Luxury decorated in Southwestern style 2 bedroom condo in Villa Esperanza. King luxury master bedroom, queen bed in second bedroom, and sofa bed in living room. Gated community minutes from historic Old Mesilla. Exercise room and swimming pool. Host Ana takes care of their guests like they are family, with great warmth and friendship. Enjoy our southwest cozy abode elegantly decorated in modern southwest style and the most comfortable beds and bedding. We allow one dog under 50 lbs. with a non-refundable $125.00 deposit. Why Las Cruces, NM, USA: We are close to interstate 1-10 which will take you into El Paso, Texas in 50 minutes with the El Paso, Texas airport about 1 hr away. There is also the Sunland Park Racetrack and Casino. Along the way there is a big outlet store mall for lots of great shopping. We have Ruidoso Downs and Casino and the Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort, run by the Apache tribe is just 2 hours away! We have Truth or Consequences which is the home of Elephant Butte Dam with lots of boating and fun water sports. This is only 1 hour away. We are on the border of Mexico. We are the proud Aggies of New Mexico State University and enjoy the beautiful Organ Mountains panoramic view. We have the Picacho Country Club where there is golf a few minutes away plus we have other golf courses such as New Mexico State University Golf Course, Sonoma Golf Course, and Red Hawk Golf Course. We are an hour away from the White Sands Missile Range and Space Museum. We are also one hour away from Spaceport America. We are three hours from Albuquerque, New Mexico and four hours away from Santa Fe, New Mexico. We are the Land of Enchantment. We have different festivals going on all year round such as: Día de Los Muertos, Cinco de Mayo Fiesta, Las Cruces Film Festival, The Las Cruces Symphony Orchestra, The Rio Grande Theater, Community Theater, Black Box Theater, The Downtown Farmers Market on Saturdays, The Electric Light Parade on the Fourth of July, plus many more fun events. We enjoyed our stay, Ana shared all the necessary information before we arrived so check in was an easy process. The unit was clean and comfortable, and Ana was very responsive to any questions we had. We will be back in Mesilla and will reach out to Ana again when we return.

I was in town for professional stuff, but enjoyed doing my work poolside and with a tasty beverage+my laptop on either of the adorable balconies! I was so grateful for a beautiful, comfortable place to relax in at the end of long, busy days! A huge thank you to my wonderful hostess!❤️

Had a great family get together in La Mesilla. Our condo rental in Villas Esperanza couldn’t have been better... the best equipped place I’ve rented recently! Look forward to another visit to the Las Cruces area!

Great Location
The condo is a great location for seeing various sites of interests and easy freeway access. The condo itself was very comfortable and well stocked. The complex was quiet but when we did encounter other guests or residents everyone was friendly and helpful. I will definitely consider returning.

Like a home away from home
The accommodations were clean and Ana and Pistol always make our stay effortless. We visit Las Cruces about 3 times a year and we always stay here.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo the unit was exceptionally clean and outfitted perfectly. We ate most of our meals “in” and appreciated the well portioned and supplied kitchen.

Beautiful, comfortable home. We had a lovely stay, and hope to return again.
The house is very nice and very comfortable. We didn't use the pool because it was cold, but the pool and outdoor area was very nice. We had six people and 2 dogs in the home and had plenty of room. I would definitely recommend this home to others.

Super clean and well designed condo.
This condo is very quiet, well designed and relaxing. The first level is a plus and pool was right out front door. Anna went the extra mile to accomodate our adult group of four. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. Real close to Old Mesilla for shopping and great tasting restaurants. We will be sure and come back. Would highly recommend to anyone.

This two bedroom, two bathroom, first-floor, condo is so comfortable, well maintained, and perfectly clean! It had everything we needed, including beach towels for the pool, just steps away from the front door. The living room seating and beds were very comfortable! This complex is quiet, yet close to Old Mesilla, or a hop onto the interstate. We have stayed in several nice VRBO's in Las Cruces, but this is our favorite so far! Ana is prompt to answer questions or assist with any need. She even switched the complimentary bottle of wine to a non-alcoholic drink at our request, prior to our arrival! I hope this unit is available next time we come to Las Cruces! (Visited July 1-6, 2018)

What a delightful condo! I loved the Southwest architecture with its open vigas, beautiful artwork & lighted nichos. It was spotless & had very comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, but there are very good restaurants within easy walking distance. As a single senior, I felt very safe. Ana was most helpful - always available to answer questions with a smile. I already plan to come back next year. Thanks for a wonderful visit.

Great accommodations with a warm friendly atmosphere. The condo is spacious and the beds were very comfortable, The entire complex is gorgeous and quiet. The mesilla is walking distance with many outstanding restaurants in the area. A great place to stay in Las Cruces NM.

We enjoyed our time at this lovely home. Our grown children met us here, and we celebrated Christmas together, and explored the area. We made lots of memories enjoying Christmas Eve at the Square in Mesilla with the luminarias and carols, sliding down the dunes at White Sands, the Street Market in Las Cruces on Saturday, the beautiful Organ Mountains, and so much more. We didn't get to do all we wanted to, so will have to come back :)
The house worked well for us, even with 6 adults. It is beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The fireplace was appreciated on the cool mornings and evenings.
Ana is very nice and easy to work with. We are sure you will enjoy a stay here.

Let me start by saying that I use VRBO a lot and have stayed in many locations throughout the USA. This house and stay has been one of my favorite so far. The home is enchanting and filled with thoughtful details throughout. The pictures absolutely do not do this precious home justice as it is quite enchanting the minute you walk in. The beds are outstanding and so very comfortable. The house is clean and spotless. The furnishings are southwest and give you that wonderful western feel. The kitchen is stocked and ready to go. There were plenty of towels and extra comforters to adjust to your comfort level. There was also a beautiful bottle of wine and some southwest goodies waiting for us on arrival. I have stayed in many homes but have never been in one as well appointed as this one.
The home is minutes from Old Mesilla and we walked there often on our stay. There was a Walmart right down the street and a Starbucks very close by. This was a great location and it took us about 15 minutes max to get any where we need to go.
Ana was so incredibly nice and easy to work with. She really is very thoughtfull and puts her guests and their comfort first. Her properties are of excellent quality and furnished with all that you could possibly need and then some. When we come back to Cruces - I know where I want to stay from now on. Thanks Ana for a most wonderful stay for my family.
