The room was so nice and clean

Very spacious and clean, lots of amenities, I very much enjoyed our room.
The location is not ideal if you are a tourist (we were attending a show at the nearby university), so I only recommend this if you need to be in the area.

The staff was very nice, and helped with taxis. The breakfast was a plus. It wasn't as close to the university as originally thought but close enough.
The rooms where very clean, and a good size. Bathroom was big with a separate shower and tub. Well stocked with coffee, water, small cookies.
There were convienvence stores and great restaurants nearby.
The beds. They were rock hard.
The bathroom window. It felt like you were going to the bathroom in the same room, and the light would light up the whole room at night/ morning. Also, small towels so we purchased some from Diaso.
Also you only get one key, which is linked to lights and A/C so if you want to stay and some else wants to leave they have to knock on return, or take the power.
Also, FYI floor 7 is right below the party room, but they finished at midnight the one night there was a party.

Hotel in a rather lively part of the city, southwest suburbs in midst of the red light district, so you'll have enough bars, restaurants and cafes the whole day (and night, if you're into it).
Staff was very friendly (as everybody in South Korea in general) but understood barely one word English... (as everybody in South Korea outside of Seoul).
Room was spacious, "high tech" from a European perspective: EVERYTHING (light, tv, air condition, ...) is controlled with ONE single remote control (if you can read the signs).
Room had a bathtub and even a "dryer/steamer-cabinet" that can be controlled via SAMSUNG Smart-Things app (or you can read the signs on the front... ).
Good WLAN, the room has an own PC (with Korean OS, if you're into it, you can install English as second language).
We did not get any introduction into the room/ high-tech facilities including the one and only remote control that's only in Korean, thus we "controlled" the air condition and light by getting up, plugging in/out the AC or switching on/off the light on the central switch in the entrance area.... Could have been so convenient if ANYBODY could communicate with you or if there was a simple instruction sheet in English in an international hotel...
Also: the drain from the AC was a pipe put through a hole drilled into the wall of the bathroom, ending directly behind the toilet. Then the water ran along the floor into the central drain of the room IN FRONT OF the toilet... So you had to sit in midst a puddle of condensate when using the toilet... that's a clear NO GO! We helped us by putting an empty ramen-cup under the pipe, but had to empty it every 6 or so hours.
Half the window had been closed off with a wall, so the room was very dark (amplified by black /red walls)... but considering that the room came with free lube and condoms the background may come into mind.... ;-)
Breakfast was only from 6 to 9, a bit to early for us tourists...
All in all, combined with the totally remote location we'd had been better served with a central hotel, but booking "last second" there was nothing left within a reasonable price range... so IF you HAVE TO spend some nights in the city, it is a fair deal (clean, friendly, safe as everything in Korea).

Rooms were clean and modern. Air conditioning worked very well. Staff spoke little English, but were very helpful anyway. We enjoyed the area, even though it seemed sketchy, since it was close to many authentic reasonably priced Korean restaurants, especially BBQ. There are outlet stores nearby and convenience stores on every block. There is also a McDonald's a few blocks away if you're looking for Western food. Netflix was available on the TVs and good quality toiletries were provided.
The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. A pipe was leaking in the bathroom and the shower sprays outside the tub since there isn't a door or curtain. It's further from Keimyung University than we expected.

Really comfortable large room with many amenities! Helpful staff. Close to restaurants and convenient stores.
If you want to walk to the nearest metro station it's a 30 minute walk, but taxi is actually not that expensive.

Room was nice and large.
Breakfast was a major disappointment. Could not readily identify some items and was generally unappealing.

No free breakfast as stated when making the reservation. Bed was very hard and pillows too.

I got upgraded to the suite which came with a massage chair that was really nice to use. Would definitely book this place again.
It's a little out of the way from everything, but that made it better for me. I wanted to have the vacation experience without a huge risk of catching covid. So this was perfect.

The staff was so nice. They were helpful and provided all the extras we needed. They also spoke English which was really nice. The room was a great size and the beds were firm, but not hard.
The location is a little far from the downtown area, but close to the university and lots of amazing food options.
