Lots of windows. Ocean views from private deck, living room, dining room and kitchen. 2 car garage. Small complex. More like a home. Walk across the street to beach, pier, marina, parks, movie theater, restaurants, shopping, farmer's market, coffee houses. 2 bedrooms both with queen beds 2 baths 1000 sq ft twin pull out sofa in living room. Sleeps 5. washer and dryer in unit!! well equipped kitchen. very comfortable furnishings. BBQ gas grill. outside shower. 2 flat screens (1) in living room (1) in master bedroom wifi

Excellent stay. I was suprised on first day that the central air is heat only, however both bedrooms had effective AC units and given our visit was in May we could cool the house down relatively easily. The host was very responsive and I really appreciated access of the garage and beach equipment like a rolled mobile mat and wagon for my kids. The house itself was very well furnished with ample towels and toiletries and the host was kind enough to include things like toothbrushes that we forgot!
Overall very nice stay and well run. Close to beach. Good times

Fantastic location - short walk to the beach and restaurants. Condo was well appointed with anything you might need, individual AC in each of the two bedrooms. Bob was very helpful during the check in process, overall a wonderful experience.

We stayed at this wonderful property with our two teenage children. It had everything we needed, and was clean and spacious. We were very appreciative of the beach accessories as many rentals don’t include that. We were within walking distance to everything and could easily drive to nearby towns. Absolutely loved the view and the ocean breeze. We never even turned the AC on, just opened windows and enjoyed the California air. Communication was easy and check in was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for providing a fabulous place to make awesome memories together.

2 couples stayed for 6 nights - we couldn't have been happier with the home, the location and the owners. Each of us had their own bed/bath situation. The kitchen was awesome to cook in. We spent a lot of time on the outdoor deck, with fabulous ocean views. Bob and Leslie were so wonderful to us! Highly recommend!

We spent the 4th of July week there with our two 5 year olds. The place was absolutely perfect. The rooms were spacious, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Great location, easily walked to the beach daily, restaurants were also walking distance. Not much noise from the neighborhood. There is a train very close but it didn’t bother us. It was great to have a garage and not have to worry about parking. We hope to be back!

We stayed here for the Ironman 70.3 - perfect spot - lots of coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. Having a washer and dryer was the bomb. Beautiful view of the ocean. The owner is awesome and super communicative. We how to rent it again next year!

Bob and Leslie were welcoming and helpful if needed. Unit was well stocked with everything for a short or long stay. Just add food!

This lovely, cozy condo was welcoming and neat as a pin, with a place for everything and everything in its place. There were even beautiful fresh flowers! The view of the Pacific feeds one's soul and the Ocean is only a short walk away. Leslie and Bob, the hostess and host were The Best! They were helpful in every possible way. You could not ask for better! Highly recommended.

Great location
The property was great and exactly how it was described. Checking in was so nice from the second floor patio to hear/see the waves of the Pacific Ocean and see surfers every morning. Location was great and we walked the 2 mile strand along the beach every morning. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied. Plenty of linens and the bathrooms were well stocked for our 2 week stay. I would recommend this property.

The perfect get away!
We highly recommend this unit! It has a nice view and the kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked, which was important for us since we flew in. Bob and Leslie were great to deal with. The rooms were comfortable and we felt right at home. The fire place was a little temper mental but that's an easy fix. Great memories, we looking forward to staying here again in the future.

I give it five stars, and kudos to the owners Bob and Leslie for very prompt and helpful information and support during our stay. The unit is really better than even the profile and photos suggest. The view of the ocean is really good. There are surfers out there almost every day; beautiful sunsets; and yes, you can hear the waves from the balcony and living room. The unit is really furnished nicely and tastefully (some vacation rentals have décor that is kind of cheesy; not this one!) I’m a foodie; the kitchen was well furnished with useful, high quality tools and appliances. The televisions are large, and the living room TV pivots to multiple angles. There’s a solid package of cable channels, including a couple of premium networks such as HBO. As other reviewers have noted, there is a super-abundance of good linens (bedding, bath, and beach). The train station is about two blocks away: easy to ride to San Diego and Los Angeles several times daily in all directions. (The trains will not bother you; they run through all the beach cities and neighborhoods, and they pass through quietly. This is a very pricey part of California.) It’s a charming neighborhood, filled with luxury homes as well as quirky Venice-type neighbors. Extraordinarily friendly people. You can walk to everything: restaurants, bars, farmer’s market, the pier, and more. The Wifi works fine, but it is a shared resource, so it has very limited bandwidth. If you want to stream video, you may want to bring your own connection. The garage was great, and my Honda Accord fit without any problems. Large vehicles may not fit, as the owners and other reviewers have noted. Parking in the coastal communities is tight and restricted, so make sure you know your parking needs before you book. This unit is the best way to immerse yourself in the coastal lifestyle! I loved every moment of my ten-night stay.

Comdo was very spacious and clean. Perfect size for my family. We had 4 adults and 2 children ages 11 and 4. Would definitely recommend this property

Also, very close in proximity to the beach, pier, and downtown. Know that this is a 3rd story unit, so be ready for stairs! Also, there is some gear/equipment in the garage, so 2 small cars will probably fit, but our Dodge van and Subaru sedan didn’t fit (if you wanted to get out).
