Great location in Cleveland with parking on premises. This home is less than a block from the restaurants in little Italy, with a short drive to anything you may want to visit in Cleveland. Very clean, well maintained, good bedding and closet space. Owner is thoughtful and responsive, would stay again without hesitation.

Spent only a few hours in the apartment over the three days. My husband was taken ill on the day we arrived and was in the hospital for a total of 5 days. Nice apartment, well furnished and very clean. Sorry we could not enjoy the space or the town. Now home and recovering from the hospital stay.

Can’t say enough good things about this property. Our family of 4 stayed for our son’s graduation from Case Western. The apartment has very spacious living areas so perfect when grandparents and our grad came to hang out. 1 min walk to all the delicious restaurants in Little Italy and easily walkable to Case. Very close to hospitals too. I just wished we had discovered this gem sooner.

We had appointments at Cleveland Clinic and it was a very easy drive and only minutes away. Little Italy was a few blocks away and we enjoyed walking the Little Italy neighborhoods each evening. The off-street parking at the house was wonderful.

Great stay at this property, probably one of the nicest we've rented. Host was very responsive. Little Italy in Cleveland is a gem, and host provided great recommendations where to eat. Would definitely recommend to stay there again if in Cleveland again. Thank you!

We stayed four days so my son in law could be seen at Cleveland Clinic. We were so pleased with our choice of accommodations. The apartment was so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. It was immaculate and so convenient. It was so much nicer than staying in a hotel.

My mom, wife, and one-year old had the pleasure of staying at Dominic's place in Little Italy for just over a week. The location cannot be beat -- right dead center in Little Italy and a short drive from many of the city's attractions. And whoever did the renovation of this 100+ year unit deserves an award: you would have no idea from the outside that inside resides a modern space with all the creature comforts. The Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and the living room had plenty of cushy seating when we had family over. I would also express a note of appreciation for the way Dominic managed things. Prior to our stay we requested a pack and play and he had it ordered and set up when we arrived. We had one issue with a utility that emerged on Christmas Eve that was outside of Dominic's control. One of the hardest days to get a technician but Dominic was on top of it and the issue was completely resolved to our satisfaction. Kudos!

Property was perfect! We had a Ford F150 that did fit in the space (boy are we better at backing out ;) ) We hit a great weekend the Little Italy Christmas was scheduled and so great to see the shops open late.

We came to celebrate Thanksgiving with college age son. Place was perfect with well stocked kitchen (pots, pans, utensils etc). Perfect place to walk to restaurants too! Would definitely stay again.

I couldn't have found anything bad to say about this stay if I tried. The place was impeccably clean on our arrival, included nice touches such as sample shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap in case you forget something, and was in the perfect location. Minutes from Cleveland Clinic, a short ride to downtown, and mere steps away from the wonderful restaurants and bakeries of Little Italy. 10/10.

We stayed here for 6 nights to see the sights Cleveland has to offer. This lovely home was the best place to stay in Cleveland. It is beautiful, clean, and safe. It has everything—good knives, big closets with hampers, comfy beds in very dark bedrooms. Everything is new and updated. It is only one-half block from restaurants on Mayfield Rd. Presti’s Bakery and Mia Bella Restaurant were our favorites. We walked to University Circle to visit the Botanical Gardens, Museum of Natural History, and the Museum of Art. The 15 minute walk is very pleasant. We turned right along the way to walk up and around Hessle Street and Court to see the road made of wooden bricks. We also walked to the Euclid entrance to Lakeville Cemetery for a lovely walk through fall color and a visit to the beautiful Tiffany designed Wade Memorial Chapel. The cemetary also has a Nature Trail near the Eliot Ness gravesite. We took Uber to the West Side Market, to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and to Collision Bend Brewery to catch the Funny Bus (a BYOB comedy show on wheels). We also took Uber to visit the “A Christmas Story” house in the morning and then to the Penninsula Depot to catch the scenic train through the Cuyahoga Valley National Park in the afternoon. And we Ubered to and from Severance Hall for an evening performance of the Cleveland Pops playing music from the movies. There is plenty to see and do in Cleveland. We will definitely stay at this home when we return.

All pics are accurate. Totally renovated inside. Very roomy. Convenient to CWRU and Rapid Transit. We had a special request and the owner's friend (across the street) was VERY accommodating. Only complaint is a noisey neighbor who had loud music going Sat night until 2 or 3 in the morning.

Apartment exactly as advertised. New interior and appliances. Coffee maker takes ground coffee. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood felt safe even though it is an older 100 year plus neighborhood. Half a block to walk to Mayfield Rd where all the Italian restaurants are. Stayed nine nights and never got sick of trying different Italian restaurants each night. Wonderful Italian bakeries with the best breakfast croissant sandwiches. Parking space was tight. Less than 2 miles to Cleveland Clinic, easy drive. Dominic was extremely responsive to missing lightbulbs and jammed garbage disposal. Will be back when returning to Cleveland.

This was a perfect location for myself, my daughter and her partner. It was evident that this home was well loved by its long time owners. The patio covered with grape vines, the basil plant growing at our entrance, the well-stocked kitchen, the biscottis and coffee, all made me feel like I was home. Will be back again!

This property is clean spacious in general. It’s just perfect. They had everything we needed from condiments to paper plates, sugar, coffee. You name it they had it. Everything is new and beautiful. The beds are super comfortable. The neighborhood is very up-and-coming and is only feet away from all of the restaurants and bakeries in Little Italy. But it is not loud at all. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed. I’m hoping to come back soon.

We love this VRBO. It has EVERYTHING one needs in a home away from home. The kitchen is so well stocked with cleaning supplies, paper towel, and all the necessary items to prepare great food. We have stayed here a few times, and each time we return the place is perfect. When I reached out to Domonic about a couple of things that might improve the property he was very solicitous and I was very grateful to find these items in the condo this visit.

My family stayed at Dominic’s place for 2 1/2 months., so we got to have a feel for everything. The apartment is spacious, modern and functions perfectly. The LG washer and dryer and 3 big screen TVs are a big plus. The most important and over- riding factor though, is the location- it’s a block from Little Italy. This place is a home fun!!

Wonderful layout with plenty of room. Great kitchen, new appliances and lots of pots, pans plates and silverware. Immaculately clean! We really appreciated all the little touches, soaps shampoo, a number of spices all provided. The owner was responsive and provided all the house information both by email and in a folder on arrival. Location was awesome, just steps away from top-rated restaurants and bakeries. Will definitely try to stay again. Thank you!!

Dominic was very responsive to all my questions! The property was perfect for our family with a bedroom upstairs and one downstairs and lots of comfortable seating. A designated parking spot was also very much appreciated! We had a 12 day stay while a family member was having heart surgery at cleveland clinic. It was a short drive to the clinic and a perfect place to stay. I would highly recommend this property.

The kitchen turned out to be the hero of this year's Thanksgiving. Very spacious and easy to navigate. Close to our family's homes. Close to the Cleveland Museum of Art. It was the perfect place to de-compress after several long days of being with family. We love them and it was great having space of our own

Great location.Could have stayed in Little Italy and the gorgeous cemetery nearby. The entire time.Adjacent to Cleve Hts and Cleveland Clinic University Circle area.House is well equipped for two couples or a small family.Kitchen has lots of cooking utensils pots pans etc..Property is clean and well equipped including a parking spot.The area can get somewhat busy around dinner with restaurant patrons visiting area eateries.Dominic the host is prompt,courteous,knowledgeable about the area and runs a professional operation with a personal touch.

Little Italy. The absolute best taste of Italian food and culture steps from our stay. And our stay included a beautifully renovated place with accents of Italy throughout. The back deck even had grape vines, full of gorgeous grapes, hanging from the top. The entire prop was clean and well equipped for our 3-night stay. We could cook an easy bagel breakfast or a 3 course dinner. Baths were easy and spacious. Bedrooms were bright and clean with plenty of closet space. A convenient parking space too. Easy in. Easy out. But we’ve used VRBO before so we know the deal. Be courteous and respectful. Thank you Dominic for a lovely time in Cleveland.

Located in the exact center of Little Italy, we could not have planned it better, Even the Uber drivers said we picked the best place, a short trip to all of the best places in Cleveland. Breakfast at Presti's, lunch at Mama Santos, and Dinner at Mia Bellas, the perfect day! The place was very comfortable, with tall ceilings, big bathrooms and a chef's kitchen.

The apartment is beautiful, updated and very comfortable. We enjoyed a wonderful 4-day weekend while visiting CWRU with grandparents. Walking distance to the best bakeries & restaurants in Little Italy, plus free parking was a treat. Lovely neighborhood to jog, shop and dine. Both beds were very comfortable, air conditioner was great and the apartment was very clean. The owner was very responsive to my questions. So impressed by his thoughtfulness as we found the kitchen, bathrooms and entire house so well stocked as if we were staying with friends (note cards, board games, coffee/tea setup, tissues, soap, & more). Thank you Dom, we hope to visit again soon!

I stayed here for 4 months while doing an internship in Cleveland. Upon checking in, the property was clean, beautiful, and looked even better than the photos. The apartment is extremely spacious and has modern updates. The property includes everything you would need for a long stay. I had a very comfortable visit and the property manager Dominic was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of. I would definitely recommended staying at this property for either long or short stays in Cleveland.
