La ubicación es perfecta y casi no nota él ruido de Bogotá. Cerca al parque y con varios lugares donde comer hasta la madrugada. Zona muy segura para turistas y al lado de una feria y a pocos pasos de un centro comercial.
No tuve malas experiencias

This is a hotel that feels like home with very friendly and kind staff. The room is clean and bright. The environment is beautiful and very quiet and safe. Recommend everyone to come to this hotel!
I have no dissatisfaction.

This hostel and the staff were absolutely incredible - they were so kind, helpful and generous and I even went back to this hostel many times after traveling to other areas. It is also in a very safe area.
The wifi could occasionally not be perfect, however I saw others working and studying from the hostel so it was not too disruptive. Besides, there are plenty of cafes with working wifi areas to offer a change of scenery. The staff also worked hard to get it back up and running quickly

Location was super nice. Very cozy, and during the evening a busy area, but on a sidestreet, so very little noize. Personal var super friendly, and most of them spoke adequate to good english!
The showers were not super good - the water was lukewarm at best. Kitchen was a bit small, but not many people used it. Apart from that, i was happy with the place :)

The hostel is just wonderful, excellent. The neighborhood is just beautiful and safe. The owner(Juan) is such a nice and helpful guy. He helped me a lot , such as taking me to a nearby tailor to fix my jacket, giving me a few respirators and disposable gloves when I go back to China. We also had some good conversations, since he speaks good English. I totally recommend it.
Nothing.

Everything! What a find is this hostel. Seriously, everything about this choice is amazing.
Location: Yes, Usaquen is far from city center, but the vibe in this neighborhood is one of the best. Parque 93 and restaurants are super close and Plaza Bolivar (wouldn't stay close to here because it's busy and super polluted) and Monserrate is just a taxi ride away.
Facilities: Clean and sufficient for an amazing stay. Bed/mattress is comfortable and toilets/bathrooms are always clean.
Staff/Host: They're the best part of the hostel. I won't go into details, but I arrived to the hostel at 7 AM the day I was supposed to stay. Needless to say, the host was very welcoming and allowed me into the dorm several hours before check-in. YMMV
NOTHING!
