Only 3 miles from the beautiful Dana Point Harbor and Doheny state Beach. Also, walking distant from the historic Los Rios Street and Downtown San Juan Capistrano where you can find entertainment, shopping and amazing fine dinning, historic sites such as San Juan mission and famous swallows inn. Walk to family fun at zoo mars or the ecology center. Pet-Friendly home with a $100 fee.
3 bed 2 bath Family & Pet Friendly. This home is a Triplex and has 1 shared wall. Sleeps 6. Gated back yard for pets.

Only 3 miles from the beach. Also, walking distance from historic Los Rios Street and Downtown San Juan Capistrano. San Juan mission is a great place to site see. Zoomars petting zoo, ecology center and Los Rios park are great fun for the kids.
Uber and Lyft are easily accessible in this area. Metro link is walking distance from this property where you can easily visit San Diego or Anaheim. Also, walking distance from downtown where there is so much to do for the entire family.
Parking- there is 1 parking spot on left side of driveway. Also, 1 parking pass provided for street parking. Must Display. If lost, renter is responsible for $500 per pass.
Propane- there is propane tank for fire pit and BBQ. renter is responsible to fill up if emptied. Costs $25 at Albertsons. Will be charged $75 if we have to fill it up after your stay.
Pet Fee- Our home is Pet Friendly and requires a $100 non-refundable fee.
Listed are the house rules along with possible charges if not followed thoroughly. After you book, we will also email you our contract agreement in its entirety and require you return it with a signature and picture of your photo ID......
-No more then 6 overnight guests, and 10 daytime guests. If occupancy is exceeded, noise complaints are made or parking violations, guest will be charged $400.
-Trash must be disposed of in outside bins before departure or fined $100. DO NOT move outside trash bins to street.
-1 PARKING PASS is provided for street parking. If LOST or Not returned you will be fined $500 per pass as we are only allotted 2 per year and this will affect our future renters.
- Within an hour of check-in, please contact Courtney @ [email protected] with any concerns or damages otherwise you have accepted the condition of the house and any damages moving forward may be your responsibility.
-There is a check list provided that layout requirements for check-out. Please follow check list and remember this is someone's home so if furniture is moved or you spill please put back and clean up.
-DISHES: Please clean and put away your own dishes before you leave. Please start the dishwasher before you leave if unable to put them away.
-There is propane for BBQ and fire pit. If the propane tank is empty during your stay, you are responsible to fill it at the local Albertsons/Walgreens. If it is not filled or tank is missing, you will be charged $75 to replace/refill.
-We are pet friendly with a $100 pet fee per animal. Please pick up after your dog. If poop is not cleaned up you will be charged an additional $100 fee. if you bring an unauthorized animal you will be charged $500.
-NO Pets on furniture.
- Before leaving, lock all doors and windows and turn air conditioning off.

Very modern upgrades & Clean residence. Front outdoor picture & site needs to be upgraded as a 3rd unit has been built on the property and it's now a triplex not a duplex so there is no front yard. Back yard is small but functional with dog run down the side. Neighbors dogs on fence line barked continuously with any slight sounds. All else was great.

Overall a great property and lovely area! The listing should update the check-out time since it is 11 am on everything else, AC in the back room does not work properly (we had to leave the room open for it to get cold since nothing came out of the vent), Only 2 TV's in the property and the wifi was pretty glitchy when trying to stream anything to watch. Beds are pretty low to the ground so if you have any health issues they may not be great for you, bunk beds were super loud so it was not good for sharing. The house was nice and pretty comfy to stay in.

Easily accomodated us and our pups, walked them everyday and plenty of restaurants and shopping in walking distance, neighbors were quiet and friendly.

A great place to stay. Note...it does not have a washer/dryer and very limited kitchen supplies. Beds were very comfortable. Master shower was backed up and hopefully will get fixed before the next person. Also, the dog area in the back area smelled of urine and my dogs didn’t want to go out there, so I took them for walks instead. I think the back yard needs a good hosing. Thank you!

Don’t look any further!
This home is perfect for a family and ideal for pets with a great outdoors area. Cool and clean Cement floors to modernism appointments makes it feel like you really are on a vacation. All new and everything you need from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Love and will be back!!

The house does need some fresh attention and a little maintenance. The master sink did not drain, and the outdoor furniture needs replacing. I had to purchase a hair dryer when the listing said it was included. So I give it a 4 instead of a 5.

Great location, very clean and comfortable
Myself and 4 kids had a wonderful stay here. It is very quiet which was necessary for e-learning. They could do their work inside or outside in the pretty backyard. Beds are comfortable, cozy blankets to snuggle up with, nice towels. Plenty of closet space and hangers. Kitchen has a great set up and plenty of dishes and utensils. The only thing I wished for was a Dyson stick or vacuum of some sort because we were so sandy and I felt bad leaving that behind. Thank you Courtney!

Due to COVID-19, we were unable to experience this property. Hoping that 2021 will provide an opportunity for us to visit.

Beautiful Property
This rental is well stocked. It is very clean and has a well tended back yard with everything needed for an extended stay. It’s close to everything such as stores, bike rentals and beaches. Will be back.

Lovely weekend
We had a lovely weekend at this home. It was perfect for all of four us, plenty of room on a single story for my elderly disabled inlaws. Owners did a fantastic job communicating from beginning to end. The only down side is that there isn't a microwave. We watched movies and enjoyed quality time, but popcorn would've been icing on the cake. We've book marked this home for future stays.

Perfect So Cal getaway!
It was a perfect place for our family to stay during our week long trip to Southern California! Beautiful and clean property! Pictures represent the property exactly. Walkable distance to Hidden House Coffee shop, Trevor’s for dinner, and close proximity to the beach by car. Hope to be able to stay here again!

Very comfortable and beautifully presented house on the inside. While we were staying, there was some major building works out front that we weren't made aware of. But Courtney was understanding and compensated us for the inconvenience.
