'Harbour Sounds' is our beautiful updated 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath home located in breath taking Bodega Bay. Sleeps 6. Best for 6 adults or 4 adults and 2 kids.
Bodega Bay is less than 1.5 hours north of the Golden Gate Bridge. We have installed all new flooring, paint, carpet and bedding that we'd love to share with you!
'Harbour Sounds' is on the 14th tee of the golf course, within walking distance to the clubhouse, and Doran State Beach.
Our beach home includes a nice open floor plan with a private hot tub, gas fireplace, outdoor gas grill, outdoor gas fire pit , washer/dryer, plenty of parking, views of the harbor from our back patio and the soothing sounds of Bodega Bay.

Activities in Bodega Bay are unlimited. We loved this place. It was clean. Ample room for a family with children. All the people involved from signing up to the final goodbyes were wonderful. Everything went smoothly. Could not ask for a better experience. One drawback with children is, there is no place for them to play around the area because of the golf course. Everything else was great !!!

This was a BEAUTIFUL property and exactly what we needed to get away from the heat. Plenty of space for all of us, I will just say I don’t recommend younger kids here as it was not very kid friendly for under 5; a lot of beautiful things that could easily break. Other than that, the location was wonderful, the beaches were amazing, and we made some great family memories here.

This house is wonderfully stocked,better than any other house I've ever rented. Juli is extremely accessible and helpful. The golf course is beautiful and everyone at the Pro shop is friendly. The little town of Occidental on Bohemian Hwy is a hidden treasure.

Our second stay at this Home. It fit our needs very well . We like to cook and the kitchen was well equipped and roomy. Weather was wild with high winds and rain at times but we couldn’t figure out the hot tub. Juli was quick to visit and give us a simple in service so we could enjoy being out in the rain. We will definitely return to Harbor Sounds next year. Highly recommended.

The home was clean and very well maintained. In fact, the pictures provide only a glimpse of this amazing home. Seeing it in person brought out the details and the ambience this home provides with the natural skylight and expansive views of the golf course. We even saw deers in our front lawn and backyard feasting on some vegetation. Look forward to coming back!

I can’t say enough great things about this beautiful property and the wonderful neighborhood around it. We loved everything from the trails to the beach to the hot tub to how scenic and quiet the neighborhood is. Thanks so much to Jenny and Juli for providing everything we needed and really going above and beyond - the welcome binder was so helpful and we referred to it for local recommendations every day. Hope to return soon - this is such a special place!

Home was very clean and had great atmosphere. Loved all the natural light and natural surroundings. Well stocked kitchen for making family meals. Hot tub, laundry, great water pressure and cozy beds! Close to nature trail leading to the beach. Communication was quick and very clear. We had a wonderful stay!

One of the most well supplied and stocked rental we’ve visited. Very thoughtful instructions and signage in the house for all the normal questions you have when you first walk in. We saw a bobcat, deer and opossum roaming the golf course. The hot tub could use a little service and love. Some buttons didn’t work to turn off a neck jet that just continually sprays you in the face across the tub but not a big deal, bubbles and heat is all you’ll need. Great spot, highly recommend.

We were looking for a home located on the golf course with a quiet location. We found it! The home was well decorated and very clean. Great view of the bay. We had a few questions about the hot tub and TV operation. Juli, our contact was just a text away. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Great family gathering place!
We stayed with my parents and our children (6 and 2 years old) during my daughter’s spring break and had a lovely time. The house had everything we might need (games, hot tub, towels, kitchen equipment) and the location: so close to beautiful beaches, hiking, fresh seafood, and even a big culdesac for roller skating 😊. Our hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. We created a lot of wonderful memories here.

Great getaway
This was such a sweet place. My daughter and I enjoyed it very much. Juli was a great host and greeted us with freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. She checked in with us daily and made sure that all of our needs and questions were met. She is very attentive and manages the property well. I would come back here in a heart beat.

Very special beach house
We rented this very special beach house for a girls trip for two nights and we had such an amazing time. This home was so welcoming and beautifully decorated. Our goal was to relax and this was the perfect setting for that. I will definitely be going back.

Wonderful House
This beautiful house was perfect for our group of women friends to spend time together. Jenny has thought of everything to make it easy to enjoy your stay. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen I’ve experienced in all my stays in VRBO/Airbnb rentals. It even has a milk frother for your morning coffee! The outdoor spaces are lovely and the hot tub was awesome. Lots of amenities, comfy beds, more spacious than the pictures appear and a great location to visit the Bodega Bay and coastal sites. Lovely home with everything you need. Owner immediately responded to questions and was extremely helpful. We traveled with 6 adults and two children. There was a twin pull-out bed outside the upstairs bedroom that we did not need. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Smart TV's would be a nice upgrade so multiple remotes would not be needed. Could not figure out how to use the Wii. Beach is a close drive and could easily be accessed by foot if one were not bringing much with them. We enjoyed our stay here and would return. I wholeheartedly recommend the property. Thank you.

Great Stay in Bodega Bay
We enjoyed our short stay at Harbor Sounds! The home was wonderful, roomy and relaxing with a beautiful view of the Sonoma county coastal hills. The bottle of wine and snacks was a nice touch. Jenny the owner is very responsive and a fantastic host. We look forward to our next visit to Harbor Sounds and Bodega Bay!

All that was advertised & more.
The entire home was very clean. There were lots of extras in the kitchen such as spices & special appliances that made cooking much easier than many rentals that just have the basics. The decor was very tasteful & the "beachy" theme is perfect for the location. Everything is well kept & in working order. Another plus was the parking available right across the street. We had 2 rental cars plus some visiting family with another vehicle, it was nice not to have to worry about where to park. Was also nice that recycling was available & so easy. We were a group of 5 adults & the bedrooms arrangement worked well & would also work for families with older children (not necessarily toddlers). There were lots of activities for kids in the home.

The home was lovely and we had such a wonderful time during our stay. The openness of the place allowed everyone to feel connected....and we greatly appreciated all of the natural light! The outdoor sitting areas were each used at different times....early afternoon in the back on day....after a beach walk on another day we decided to try the front yard area and loved that too! We can’t say enough positive things about the place. The only negative was that we were only there for two nights....need to book at least three for sure next time! Loved it!!!

Lovely experience renting this property. Home is delightfully decorated and very comfortable. Nice to have use of the hot tub. So close to Doran Beach and Bodega Bay. Just a quick drive South to Dillon Beach. Had no problems whatsoever and felt very taken care of. Will definitely return!

Very clean beautiful house. A great getaway.
This was my first experience of renting a house for a vacation instead of a hotel. What a wonderful delight! Jenny the owner made us feel like we were her "friends" as house guests. She even left a bottle of wine for us in the kitchen.
We were in town for a wedding so there wasn't a lot of "down" time to enjoy the area. I did pick this house based on the "clean" reviews and the wonderful views of the golf course and ocean. It did not disappoint. Unfortunately the weather was cold and windy so we were not able to take full advantage of everything that was offered outside. We did take advantage of the hot tub however. It was nice to enjoy a large roomy house for the six of us and feel so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. Plus there was beautiful lavender scented hand lotion in every room. That was a very sweet gesture.
I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation getaway.
