Most of the things were very good. Only problem was the geyser didnt work and water was cold

B.F. was so so, not many varieties i.e. Idlli, quality of fruits etc. Staffs are well trained and of good behaviour.

Entrance to 'Ekante' rooms is not very comfortable. Corridors are not wide enough two persons can't move side by side comfortably.

Breakfast spread was good with both continental and indian options, including local speciality sweets was a nice touch. Located near the famous terracotta temples.

Double room allotted for family of three was really small and cramped after putting an extra bed. Toilet was very small with poor drainage and the shower overflowed whenever used . Food and drinks overpriced.

Hotel Annapurna provides possibly the only resort option in Bishnupur, as of July 2023. The food was great, ably led by Chef Abhik Bhattacharya. He has great presence about him, and is a story-teller. The food items tasted great, so did the cocktails. Decent parking space. Rooms were okay, not luxurious. Toiletries were provided in limited stock. Overall, recommended for a short business/leisure stay in Bishnupur.

The only western standard hotel in the centre of the lovely Bishnupur. Kind and attentive service and very good breakfast. Comfortable bed, warm shower and good WiFi.

Cleaning could be slightly improved.

Try to solve which I mentioned

Overall everything is very good. Staffs' behaviour was very good. But, who carried our luggage to our rooms, speaks too fast. He should understand that we are new and we want to hear those words in normal way. Breakfast was excellent. Try to keep Kachuri instead of Luchi. Its 4.5/5.

Wifi was not working in our rooms which were delux in nature. We had to struggle to get the internet. It's not good at all. Room price was too high. It should be around rs 3000 including GST.

It's the best hotel in Bishnupur. The location, amenities, and quality of stay are really excellent.

It's a very nice property, however, for a 3-star hotel, the charges are very high. The breakfast was also very average. The service and the attitude, of the front desk people, can be improved significantly. They also don't look empowered to take decisions and will only go by the set of rules the management asked them to follow. Most of them are very young and look like they are not trained properly.
