Olive Alley is an upstairs property with one-car garage and alley access to the home. Conveniently located right in downtown Paso Robles with almost immediate access to the Peachy Canyon wine trail and a short, short drive to the park in the heart of downtown. Take advantage of downtown wine-tasting and creative dining, as well as walking and enjoying the quiet neighborhood. This two-bedroom, one-bath condo has upstairs and downstairs outdoor dining spaces, washer/dryer and full-size kitchen. So much more than you'd expect and all brand new! City Permit #STR19-0208. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Please let us know if you will be bringing a dog(s) during your stay, so we can charge accordingly.***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: EXCEPT FOR THE STAIRS (i'm 72 and my traveling buddy is 65) it was ideal! The main entrance is better accessed in the back of the house - the Alley - rather than the front of the house.

Our place was clean, well appointed, great location, comfortable beds, and linens, great hot showers – all you want for a an extended stay in Paso. The electronic concierge was a bonus, even for a long time traveler to Paso. It also made check out exceptionally easy only request: please provide 409 so that we could clean up after ourselves even better.

This is our second time at the Olive Street Alley! Once again we had a wonderful time. Plenty of space for relaxation and comfort. The kitchen is big with all your cooking amenities. We cooked breakfast before starting out our day for some wine tasting. Downtown is very close so we stopped at the Basil Thai restaurant at the end of the day…greatly food! the next day we brought home some awesome sandwiches at the Red Scooter restaurant. So many great eateries to choose from. We’ll definitely be back again! Thank you Paso Robles Vacation Rentals!!!

The unit was very neat and clean (except the exterior windows). They provided plenty of clean towels and bedding. As a renter, things I loved about this unit: - lots of different towel racks in bathroom. When you share one bath and all towels are the same this is great to remember who’s towel is who’s - extra bath towels, there were 3 of us and 6bath towels left plus extra in the cabinet - bedroom: large rooms with storage for suitcases and “stuff” Recommendations to improve the unit: 1) provide hand soap for kitchen sink 2) provide a soap dish for bar soaps 3) wine glasses/shot glasses (you are wine country after all) 4) have windows cleaned. They were covered in waterspouts and dirt that it looked gloomy outside due to how dirty the exterior of the glass was. Overall would stay here again!

Perfect location! Can walk to restaurant, breweries and downtown square. Close to the 101 and 46w highways. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Overall we had an amazing albeit short stay. The property was as listed and was extremely clean and in a great location. We walked everywhere! They went above and beyond just what was listed and everything was great. The only tricky thing was that the door lock code didn't work until over an hour after we arrived (after check in time) so we had to call to get a bypass code. After calling everything was super smooth!

Wonderful spot. It’s a 5-10min walk to downtown. The accommodations and amenities are TOP-NOTCH! We arrived late (10PM) and were tired. I entered the wrong entrance and scared the other occupants. That won't be a problem if you come during daylight, though. This unit is priced well. Honestly, 90% of the Paso rentals are WAY too expensive. *Love the garage! *Love the kitchen! *Love the bathroom! *Love the bedrooms! *The family room was really comfortable. Love it! *Played cards on the patio in the evening. Love it! Although I usually stay in Cambria, THIS is the unit we'll stay at next time in Paso! Just a beautiful experience!

It was amazing! It was very central to all the places we were visiting. It was clean and stayed cool especially with the heat we experienced. Having a dedicated parking space was also good! I would stay again if our small group of 3 wanted to visit…which we will!

This is the perfect rental property for a group of 3-4 adults. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the indoor and outdoor living spaces were great. Our only snafu was being a little confused which property to enter because 614 is the whole building with two entrance points but we figured it out because the neighbors had a sign indicating they aren't the VRBO entrance. Also having the garage space was amazing! Would definitely recommend this property.

Olive Alley was perfect for our little family. We loved this house so much. Spacious and intimate. Beds were comfortable with the softest bedding. Spacious closets. Big soaking tub and beautiful tiled shower. Fully stocked kitchen. Super clean.

Very comfortable. Paso Robles vacation Rental company that owns property was very helpful and was okay with me calling multiple times with questions. We will be reserving this location next time we're in town. I would hesitate to use this location with young kids as steps are right by kitchen table.

The house was very cute and perfect! It's literally perfect for 4 people. The only thing we were disappointed with was that they only provided 1 roll of toilet paper. We had to buy some but this didn't take away from how he enjoyed it. Overall you will not be disappointed at all!!

Great stay! Location was fabulous. I walked to downtown Paso every day. Quiet neighborhood. The home was clean and well kept. The kitchen had everything I needed for my stay. The deck was great for drinking morning coffee. The sheets were soft and the bed was comfy. I would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WE were 2 couples. 2 bedroom 1 bath. A little hard to find the unit since it is in an alley, but not too hard. Master bed mattress leaned to the right. Bathroom toilet handle was broken, but maintenance came to fix it right away. Customer service was excellent- I called a few times with questions about parking, toilet, garage, location. 4 blocks from downtown main area. Overall a very nice place.

Once we figured out how to turn on the TV and work the heaters in each room, we had an awesome stay! The amenities were really nice, the beds very comfortable, and the bathroom was very roomy! And we had our very own private garage. Great weather for wine tasting, visiting our friends, especially the Fratelli Perata Vineyards. Great tasting Italian red wines! Special thanks to Issaiah and Sandy at the office for being so patient with us. They were so nice. We will definitely return to Oak-Alley!
