This home was in an optimal location for our weekend in LBI. It was just a block from the beach and very close to restaurants and shops. We didn’t have to drive anywhere once we arrived as everything was within walking distance, including a grocery store. The house itself is gorgeous and almost every room has its own bathroom. Front door opens with a code, making the check-in process very easy. We highly recommend this property!

This house was awesome! Although the weather was out of our control, the house was in the perfect location (right near the beach, restaurants, bars, shops, etc.) and we had a great time staying inside. 18 people were able to sleep comfortably, with almost all of the 9 bedrooms having their own bathrooms and showers. Cool woodwork and antique furniture all throughout the house. It has an industrial sized kitchen with plenty of space and cooking resources to make feasts for large groups. The porch wraps around 3 quarters of the house and has plenty of outdoor furniture to spread out on.
Many beach chairs are provided and there's an outdoor shower for rinsing off. The backyard is large enough for weddings, reunions, or playing outdoor games. Communication was on point and everything was very straightforward and easy. Hope to stay here again, just not during the aftermath of a hurricane! Thank you again Linda!

My family and friends thoroughly enjoyed our time in Beach Haven at this superb home... great location right by the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants, very comfortable for all of us. Large kitchen, great yard, gas grill, bedrooms and bathrooms and privacy for all, along with big den and dining area. Linda was great to work with and this home helped make our first visit to LBI a great one!

This house was the perfect location for our wedding weekend. We rented this house for 5 days at the end of May 2015 for our wedding reception. We had our ceremony literally right across the street on the beach and then walked over to the large yard on the side of the house for cocktail hour and reception. The majority of our guests stayed within walking distance at a handful of the local hotels. At the house, each room has its own private bath and the handicapped bathroom and private room on the side of the house was a huge plus for us. Our family thoroughly enjoyed everything the house and location had to offer. Our guests had so many compliments about both the landscaping and gorgeous architecture of the house. We found the kitchen and house to be extremely well stocked and had everything we looked for throughout the weekend to entertain. The sound system came in handy for most of the weekend. The wrap-around porch was used for breakfast and coffee in the morning and large family dinners in the evenings, and large dining room when it got too chilly outside. Bay Village shopping area was also within walking distance from the house.
Linda, the house manager, was very easy going and helpful leading up to our big day. We were able to visit the house on several occasions during the planning of our event. We also rented a tent and tables/chairs etc. from Ocean Tents who has a lot of experience working at the house, so we would highly recommend them. All in all, great spot for a wedding or getaway with family and friends!

I haven been meaning to write this. We had our wedding there in September. We were looking for venues in LBI and wanted something unique. We came from lunch and saw a wedding in progress and thought, this is it. Since we didn't want to crash the wedding in progress, we talked with their caterer and he provided some information. The address was googled, information found and our calls were returned immediately. The home is uber spectacular, the grounds gorgeous. Linda was extremely helpful and provided us with valuable insight. We used Ocean Tents (highly recommend) and an excellent local caterer. The day was gorgeous. Picture perfect day, picture perfect place. Enjoy.

My husband and I chose this house for our wedding location for many reasons. We wanted a place where both of our families could spend time together and where we could host our wedding. We had searched for a wedding venue that was more unique and different from typical wedding halls. When we found this house we knew it was exactly what we wanted. We had some of the family members stay at the house during the week and hosted our wedding in the yard on the weekend. We couldn't have been more pleased with the entire experience! The house manager was an absolute pleasure to work with while booking the home and was quick to respond to all of my questions. She even sent some pictures of previous weddings in the yard which was extremely helpful as I tried to picture how we'd set ours up. Staying in the home for the week before the wedding was so much fun. It is an incredibly gorgeous home that has modern updates in some areas (such as the bathrooms and kitchen) while also keeping the wonderful charm and beauty of the house throughout. We spent each evening relaxing on the wrap around porch. We had our wedding "reveal" pictures on the staircase in the front entrance and it was the most perfect spot for such a memorable moment. We highly highly recommend renting this home if you are looking for a more unique and quaint wedding spot or if you are just looking for a spot for your family to stay and be with one another during a week at the beach.

My now husband and I, were searching for the perfect location for our wedding when we stumbled across 101 Centre Street. We wanted a cozy outdoor area near the beach and that's exactly what we found! The house is fantastic, big yet feels like a home. Let alone a beach house with naturally beautiful property. It was just an incredible day in the best setting! Linda is an absolute joy and beyond a pleasure. We would most definitely recommend 101 Centre Street for weddings, family reunions, or just a nice getaway.

When my husband and I began looking into a wedding location, we were at a loss. We didn't want to rent a large reception hall, and eventually came up with the idea of renting a large shore house. When we stumbled across this listing, we were thrilled! Not only did the house look beautiful, but my husband had grown up spending his summers in LBI. We inquired about the home in August, and within an hour or two of the initial inquiry had set up a time with Linda to come and see the house. When hurricane Sandy hit, Linda wrote to us the very same week to assure us that the house was okay and hadn't withstood any major damage. In fact, anytime we had any question at all throughout the planning process, Linda got back to us almost immediately.
We rented a tent from Ocean Tents that covered the yard - thank goodness! It poured for our wedding! We had initially planned to have the ceremony on the beach and the reception at the house, but that was impossible with the weather. With the tent in the yard, we were able to have the ceremony and the reception right there, and everyone loved it! The weather let up just long enough so that we could lift a wall of the tent and get married in the beautiful gazebo in the back of the yard. We had a DJ, catering tables, 100 guests, tent heaters, and a dance floor all in the tent in the back yard with no problems. We were also able to have a dinner the night before and a brunch the day after under the tent, which made the weekend really special.
I can't say enough good things about the inside of the house! There was enough room for my entire immediate family and my husband's immediate family to stay in the rooms. On top of that, there is a handicap accessible room that was perfect for my mother and father in law. The decorations are beautiful throughout, and the porch is so nice to just sit and relax on. The industrial kitchen was perfect for the caterers to use and for us to use to prepare for our dinner/brunch!
Our guests were very happy with their stay at the Coral Seas Motel, and I was very happy with it for the night that my husband and I spent there.
Overall, we had an excellent experience with the house. I would recommend it to anyone looking to host an event!

My fiancé and I got engaged on the beach at sunset on October 16th 2012; shortly thereafter we jumped right into wedding planning. The game plan was to rent a home near the ocean preferably in Mantoloking that could accommodate a reception of 135 guests. On October 29th super storm Sandy changed our lives forever, we lived about a mile away from where the ocean met the bay and the house that we had picked for our wedding was washed away. Due to the magnitude of the event we were sure that our plans would be put on hold while the shore was restored.
November 6, 2012 I came across this property and quickly asked for details. The contact for the home (Linda) responded in less than an hour and six months later almost to the day I could not be happier. This 9 bedroom 8.5 bathrooms home could accommodate all twelve people in our bridal party, our parents and then us. Every detail of the home was modern and beautiful.
Everyone in our bridal party arrived by Friday afternoon and we had our rehearsal BBQ at the house that night. The industrial sized kitchen was perfect to for the catering company and had its own entrance to not interfere with the flow of the day. The décor of the home is beachy chic and fit perfectly with our beach themed wedding. The wrap around porch with couches, chairs and tables was the perfect area for our passed Hors d'oeuvre cocktail hour. After the cocktail hour our guest moved down to the side yard where we had a 30 by 60 tent set with tables and chairs, the dance floor, DJ, Photo booth, and buffet style dining. The beautiful landscaping was also an added bonus, the gazebo was beautiful and had all of the amenities needed for the DJ. The home has three hotels in walking distance where our friends and families booked rooms Saturday night, on Sunday we were in walking distance of Uncle Willies and the Chicken or the Egg where we all met for one last goodbye to end our perfect wedding weekend.
I have heard nothing but rave reviews from our guests about the unique and fun atmosphere of our wedding. I highly recommend this home for anyone considering this style wedding in the future, and Linda was the most amazing person to deal with from day one, accommodating, friendly, helpful, efficient, and she sent these kind words the day before our wedding…”The weather gods are working in our favor!!! Could not be much better!!!!” Thank you Linda for helping us make our dreams come true!!

Held a Family Reunion in Beach Haven with this property being the focal point of all the activity. Everyone loved the house, the yard and the location. With the perfect weather we enjoyed, we ate all our meals on the wrap around porch and were able to accomodate everyone. The convenience of having hotels for other family members close by and being within walking distance of everything made it that much more enjoyable.
