The property was amazing so clean and well kept
I didn’t like the beach was expecting blue waters and the water was very dark and smelly

Beach was not kept clean.
Closed restaurants that weren’t supposed to close.
Buffet on beach ran out of All Food!!!
Taxi prices from Hotel are $15 more each time.
Hotel lied and said outside Taxi’s can’t pick you up!!!
Always out of simple gingerale!! Yet when it comes staff drinks it!
Buffet lines for omelet way to long! No toaster?!?!
Massages good but horribly expensive!!
Read all above!

Responses provided by 8 year old grandson.....I liked the buffet being open for every meal. It was a perfect distance from the airport. I enjoyed that everything was included.

it was ok. loved the omelette station
no breakfast meats like bacon or sausage except for last day they had sausage

friendly staff. Swim out room, all inclusive. good drinks. good spa, great massages.
I was quoted wrong for goods purchased and over charged at checkout. Not all that was offered was delivered. the experience was ruined by two weddings taking place so we never got to enjoy being outside by the pool. the food was mediocre compared to other dream resorts, not many lunch options for a la carte restaurants, and the buffet food was not that good.

The water slides, staff, and entertainment also the restaurant is good. You just need to get there when they are opening.
The way that kids are at the swim up bar and hanging around the bar. The kids jump on the bar stool swing and stands up. There is no control , I mean NO CONTROL or rules being in force or during meal times. The French fries will be very under cook and some meats if you don't speak up . Plus the kids leaves the covering that keeps the food warm/hot completely open. There is no one Monitoring the food area. This place is not for couples . This is really a super kid zone

Clean Property
Weddings and events everyday, so you have to leave some areas and see the party instead of enjoy amenities.
No enough staff for all the people, the service can improve.
Food was limited in some restaurants.

nothing to do outside of drink at the pool. lacked more daytime activities. nights had some shows. overall got kind of boring and repetitive. very relaxing though.

The swim up bar was a lot of fun!
The pools did not stay open long enough

I really liked all the restaurants, the food options were great!
I noticed I wasn’t treated very nicely by a lot of the staff, including waiters and romm service
I also didn’t like that EVERYONE expected a tip, people pay lots of money to be there
3.5 / 5.0
The staff and installations are very nice
the food is too Americanized , wanted to eat more of the local food but hardly saw any and the beach was full of seagrass

Nice modern resort with great food
The zipline looks amazing but it's only open 11am to 2pm, plus you need trainers (same applies to the climbing wall I think)
Also, some restaurants have a dress code and I wasn't aware of that.
So basically, more information is needed beforehand about the dress requirements.

My partial ocean view also looked onto a construction site. I was given no pre-warning of this so it was disappointing.
2.0 / 5.0
The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The pools were well maintained. The staff was always pleasant and accommodating. The spa was beautiful and the services were excellent.
The restaurants were hot and lacked air conditioning. The beach water was chocolate brown and the constant smell of cooked crabs lingered from the rotting seaweed which collected at both ends of the boom nets.
We weren't told of the size limits for the Sky Coaster, nor that there was a dress code for the French Cuisine.
Premier doesn't mean a thing when anyone and everyone can walk into the Preferred pool and bar which caused it to be over crowded and the bar ran out of Premium liquor (which we paid for) and couldn't receive. Wedding parties of 20+ people(not on the Preferred Club) sacked the pool and bar.
There are also no motorized sports on the beach and the non-motorized paddle boards and boats needed to stay within a roped off area which was no larger than a football field and no deeper than 4 feet deep.
