Welcome to our favorite spot in the United States: Park City, UT.
Our newly remodeled condo at Silver Cliff Village is bright, sunny, and spacious (1,400 square feet). It is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium, sleeping 6-8, located just a 5-minute walk to Park City Mountain, the largest ski resort in North America! Convenient to all Park City has to offer:
**300 yards to the base of Park City Mountain Resort
**Short walk to downtown to amazing shops and exceptional dining
**Free shuttle outside your door to take you to the canyons, Deer Valley, the grocery store, or even our great movie complex and other shopping at Redstone

The second bedroom has two twin lofted beds and a king-size bed with an attached bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked, and our living area is extremely comfortable with south-facing windows and a gas fireplace. A Full-size washer and dryer are also inside the condo.
Our wonderfully maintained complex includes an outdoor area with two hot tubs. There is an elevator to plenty of underground parking that is heated, dry, and convenient for loading and unloading.
Take advantage of the lively nightlife on Main Street with many exceptionally rated restaurants, bars, shopping, and other attractions. After a great day on the slopes, you can hit the town or snuggle in by the fire with a home-cooked meal.
We must admit that summers in Park City are just as remarkable. During the blue-sky summer season, you can walk three blocks to Cole Sports to rent bikes and hit one of the many trails for great outdoor adventure. Or, walk 100 yards to PCMR, where you can enjoy the summer festivities, including zip lines, an alpine slide, and an alpine coaster. The public library is just one block, and it's two and a half short blocks from a beautiful city park for the skate park, playgrounds, volleyball, baseball field, and picnic areas. Summers in Park City are filled with festivals, music, and other outdoor events. It shouldn't be missed.

This condo is wonderful. Great location, beautifully updated, and well-appointed. The owners were AMAZING to deal with and were very helpful with information ahead of our stay and with accommodating an unexpected early check in. Everything about this apartment is simply wonderful. Garage entry was simple, getting to the apartment was easy, getting in touch with owner was easy and fast. Apartment was spotless and felt newly renovated. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfortable, showers and bathrooms were spotless. Ski boot warmers in closet, floor mat in ski closet to help with wet equipment.
Location is excellent - a few steps to the street, a few steps up the hill to Park City's main parking lot, and a short walk to lifts. With equipment and kids in tow, ski boots on, 18 inches on the ground, it took less than 10 minutes to get to Payday and other lifts.
Without hesitation, I would stay here again.
I will add that I wish the entry way had more industrial style rugs/mats for snowy gear, including to storage closet. The place was so spotless and fresh that we felt guilty taking our boots off inside in the foyer ;-)

We had an amazing stay at this property. The hosts gave us all the information needed ahead of time. The location can’t be beat. We walked back and forth from the slopes easily. It was a 5 minute walk. The property was lovely and felt cozy. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is a very easy and well-kept property. Although it is not an easy walk to town, or to the ski lifts because of blocked off roads, the property was still in a good location and it was in very good condition.

We felt at home in this superb condo the moment we walked through the door. It’s bigger than it looks in the pictures but still manages to be really cosy. Fantastic kitchen, huge lounge with fireplace, large bedrooms with powerful showers and comfortable beds, large dining table, great wifi, ski room, loads of storage space… we loved every minute in our mountain home and were sad to leave. The owners were also highly responsive and flexible. Best of all, the condo was a 5-minute walk to the ski lifts and a pretty 10-minute walk up to the historic part of town…all while being on a quiet street with no traffic noise.
If I had to be critical, I would say that the top bunk does not have enough head-room as our daughter (22) banged her head countless times. Had there been 2 single beds instead of a double and a bunk, it would have worked better for our family. However I believe the owners are renovating the condo this summer so this may be resolved.

David and Kate’s place is the perfect combo of the space and location! The condo is laid out nicely and has plenty of room to move around with 5 people staying there! 5 min walk to base of the mountain and close to everything in town! The condo is everything we hoped it would be. The location to the slopes was great! So close to town. We used the bus system and it was easy!! The kitchen was so well equipped. The queen bed was a bit smaller felt more like a full size and the mattress is slightly uncomfortable. However, a miner issue with everything else that was top notch!! We will recommend this place to our friends and are looking forward to another stay!! The owners are wonderful to work with! Thank you!!

The fall weather was so nice, we enjoyed the patio space for appetizers in the evening before walking to Main Street for dinner. Really a fabulous location, close to mountain bike trails and the golf course. Also loved the hot tub! The hosts have the unit set up to be very welcoming. We look forward to a return visit!

Amazing stay
We loved the location of the property — just a few minutes from the base of Park City Mountain. It made all the difference. The apartment had the incredible convenience of indoor parking with an elevator. And the apartment itself was super cozy and comfortable. It was stocked with all the things you need (coffeemaker, humidifiers, etc.). And the fireplace was delightful. We played board games and watched movies after skiing. Our family loved it and we hope we get to stay here again!

You can’t beat this location. Walk across a parking lot and you are where you want to be. The condo was cozy and spacious. Our kids were perfect in the guest room with the bunk & bed, kitchen had everything you’d need and the fireplace was great after a long day. Would stay here again and would recommend!

Lovely condo in an amazing location!
This home has been updated and is extremely comfortable with a walk to everything location! Love the gas fireplace and the fact that the owner keeps the home stocked with just about everything you could need, even laundry detergent! It's a block long uphill walk to the slopes which might be a lot for little guys holding skis but we used the ski valet at ParkCity resort and just walked up.with our 7 and 6 yr old. The parking lot at the ski resort gets full by about 8:45am so its nice to be so close. The water pressure in the shower is superb-that matters to me:) There is a Jacuzzi right next to the unit which is great for Apres SKI, buy get there by 4ish. My kids absolutely loved the bedroom with the loft beds. They spent most of their time in there making forts with blankets when we were in the house. Lots of kids games and books in the house too which was nice! They have sleds for sledding in the closet. Overall a really great choice.for our family and we highly reccomend. ❤️

Amazing 🤩
This is our second time staying at the condo and it was even better than before! The location is perfect! 2 min walk to the slopes, a block away from a dog park and sledding, 15 min drive to tubing, and super close to Main Street. You can even walk if you wanted to. The condo was clean and super cozy and the hot tub was right out the front door. We will be definitely coming back again.

Amazing location and well stocked condo!
My friends and I had a wonderful experience staying at this condo. Check in was SO easy with the door code, and we walked straight to mountain village every day in less than 5 minutes. The covered garage was an awesome plus as well. The condo was stocked with anything and everything we might need. You could tell that this family has set it up perfectly for renting, with extra chargers, signs that tell you how to turn on the fireplace and use the TV, extra blankets and sheets, laundry soap, etc. The only thing that confused us is that they ask for you to use beach towels for the hot tub but there was only one kind of towel in the condo. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here if we come back to Park City!

Great Stay at Silver Cliff
This condo worked out great for our family of four. Location is right across from the Park City Mountain base – just walk a few minutes through the mountain parking lot and you are at the lifts, any number of ski rental shops, or the outdoor ice skating rink. You can do a longer walk to the center of Main St. or the free Park City Bus is only a block away that will take you right there.
Very spacious 1st floor condo. The kids loved the room with the bunk beds. Master bedroom has its own private bathroom. The living room is great and has an easy to use gas fireplace, 2 comfortable couches, and plenty of games for at night. Kitchen has everything you need. The complex’s 2 hot tubs are very close to the unit once you step out the front door.
David and Kate were great hosts and very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay at Silver Cliff.

Park City Ski Trip
Great trip to Park City and amazing stay at this condo. Four adult men celebrating 30th birthdays. The condo was very spacious, had all the amenities plus more. Can't speak enough to the location- 5 minute walk to the PC base, 5-min shuttle to Old Town, and steps away from the hot tub area. Garage access and elevators... very convenient. Our Host had all of our questions and concerns answered within the hour leading up to the trip. 10/10 would recommend this location for a small group of friends or single family.
