In general the stay was very uncomfortable because of the reasons mentioned above

It was very clean. Staff is very supportive.

There is no place where to dry your towels, so you will use wet cold towels everyday. There is airplanes landing above your head, so is you need quiet place this is wrong place for you. Breakfast was very very poor. There are two eggs and one sausage and half of tomato and cucumber, some bread and a lot of ketchup, coffe, tea and some sweet dessert (the same everyday). So if you want to have good breakfast you need to go to some other cafe in the morning.

The host was very kind and hospitable. The room was big, clean and quiet. Also, there was a separate kitchen where we could make tee and coffee. Exceptional hotel and we would love to stay there again.

Very nice place to stay

The hotel was clean and looked like new. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel staff was texting me to find out what time I will check in. As I arrived at the night they were waiting for me, which was very nice. The breakfast was great and they also have a very good coffee machine which is available for the guests during the stay.

The only disadvantage is the fact that the distance to public communication is quite far.

More than excellent

Everything was on the highest level. Rooms are fresh and clean, everything what you might need was in the room already. Staff is friendly and ready to help. We were also provided by water each new day of stay. Breakfast was also great, everything was fresh and well-prepared. Moreover, you can have tea/coffee and sweets during all day. The location is super: on the quiet area, but really close to the city center - about 10 mins by taxi. All next stays in Gdańsk I’d definitely spend there.

First class

My second stay this year and is ideal for my particular requirements. Nothing too much trouble for owner and staff. Whilst breakfast is the only meal provided it is very good especially the pancakes🙂. As I had a very early flight (4am) on the day of departure the owner made me up a breakfast package to take with me. Will be staying again.

Clean, cozy and worth your money!

The property was exactly match with the photos. It's managed by a Gentleman and his sister. They were super nice, welcoming and helpful. Everything was extremely clean and beautifully organized. One thing that we loved most was the hospitality of the staff and managers. They do their best to give you the most comfort! This place will be our definite choice if we travel to Gdańsk again!

Great stay, great value.

We had a very pleasant stay in Villa Familia. The staff was so kind and so professional that it was always a pleasure to deal with them. Breakfast was great with a big choice of instant cooked dishes.

Beautiful clean , friendly and up to date hotel with lovely owner and a fantastic brekfast too

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The owner couldn’t have been nicer. And the breakfast served in a spotless clean dining room was exceptional.could not be happier.

This was time for me which i needed.

I arrived late eavning and was asked from start if i would like coffe or tea :) Owner is super nice person, he really cares about guests, always asking if we need anything. Room was perfect size for one person and nicely arranged with transparent bathroom made of glass entirely which was suprizing and modern. I had enought towels in room without asking, there was bottled water in room aswell, and shower gel with shampoo. I really liked that owner listened to my suggestion. Breakfast was great, i could choose if i want scrambled eggs/sussages/pancakes. Or both :) Had cake for dessert. (Check photos)

There is nothing i could point out. If i would like to be super picky i would say no hanger for towel near sink. But there is radiator which is designed to hang towels.
