We had to leave early due to a medical emergency, and I contacted the owner about the need for a deep cleaning and painting. There is black mold in the master shower and mold all throughout the kitchen where the sealer surrounds the stainless steel sink and where the kitchen countertop meets the stone backsplash. The sofa needs replacement or a deep, upholstery cleaning, and the living room rug was filthy and probably needs replacement. The decor was lovely and the size was lovely. It felt like our linens were not washed so we had to wash the bedroom linens prior to sleeping. The owner should look at a different cleaning service. The kitchen frying pans need replacement. We were not comfortable utilizing the kitchen space due to black mold. We also experienced allergy issues while staying in the condo perhaps due to the mold. Our stay was cut short by two nights due to the medical emergency.

Condo is lovely. Kitchen very well equipped with everything you need. Location was great, easy walk to the beach, great views of the ocean, and right next store to the Ritz. Plenty of beach equipment. Owner/host was extremely accommodating and always willing to answer questions. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The property is exactly as advertised; our stay was lovely! Michelle was extremely responsive to my emails and texts; the Welcome Guide and information she sent prior to our arrival was very thorough and helpful. In addition to being lovely and clean, the property is well outfitted and had a flashlight, makeup mirror and hair dryer in each bathroom, kitchen wrap and spices, laundry pods, you name it. We also appreciated the well outfitted owner's closet for our beach time and the close proximity to the Ritz for an evening cocktail.
We would not hesitate to stay here again; thank you, Michelle and family, for sharing your condo with us!

Our family has vacationed in Amelia Island for many years. This unit worked well for our family. The children’s room was perfect for my grandchildren. We particularly enjoyed eating on the balcony. The kitchen was well equipped, something we have experienced rarely. We had a problem in one of the bathrooms but the property manager was responsive and the issue was addressed quickly. The living room furniture was comfortable as were the beds. All in all a very successful vacation. We would be happy to rent this unit again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautiful, spacious condo! The location was perfect! Right on the beach, easy access to the pool, the Ritz, etc! The condo very well appointed with a great spacious balcony that allowed for beautiful sunrise viewing! Communication with the owner/manager was timely and accurate. Thank you Michelle! We loved this location and condo. It was comfortable and safe for our family of 5 (3 kids - 7,3 and 1). We had the pool to ourselves most days, the beach was fantastic and we enjoyed dinner at the Ritz a few nights (just next door). The property manager is very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful Spring Break get away to this beautiful condo. We had dinner in several nights and the kitchen is well equipped. It's so nice to have 3 full bathrooms so each room had its own bathroom. The condo is beautiful and the owner was very helpful when we couldn't get into the utility closet (we were opening the wrong closet). The location is also great. Not only the beach but he Ritz is right next door where we golfed and had lunch and drinks afterwards. We took morning walks around the area, which was really nice. I would highly recommend this condo!

Extremely clean and inviting condo! We loved the uplighting in the home. Kitchen was fully stocked and most of our meals were prepared at the condo. The patio had a beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would love to come back when the weather is warmer!

A group of old friends got together for a long weekend. The condo was perfect to reconnect. The balcony overlooks the ocean which is an easy walk. We would get up and watch the sun rise and sit have coffee and fellowship on the balcony. Play games and meals at the dining room table. There was ample room for the five of us. The condo was nicely furnished and clean. Unfortunately we arrived in a power storm which made unloading very difficult. I felt directions could have been a bit more explicit as which floor the condo was on and the exact location of carts.
The first morning of our two full day stay, we awoke to no water. I called the owner who told me she would find out what was going on and get back to me. We could not use toilets, showers, brush our teeth etc. At 10;30 I finally went out in the rain and walked the entire property and finally located a phone number to call and was told the water should be on shortly. After leaving the condo for grocery to buy water, and lunch we returned around 1:30 and found water back on. At 3;30 I received a text from the owner asking if we had water yet. I am aware the owner was not responsible for this issue, but we certainly were not! The situation was not handled very professionally. We lost our first day of vacation.
That evening, the owner text me and offered another night because of the problem. After checking with the other 4 ladies, 3 arranged to be able to stay.( One has a husband with dementia and had to find a sitter for the night, another had to change her flight) I let the owner know we really appreciated the offer!
The next day, while out shopping I received a text late morning telling me she was unable to offer the extra night as someone wanted to rent the condo. NO phone call! Rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing.

We had so much fun and the accommodations were great. Everything was extremely comfortable and quality. The location was great and the amenities were wonderful. All the items provided for the beach were so convenient and helpful. The only issues were the guest room toilet where the chain kept falling off the lever, the rooms got much hotter than the main living space but was helpful that a box fan was provided for one room and also the tvs were missing the controller to control using the smart tv features like Disney+, Netflix, AirPlay etc.

Everything just as described. Couple of questions I had were answered immediately by the host. Wonderful location. Loved the view and large balcony with seating for us all. The condo was clean and well appointed. It’s quite a walk down to the beach so go down prepared because it is a haul to go back and forth. Take a packed cooler and whatever else you need.
No tables or umbrellas at the pool so we didn’t spend much time there.
