, and quality fine touches, from the layout of the backyard, to the decor in the house. Great location relative to towns and beaches.

Perfect house for 8 adults on a golf weekend trip. Plenty of room for everyone. House was in excellent condition and pictures in the listing accurately reflected the property. Conveniently located to great restaurants, bars, golf courses, etc.
Will definitely look to rent this property again next Spring.

This was a great house for our family vacation. A good location to visit the other areas of the Cape. The house is well equipped for visitors- plenty of dishes and cookware in the kitchen and all kinds of things for the beach in the garage - chairs, coolers and wagons. The pool was a godsend for us since the kids ran there as soon as we got in the door (every day). I would definitely recommend this house for a large group gathering.

We had the most amazing time! The house is beautiful, big and has so much entertainment. It was our first vacation with our one year old and we were a bit nervous. The house had a baby room with black out curtains and even a crib! It was perfect to set her up and she slept perfectly immediately there. The pool was heated and we spent tons of time there with our whole
Family. The basement has a a pool table and bar! After baby went to bed we all spent the evening there and played games and made drinks, the best time! The house is super close to Hyannis and the ferry to Nantucket and vineyard. Overall it was a great time and we are looking to boom again for next summer!

We stayed two nights at the property while we were on the cape for a wedding. We wished we had more time to enjoy the home, pool and sports court! The house was very clean and great for multiple families. We are hoping to return!!

We had a very nice stay. The house was great! The layout of the bedrooms was not ideal because you had to walk through a bathroom and bedroom to get to the hallway. Also, the house could use new fry pans.

Place was great for three families. Tons of space to play for the kiddos and lots of options for sleeping arrangements. Highly recommend

We had a great family vacation here. We've been to the cape many times and usually stay in Eastham but decided try this end of the cape. Lots to do. Grocery store nearby which was helpful. Included in our stay was a pass for all Barnstable beaches....note that this pass doesn't work at all County Beaches...just those within the town of Barnstable. We chose Craigville Beach the first day and it was disappointing...water clarity on other parts of the cape is much better. Not much Cape Cod ambiance at least in my opinion. We chose Mayflower Beach in Dennis and LOVED it...beautiful with the tide out or in and great for young children..,...but arrive before 9 as the parking is a challenge.
The pool at this house was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Back porch was wonderful. We would stay here again and again.

Wonderful week with three generations!

The property has excellent space for both gathering together and spreading out. We did all our dinners in, very manageable in the large well equipped kitchen. The property is near Hyannis, but situated to insure privacy and easy access to Craigsville Beach.

We had a wonderful week here with both adults and children. The pool and fire pit were favorites and used every day! We also played basketball and set up mats on the court for morning yoga. Movie night on the lower level was fun too. The property was a nice size for our group although the layout of one side of the upstairs was awkward as other reviews have mentioned. A doorway could be added to the closet from the hallway so that all the kids don’t have to walk through one of the king bedrooms to get to their rooms. Owner was responsive when there was a temporary issue with the pool heater. Thanks for the stay!

Our family had a great stay! The room arrangements suited us well and we spent a lot of time cooking in the kitchen and playing in the pool. The fire pit area was great for end of the day s’mores. Hosts were very responsive. Thank you!

Had a great time in Cape Cod, house was big and beautiful. There were 12 of us staying for the week. My 4 grandchildren loved the pool and basketball court. Plenty of places in the house to go for some alone time. Close to town and grocery store.. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Would definitely rent again if we come to the Cape again

We stayed here for 5 nights. There were 9 adults and three children. The house was clean. There was plenty of space to spread out and it never felt crowded. The layout is odd, to access a couple of the rooms, you have to walk through a master room and the master bathroom. The other option was to go through the garage. Some of the things in the house needed fixing up, but were minor. Only one burner on the stove top was working. The other stove top knobs would start smoking and reek of burnt plastic when turned on. The basement door leading out to the pool did not lock. The carbon monoxide alarm randomly went off at midnight our last night there. We tried silencing the blaring alarm a couple times, but all the detectors were connected centrally. The detector that went off seemed faulty but we ended up calling the fire department to investigate/reset the detector. It was very difficult to communicate with the host. The number provided cannot be called - seems to be text only. If you have any needs - expect to wait at least a few hours up to 24 hours to get a response. Despite a few mishaps, we did enjoy our time there. The pool was clean and a comfortable temperature; even on cooler days we could enjoy it. We did have an issue with the pool not heating one day but was an easy fix by adding more water. Plenty to do around the house with the basketball court and the pool table. We made use of the grill and the fire pit one night. Overall we had a lot of fun, I would recommend this house for a family getaway.

The house was perfect for our family weekend celebration of a new doctor in the family. The property was a perfect setting for pictures taken by a professional photographer of our clan, ranging from 7 weeks old (4 children 5 years & under) to 9 adults. The amenities of the property, both inside and out allowed for great fun by all! The only suggested improvement would be to clean the pollen off the screened in porch screens.

It was close to everything! We truly had an amazing time. Our college graduate just felt it was such a special weekend which meant everything to us since the ceremony was virtual.
Thank you thank you

Stayed here for New Years long weekend. We had three families there with 8 children ages 18 months to 14. This house was perfect. Very clean. The kitchen/dining/living room area was a great place to hang out...very open and spacious. The windows gave a beautiful backyard view. The basement was so fun with the pool table and extra living rooms. Plenty of room to spread out. We would definitely recommend to families.

We had a wonderful weekend at this house. The backyard was amazing. From the heated pool to the private basketball court you could spend entire days just at the house. There was only five of us and the house could have held much more. Ryan the owner was super responsive and helpful with any minor issues we occurred. He was a pleasure to talk to.
