Situated directly on Lake Erie and located behind Eddie’s Grill, guests are in the heart of the Strip, within walking distance to local wineries and all Geneva-on-the-Lake attractions. The entire family, pets included, can enjoy stunning views and direct lake access from the home’s private back deck. The two-story Cottage has 4 bedrooms, 1 full sleeper sofa, and 2 bathrooms to accommodate up to 10 people. Spend a day on the Strip, then pour a glass of wine, sit by our inviting fire pit, and enjoy life by the lake at the Cottage. Amenities offered by the pet friendly Lakefront Oasis include: A/C; Wi-Fi and cable; Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils; Fresh linens and towels are stocked in the bathroom. The Cottage’s outdoor entertainment space features a deck with an unbeatable view, wood burning fire pit, cozy seating, and stocked propane grill. Check in is 4:00 p.m. and checkout is 11:00 a.m. Parking for up to 4 vehicles is easily accessible just off North Warner Drive. Geneva-on-the-Lake in Ashtabula County, Ohio, is an old-fashioned lakefront getaway offering something for everyone, and the Lakefront Oasis is in an ideal location for walking and easy driving to attractions on the famous entertainment Strip and north shore. • Restaurants, nightclubs, amusement rides, live entertainment, arts, unique shopping, and arcades provide entertainment for everyone in your group, including the Tuesday concerts in Township Park. • Play a round of golf at one of Geneva’s in-town or area golf courses. For family fun try one of the many miniature golf courses. • Explore more than 20 Northeast Ohio wineries just minutes from Lakefront Oasis. The Ashtabula and Lake County grape-growing regions produce most of Ohio’s wine grapes, giving our area the reputation as the state's finest. Even though the weather wasn't the greatest, the lake was beautiful and the house was great! Very clean and room for all of us. Will definitely rent there again!!

While we enjoyed our stay, there were a few things that need attention. Something was spilled and burnt in the oven, so the smoke alarm went off any time we used it. The chandeliers were noticeably dusty, and there were bugs on the bathroom windowsill. The kitchen supplies were very basic - would recommend adding a pasta strainer. It was very cold while we were there and since the fireplace unit wasn’t functioning ( which had been mentioned in the renting info) wall heater couldn’t keep the living room warm. There were lots of towels, the beds were super comfy, and the view was spectacular! We enjoyed our stay.

I would highly recommend this property! The location was ideal within walking distance to all of the fun and activities. Home was very clean with so many amenities. Owner gave immediate responses to any questions we had. The home had amazing views of the lake!!

Very nice stay on Lake Erie. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the back porch and sat around the fire at night. The house is like the pictures and had everything we needed for a get away.

The view leaves you speechless. A great place for relaxtion during the off season. Walking distance from all of the shops when open. We loved the space and felt comfortable. At night you can see the lighthouses and the reflection of the moon on the lake was breath taking. The sound of the water will put you to sleep at night.

We really enjoyed being in such close proximity to the strip, but we’re mostly captivated by being right on the lake. This is a great home to witness beautiful sunsets and fall asleep to the Lake Erie waves

Has to be one of the best locations to stay in GOTL! Beautiful views of the lake, within walking distance of everything you need and want to do, the house was so cute with big windows, and the host was attentive and helpful. Really wonderful place for a family getaway!

Would have been great if the wind wasn't blowing so bad we could have had a fire. The Keurig didn't work so no coffee but otherwise great stay.

We had a wonderful getaway! The owner was so nice and easy to contact. The lake view was perfect and relaxing. If we make our way to the area again, we would definitely choose this rental!

Great location. Strip easily accessed. View was amazing. Enjoyed watching the water and sunset. Lots of options for meals, could stay in ( lots of cookware) or easily access the strip restaurants.

This lakeside cottage was just as described. The direct lakefront view is gorgeous inside and outside the home. Lots of chairs that are easily accessible to enjoy the view or walk down the hill to the water. Close to so many local restaurants and activities for the kids. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. We had a nice stay here.

The property was clean, decent location good view. Others we have stayed at were a little more stocked with kitchen items like, Saran wrap, foil, s&p shakers, ext. Over all it was fine.

The location has its pros and cons. I like the lake setting, but there is zero privacy. People are constantly walking down to the lakefront like they own the property. I guess because they think if they can see the lake it's okay to walk down to the lakefront while invading your privacy. I had to share the sunset the first night with people standing down at the lakefront as I listened to what their plans were for the weekend. Not ideal.The second night we tried the firepit, but we had to listen to the family that lives directly in the house that is attached to a carport to the rental. I'm not sure if they own this rental or what the deal is and I think it's cool that they were having fun, but again I don't want to listen to that while I'm trying to have a peaceful evening. The property on the right( if you're facing) the lake had all new mulch put down and the smell was terrible. It was hard to be outside for any length of time after they did that. I'm not saying rental is a bad place, but this is not the type of vacation I want. Not for me.

What a view! This place is great for a getaway and you can’t ask for a better location. Roomy and clean, 2 full bathrooms was a perk, plenty of extra space for an air mattress if needed. Beds need a mattress topper, not much padding left on them. Everything else was perfect! Highly recommend!

Everything about this vacation stay was great. The location, on Lake Erie, was fabulous. We were lucky enough to see three spectacular sunsets! The house was very clean and adorable. The evenings around the fire-pit were so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a fabulous Lake Erie escape.

The location and house were absolutely beautiful. My daughter and I needed some time away from everyday life. The view was incredible. I would definitely recommend staying here. Being able to look out the windows and see the water and hearing the waves was calming.

Found this place on a whim for a couple day getaway with some friends. Location was amazing, the house itself is really nice and well equipped. Found a little issue and the home owner took care of it immediately. Will 100% stay here again

We visited off-season, so most places on the strip were closed. It was still a great getaway for us. Easy drive to Cleveland, wineries close by. We loved sitting out and watching the water crash.

Very nice house. We worked while staying here for a month. Most of Geneva activities were closed for the season, but it was not a distraction. The only downside of the property was a lack of bedside tables (bedroom size does not accommodate them) We wear sleep machines and it was difficult to engineer something. Loved the coffee bar!!

This is a fantastic property. Beautiful views of Lake Erie. We stayed off-season, but the property is within walking distance of all the restaurants and attractions that GOTL has to offer. Four bedrooms, two large bathrooms, and all the amenities of home. We had an incredible weekend!

Property was just as described. Lake view was beautiful and peaceful, even in a snow storm. House is clean and spacious. Loved that it was pet friendly, and plenty of space to walk our dogs around the property. Would definitely come back in the summer months!

We booked this property in the cold season to unwind in front of the lake, and this location was perfect. Hosts were really great at replying quickly to our questions, the floor plan is super open and it has a complete kitchen. It felt fresh and renovated not stuffy at all. We’d definitely like to come back and see what the area is like during the summer season. Thumbs up for the house and the host.
