Located off the beaten path, but very close (1/2 block) to everything in downtown Rehoboth Beach! This townhome is slightly more than three blocks to the beach, and less than one block to Rehoboth Avenue, where fine dining and shopping abound!!

This two story property features many upgrades and recent total unit renovations such as new, floors, appliances, washer dryer, stone countertops, garbage disposal and more. It offers a large second floor balcony for sunning, and a semi-private gardened patio for relaxing and grilling. Tastefully furnished in a natural motif. Two bedrooms (with ceiling fans) and each with its own bathroom, one with a king-size bed and one with two twins that can be pushed together to make a second king. Half bath downstairs. Exterior building has had a complete exterior makeover! Looks brand new! High-speed Wi-Fi! Flat Screen TV, cable and DVD player in each bedroom and the den (one with Blu-ray).

Very child friendly community and only 3 blocks from a terrific playground.

PETS WELCOME, please contact owner with information on pets (there is a $20/night pet fee). PLEASE NOTE: this property has a circular staircase. Security deposit of $300, returned within 15 days of check out if no damage. Off season short term rentals available (2 night minimum).

Loved our stay. Perfect location to walk to coffee, restaurants, boardwalk and the beach. Parking pass was included which was helpful to bring stuff closer and go to quieter beach locations. As described, spiral staircase a bit hard to maneuver for our 30lb doodle (needed to carry her up and down)- but we loved walking her in the adorable surrounding neighborhood! Will definitely be back!

The property is exactly as advertised. The townhouse is in a safe, quiet and excellent location. Main street is literally a block over to easily access the restaurants and shops. The beach is a quick 15 min walk. If you have small children there are a few parks within walking or biking distance. The community pool was very clean and well kept. The house was clean on arrival and the home was very spacious for our family of 4. The bedrooms were generous in size and the king bed was very comfortable. We did not utilize the second bedroom beds but it was roomy enough for two large pack-n-plays to fit. The kitchen was updated and had all the essential items needed to make a meal. The property owner was easy to communicate with. We would stay here again and highly recommend.

We returned to this condo with our dog, and once again had a wonderful stay. Condo is clean, downstairs kitchen and living area comfortable and nicely organized, king size bed and bathrooms provide plenty of space to relax and feel at home. The convenience to Rehoboth Ave, the main street in town, is very convenient, which leads to frequent trips to the shops, restaurants, and beach. A great place to stay; definitely looking forward to our next visit.

We stayed for our 3rd year in a row for the Rehoboth Marathon. The house is the perfect size for our family of 4 and is close to everything. The house is always clean, organized and functional. Thank you for another wonderful weekend!

While generally clean - mold forming in bath/shower - the townhome was very stark. After spending time at the beach it would be nice to relax in a comfortable home setting. There were no lamps and very basic furniture in the living room and only one lamp in each bedroom which made it hard for two people to read. The furnishings were stark and cold and the bedspreads were sad to say the least. It was unfortunate especially because this townhome is in a desirable location.

The location of the townhome could not have been better. It is close to both Rehoboth Avenue and the beach. The grandkids enjoyed the community pool when the weather cooperated. The spiral staircase in the home can be a challenge when carrying luggage upstairs to the bedrooms for older folks like us.

Four of us stayed in the home for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. The location couldn’t be beat - right off Rehoboth Ave, equidistant from the boardwalk to the east and nicer restaurants to the west. The home was lovely - clean space, good appliances and dishes/pots/pans. The bed in the primary room is fantastic and the two single beds are fine. The only issue was the narrow spiral staircase, but that’s typical in these houses. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location! We’ve stayed in these townhomes before and it’s super close to Rehoboth Ave to boardwalk and beach. We love it. This current stay we stayed a shorter duration and would have loved to stay a week. We o my got one good beach day due to rain. Next year a week for sure!! Only concern was the cleaning people did not do a great job in my opinion and bring your own hand soap. Nothing was available for use. It’s bring your own everything. (There were trash bags and dishwasher soap)

We’ve booked many homes in Rehoboth over the last 15 years. We have never had a bad experience and always gave great reviews. We were very disappointed how dated the entire home, furniture, & decor was at this location. Bedding was old & of poor quality. Floors, tile, baseboards & showers were found dusty & dirty. No cushions for the patio chairs. Home needs a full renovation . We left a day early as the property was very depressing. At least the neighbors were friendly.

Everything was great, but we didn’t know about the parking in town and got a 30.00 ticket first day. Info on parking and a map would have been helpful. Accommodations were better than expected. The beaches are beautiful and the restaurants are excellent!!! Nice quiet area, close to everything. Nice set up! We felt at home and relaxed!

The floors were dirty. The twin beds made loud noise every time I turned. The spiral staircase was a hazard, The Air vents were full of dust. The dishwasher did not work! Don't know why we had to pay $$$ for house cleaning when it was a mess when we arrived Most Importantly - The step down between the dining area and the living room was unmarked. My brother-in-law fell and severely bruised his head and knee. He had to spend the next 24 hours sitting on the sofa with ice on his knee. We will NEVER stay there again and will be extremely hesitant to use VRBO again!

We were pleasantly surprised with how close this location was to the main street and beach, yet the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Free parking and access was very convenient! A few notes: keep in mind the narrow spiral stairs are tough to navigate, especially with a heavy bag, and also remember to bring toilet paper and hand towels! Would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely townhome. It is within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We felt at home and enjoyed the well stocked kitchen. The couches are comfy, just bring a throw and you are all set. Master bed was VERY comfortable. A great stay in Rehoboth!

My wife and I decided to stay at this location for our 10-year wedding anniversary. It was a great spot near the boardwalk and all of the shops in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We really liked that our dog could stay with us too here and she had a good time as well since there are a lot of places nearby to walk and look around. Has all of the amenities you would want and is really an ideal spot for anyone wanting to stay in Rehoboth near all of the action and beach. Would be great to try again during the warmer months as well. Owner had very good instructions for everything and it was easy to figure out anything else on our own. Definitely recommend if you're in the area and looking for a place to stay.

We have stayed in the property several times and are never disappointed. The place is perfect for our family of 4 plus our two labs. One block from the main st and 10’ walk to the beach, we walk everywhere, except we we take our bikes out for a ride to Oyster Pond and Lewes. Internet is very strong in case you need to work. Kitchen very well stocked. Having access to laundry also keeps packing to a minimum.

We absolutely loved this place - clean - within walking distance of so many restaurants - quiet neighbor - the other tenants were so nice to us - the place was exactly as posted - the property owner always responded quickly to any questions I had - we are going to stay here again next October - definitely would recommend this condo

The condo was very nice. Clean, neat and well equipped. The only drawback is the staircase. We found it dangerous and difficult to utilize. Also, the parking lot needs some lighting. It is scarey dark at night. Overall, we had a very nice stay.
