KILLINGTON'S FINEST SLOPE-SIDE COMMUNITY! **NEWLY REMODELED KITCHEN & BATHROOMS(10/2020)** **NEW LIVING ROOM & DINNING ROOM FURNITURE**
Indoor facilities are scheduled to open on or about July 4th. 3 BDR 2 BTH TWO LEVEL ski-on/ski-off condo on Sunrise Mountain in Killington, Vermont. Indulge yourself and your family this year with a memorable vacation in the heart of the Green Mountains. Killington is a natural paradise all year round; during the winter, it is one of the world's largest and most diverse ski areas with 73 miles of trails dedicated to downhill skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling and cross-country skiing. In the spring, when the snow melts, Killington transforms into the home of two PGA golf courses, and spectacular hiking and biking trails through Northern sections of the Appalachian Trail. There are summer festivals, motorized mountain tours, sky rides, zip-lining, ropes climbing, fishing, kayaking, and more. Autumn visitors will be able to enjoy the many fall festivals that enliven the area with arts and crafts, family activities, and hearty local fare.
This condo end unit features a comfortable family room with a wood burning fireplace and vaulted ceiling, a large flat screen TV with a DVD player, a fully-equipped kitchen; washer, dryer, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with a king sized bed, a second bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a third bedroom with a set of bunk beds with a pull-out trundle and a single twin bed, sleeping eight. Linens and towels are provided.
Luxury association amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, steam room, sauna, fully equipped fitness center and an on-site restaurant (winter only). Firewood is complementary.
From your front door, in winter of course, you can ski through and onto the trail that takes you down to the Sunrise Triple Chair Lift. Once on the mountain, you can access any of the many trails Killington has to offer. Just as easily, you can ski straight home from the Sundog Trail. There is no worrying about parking or hauling your ski gear, a plus if you've ever skied with the little ones. In addition, the Sunrise Triple Chair lift does not require a lift ticket. It’s perfect for beginners to practice skiing down a green beginner level ski trail.
If you do not downhill ski or snowboard, or simply need a day off from the Mountain, Sunrise Mountain Village also offers complementary activities such as snowshoeing and cross country skiing. There is also a small ice skating pond to enjoy.
Seasonal rates vary. Daily rates range anywhere between $150 and $750 per night, and weekly standard rates from anywhere between $1,200 and $4,900 depending on the time of year.
Higher price ranges reflect Christmas, New Year's, President's Day & Martin Luther King weekends, and are competitive with comparable properties.

My family had the best time at this condo. This condo was very clean as we arrived. It had everything we needed in order to live there like my house. The owner answered all of my questions very fast and he helped us with anything we needed. It is very easy to ski in and out. It is perfect for any families staying at killington. I hope to stay there next season and recommend this condo to anyone who wants to stay here.

The size and location of our condo made for a great/ideal 3 generation family vacation. Clean, plenty of space for at times seven of us, nice fireplace with free wood, and a well stocked kitchen. Located a very short distance from a ski trail, although not truly ski on ski off made it seem as such. Sunrise Village condominiums share a community clubhouse with both indoor and outdoor hot tubs, swimming pool, and sauna. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We hope to return.

This condo is very spacious, updated, and clean. Plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. Kitchen is well-stocked (but bring your own Keurig pods). Nice big TV and couches. Lots of hooks and closets for hanging wet ski gear. Because it’s an end unit, it felt very private and quiet.
We got a huge snowstorm at the end of our first day, which was fantastic!❄️ We were able to use the Sunrise lift and ski back to the condo on a fun, uncrowded trail through the woods. Heavenly!
Communication with the owner was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.

Had a great stay! Home fit our party of 8 comfortably. Was clean and cozy, thoughtfully updated. The home is located in Sunshine Village. The development has cute little neighborhood greens that would be perfect for beginners. Next closest lift is Bear, which is fairly aggressive blacks. If you want to go to K1 or Ramshead just give yourself some time to make your way over. We went to the neighborhood pool one evening, which our kids loved, and was a nice added bonus. Very happy with our stay. Would love to stay again. Great communication from the owner as well. Everyone we met in the neighborhood was friendly.

Very nice townhouse. The family and i truly enjoyed ourselves. It met all of our needs. Was hoping it was a true ski in / ski out but turned out to be about a 150 yard walk to the slope.

Very well maintained & comfortable - with great communication with owner! Snow could have been better - but can't blame Vrbo for climate change! Wonderful covered entry, firewood supply, and health club! Would return if winter ever does! :)

My group and I had a great time in this place when we visited first week of January. Unfortunately, there was not enough natural snow for the ski in/out ski lift to be open during our stay. However, I would highly recommend this place - it is still only around 12 mins to the K1 lodge and 2 mins drive to the closest ski lodge in Kilington. John was an amazing host and responded very quickly to all my inquiries. If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay for your ski trip, this is the place!

property very dated - should have washable floor bath mats - there were burnt out light bulbs - stained furniture and carpet - no floor length mirrors— property looked very tired -and it stated that it had just been remodeled!- no Kleenex even offered!!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay. Access to the slopes was very easy; it was great to ski home for lunch each day. The condo is well-maintained, very comfortable, plenty of room. It has very nice views and a modern kitchen. John was terrific. He sent us lots of helpful info in advance. We had a tiny maintenance issue during our stay, and the condo maintenance staff was there within an hour of texting to John, quickly fixing it. We would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to friends.

This condo (I -8) is perfect for a Killington holiday. We stayed for 6 days, condo is quiet, clean, amenities exactly as listed. Easy ski in/out. Convenient, plentiful supply of firewood. Would definitely stay again. (I do wish it was dog friendly)

We had a great stay. The on-property lift is great for beginners. There was one day where it snowed heavily and we couldn’t drive the kids to ski school, so we skied to ski school. It took about 40 minutes but was a lot of fun for the kids (5 and 7 year old). Highly recommend the property - we even went for a swim at the on-property pool one day.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. It was very clean, had an amazing fireplace, spacious, and the kitchen had all the things we needed. There were plenty of towels/linens for our group which was great. We brought our pool towels and used the indoor pool and hot tub. We skied two days during our stay and getting on the Sunrise lift was extremely convenient. John was excellent to communicate with and quickly answered any questions we had. He sent us a condo area map, list of restaurants, and condo info which was very handy. We highly recommend this property for a vacation to Killington. We had a wonderful and memorable trip and plan to book again for 2024!

Such a perfect location for our trip. We didn’t get to use ski on ski out during our trip due to lack of snow, but it was still a good location. Beds were comfy, stocked kitchen, 2 full size bathrooms. Owner was very helpful and checked in with us prior to our trip. Would 10/10 recommend staying here.
