They sit one block from Main Street, two blocks from the gondola, and half a block from the free shuttle stop. Just a few minutes on the shuttle and you will find yourself at the slopes. Downtown does not get much closer than this with shopping, dining and nightlife only a block away.

Stayed at Skill Hill 32 for a long weekend with our girls. The Condo itself was very nicely appointed and we would not hesitate to stay here again. We loved the fact that it was literally a 3-5 min walk into town for everything. Loved opening the windows surrounding the dining/living room for the fresh air during the day. Pool and Hot Tub was a nice plus as well. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo is very well located, about a block from the Gondola Ski back, which we enjoyed. It's also a quick block from main street. The unit overall, could use some updating and improvements. We found the kitchen lacking, without even a wine opener or salt and pepper. The furniture is pretty worn out and not comfortable to sit in or sleep on. There are only bamboo window coverings in the bedrooms, which do absolutely nothing to block the 6 AM sunrise. No curtains or anything in the loft so kids were up with the sunrise. The TV stopped changing channels the second night of our stay, and we chatted to management about things we could do to troubleshoot. Mid-text conversation, it switched off to the after hours auto notice, which was super annoying as we were in the middle of trying to solve it so we could watch the Elite 8 games of March Madness. They did not come to replace it until the following day, but at least they replaced it with a smart TV, bringing at least one thing about the condo into the 2000's. I would probably choose a more updated unit for our next visit to Breck.

Really enjoyed our stay. Skied two days and liked the short walk to gondola but then skied back at 4oclock run. Short walk back into town for restaurants. Loved the 3 full baths. Would stay again. Cheers!

Four of us came to ski Breck for the first time and were very happy with finding this unit. The ski in, gondola out description is accurate - with a little walking (two blocks?) which we were happy to do. There is easy access to the town, to busses, and a great view both during the day and at night. The unit was well-supplied and clean. The only disappointment (mild) was the grill was a little distant which really limited our ability to have sizzling steaks. That issue aside, it was great!

This condo complex has the perfect location - two blocks the the heart of Main Street, about the same to take the gondola, and you can ski back on the 4 o’clock trail (take the “Gondola Ski Back” at the end to end up even closer to the condo). Condo was very clean, nicely decorated in a ski town style, and the beds and furnishings were all very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make simple breakfasts, lunches, and a dinner. The hot tub was an added bonus! We appreciated the extra towels specially left for hot tubbing. The condo’s layout worked well for us, with two couples in the bedrooms and our teenage sons up in the loft.

I've stayed in Breck during ski season numerous times. This unit is in a great location being just a block from Main St. and very close to being ski in/out. Although you can take the bus out front, I enjoyed walking the short distance to Gondola in the morning to reach peak 8. You can ski back on 4 o'clock and arrive very close to the unit at the end of the day. Unit is large and comfortably slept the 5 of us, however, it could sleep 8. The only downside would be having 1 parking pass if you had a larger group with two vehicles. The only overnight parking in Breck is by the airport if you had 2 vehicles.

Although the kitchen sink clogged then repaired and the master bedroom mirror was very dirty, the overall stay was truly great. The unit location was perfectly situated to town and to the Gondola. Everything literally in walking distance. The Ski back to the condo was a plus and was fun. Access to the amenities was easy. The only improvement recommendation is to place more window coverings up. The view is tremendous but in the morning the sun is blinding at times when in kitchen and dining area. I definitely want to rent the unit again next year in January again.

Great location! Five minute walk to the gondola, and almost ski-in - you can get within about a two—minute walk to the unit from the slopes. Five minute walk into Breck and shops and Restaurants. Very comfortable condo, and great communication from management company. We had a terrific stay!

Great family trip
Five of us stayed here in August and it was absolutely wonderful. The communication from Pinnacle was very good and our check in was easy. The property was exactly as advertised. There were five of us and we had so much room. Beds were comfy-kitchen was stocked. It was a short walk in the beautiful weather to the store, numerous restaurants, and shopping in Breckenridge. I highly recommend this condo for groups up to 6 in summer and I am sure by the location it would be fantastic in winter as well.

Place was clean, large enough for 6 adults and in a good location. The pool was closed for two days with little information given which was a bummer. Check in and check out was easy. Would stay here again.

The location of the property is walking distance to main street, restaurants. Number of bathrooms good--we had 8 guests. However we were not told about the parking situation. We asked if the unit had an exterior entry, we were told yes, but it did not. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. The fan in the master bathroom super loud, need to be fixed.

Great Location
This condo is perfect for a family with kids. It is super close to downtown and has a pool and hot tub outside. The family room is spacious and it has 3 bathrooms. I would recommend this condo and hope to be back there some day. We walked to all the main attractions Breckenridge offers.

Great location! Our family walked most days to everything. Parking was close and easy. Just needs some updates and new carpeting. It was oddly hot that week and fans would have nice in the rooms to sleep. There is road noise with the windows open, but don’t notice with the windows closed. Loved the location!!

Very nice unit, but minor upgrade needed with sofa
The unit has easy access to the shuttle lines. Parking can be a little challenging, although the unit was very comfortable, as well as a great location, the owners need to upgrade the pullout bed. The unit is very nice, comfortable and walking distance to everything. A minor fix with the bed, and problems solved!

Great condo in a perfect location. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The property is well maintained and very clean. Management is very responsive and reachable. Only complaint is that the two twin beds in the loft may be overdue for replacement.
Condo is one block from main street shops and restaurants. Gondola to Peak 8 is a 5 minute walk. Bus stop right outside the building to other peaks and parts of town. City Market is 10 minute walk. 4 o'clock run down from the mountain ends at the complex next door. Can't say enough about the perfect location of this condo.
There are about 4 unavoidable steps from the parking lot to the elevator. It was easily accessible for my elderly mother. No walk-in showers on the main level. Both are enclosed tubs with showers.

Great space, perfect for 6
Everything about the process—from booking to check-in to check-out—with Visit Breck was seamless. After booking a place on Airbnb and having the host cancel on us, I was grateful to find this company's listings (who coincidentally, I had stayed with at another property in 2015).
The unit itself was comfortable and perfect for three couples: There's a master bedroom on the ground level and another, much smaller room that basically just fit a queen bed. Each had access to its own bathroom, which was nice. Upstairs in the loft was a big bedroom with two twin beds; my parents took this room, though note that the spiral stairwell is so tight it would be tough for people with accessibility problems (or a lot of luggage!).
The only downsides of the property were the lack of parking (the unit is for 8 people, yet there's only a parking spot for one, which means we had to park in the satellite property 2+ miles away, which was marginally annoying) and the fact that it wasn't super well-stocked; there weren't extra blankets or pillows in the closets, and the kitchen only had the bare minimum, so we found ourselves doing dishes after every single breakfast, lunch and dinner. My feedback to the owners would be to offer a second set of linens per room, as well as a full set of plates, cups and cutlery since it is a full-service apartment.
Overall, though, I'd absolutely book this place again. The location just 5 minutes off of Main Street and the same distance from the gondola was clutch, and the company was as pleasant as they come.

Clean, close to Main, roomy but cozy
We had a great time in Breckenridge. The property was clean and comfortable. Yes it's decorated like LL Bean and Plow and Hearth got married and had a baby, but it works in the mountains! Our family of 5 had plenty of space but also felt cozy in the living room watching a movie.
We loved the proximity to downtown Breck, very easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and the river.
The only downside was the street noise with the windows open. Park/Hwy 9 has a lot of traffic, busses and trucks.
It was a great place and I would stay there again.

Pros:
1. Location was fantastic just steps away from town of Breck.
2. Good size. Living room, dining area and kitchen provide plenty of space. Nicely decorated cabin feel.
3. Pool/hot tub area was great for kids. plenty of space to grill too.
Cons:
1. Only giving us one parking spot was a real bummer. We had two families, two cars, 8 people total. We had to spend at least 30 minutes every day to get and move the other families car. i don't know how you provide for/sleep for 8 people and only provide parking for one car. This was a real pain and there were PLENTY of open spaces in the lot while we were there in the summer, week of 4th of july. I even offered to pay extra for an extra spot, and they said no.
2. Needs better curtains. the light came in early and woke the kids up easily (parents know the value of having your kids sleep in an extra hour)
3. Needs new chairs in living room. you really sink down considerably in the older leather chairs.
I don't think we would stay here again because of the parking, which is too bad because it's a nice place to crash.

Great condo, with covered parking a hot tub and a nice kitchen.
We stayed here for a few days, the location cant be beat! You can ski to within 200 feet of your front door, and can walk 3 minutes to to gondola and 5 minutes to main street. Pinnacle lodging was very easy to deal with and quite friendly. Overall it was a great trip. Thank you for sharing your condo with us. We will definitely be returning.
