We all enjoyed our stay here, we will be coming back for our next family reunion.

I liked the garden space and the kitchen the most.

I didn't like that the doors would stick sometimes but it's an old house so it's expected.

Perfect for our business trip at Portimao circuit

Simple as 1 2 3. Our 2nd tme staying here, already booked end of the year. we come for work. would consider coming on familly holiday. perfect location, perfect place to stay

The door locks closed when it shuts. so if you leave key in house........ you need a young energetic fit son to climb up the wall and get in through the window

I like following things: ● Great Location between Nature ● Amazing Garden ● Big Swimming pool with great depth ● Collection of Antique pieces ● Living room with fire

No network coverage No Internet working Engery were down sometimes Some beds were uncomfortable No shampoo in bathrooms

The house is beutifull. Go back in time, combine old furnithres and style with modern eqwipment. Great location.

Fantastic retreat

Great location, very well equipped and very quiet. Pool was great - loads of space both inside and out.

No Aircon in bedrooms - got a little warm at night. Had to leave windows closed or woken at 7am by animals; but I do always feel warm so shouldn’t be a problem for most people. Everyone else in the house was fine.

An outstanding old house with everything you can dream of for a gathering.

Everything! The house have History and you can feel it. Miguel managed to preserve the tradition and brought modern comfort in every corner. The park is outstanding, the pool is great and the terrace under the shade of a giant pine tree is the perfect place for barbecues with a lot of friends.

Nothing. It was the perfect place for us at that time: a bunch of family and friends that wanted to party and rest over the week-end.

The house, the garden, the swimming pool, the people. Everything was wonderful. The house is very nice. The accommodations are great. Very clean. Very peaceful. As I mentioned the best experience that I had so far.

Excellent

Our stay in Casa do Lago was excellent! The house is exactly how it's shown in photos, it's clean and perfectly eqquiped! The location is great: it's a quiet place, without neighbourgs, perfect for getting some rest, but at the same time it's easy to get acess to supermarkets and to the city itself by car. At first, we were a bit worried that the house would be a bit small for so many people (we were a group of 15 people), but it was a very pleasant stay: the rooms are pretty big and the house has a lot of facilities: we switched between the pool (great btw!), soccer-table, ping pong and barbecue, so there is always a lot to do! Last but not least, Miguel was extremly kind and housewarming with us, always making sure there was nothing missing! The only bad thing in this weekend was the duration itself: two nights was just not enought! We will definitely come back!
