The Beach House boasts a relaxed coastal vibe in your own private tropical oasis.

The beachfront house is located in the exclusive and secure Pavilions Enclave. The lawns and gardens front directly to the National park rainforest and the beach. This exclusive gated enclave offers a peaceful and safe environment for your personal indulgence. It is situated at Broken Head, at the southern end of the beach stretching from the Byron Bay Light House to Broken Head headland. A short five minute drive takes you to all the best eateries and bars Byron has to offer. Alternatively 10 to 15 mins to the eclectic and always interesting towns of Bangalow and Lennox Head.
Stylishly appointed with a refined coastal vibe, guests are immersed in the luxury and beauty of beachfront holidaying. The fully-equipped kitchen with expansive island bench and seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living makes entertaining a breeze - the perfect spot to create cherished memories with loved ones.
The Beach House has 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms - ** Master suite is a spacious parents retreat with king bed, work station, ensuite with free-standing bath, and private outdoor daybed to retreat in quiet seclusion. ** Second bedroom has a king bed and tranquil outlook to private daybed overlooking lush gardens. ** Third bedroom has a king bed that can be split to two long singles (singles must be requested at time of booking, additional charge applies).
After a full day of beach activity and exploring, the family can retreat to the privacy and convenience of your private heated mineral plunge pool - settle in with a glass of wine and watch the kiddies swim in the pool and play in the yard. The pool is connected to the large entertaining deck leading from the open plan kitchen/dining/lounge.
The expansive lawn and lush tropical gardens are a paradise in their own right, providing a private oasis for outdoor activities and tranquil escapes amidst nature's beauty.
Pet-friendly to ensure your furry companions revel in the vacation experience too! Small well-behaved dogs are considered and the property is fully fenced for their safety. The nearest dog beach is five minutes drive away at Suffolk Park. Broken Head is a National Park, no dogs are allowed in the National Park or on Broken Head beach. Pets must be authorised by management prior to check in, a $75 pet fee and T&C's apply.
The Beach House has a sister property right next-door - our luxury one bedroom fully self-contained studio 'The Bungalow'. The two properties can be interconnected via a private gate to enable uninterrupted private access. Combining the two properties is a favourite for families holidaying with grandparents.
The Beach House is fully wheelchair friendly with ramps around the house and a disabled bathroom.

* Pets are not allowed in the National Park or on Broken Head beach. All pet waste must be removed from the property prior to departure, if extra cleaning, waste removal, or maintenance is required as a result of the pet, additional fees will be deducted from the bond and is not negotiable.
• Group restrictions - maximum of 6 adults at the property unless otherwise approved directly with Byron Beach Retreats.
• Strict noise policy and no parties permitted - fees and eviction can apply for security call-outs. See terms and conditions for further information.
• No commercial activities or events permitted including but not limited to hens/bucks events, engagements or weddings.
• Intimate events, photo/video shoots may be arranged directly with Byron Beach Retreats. Additional fees and T&C’s apply.
• No Schoolies or school-leavers permitted.
• No smoking inside the property.
• We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of rent or bond.
• A deposit of 50% of total rent (including booking fee, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
• Cancellations - Bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior the 50% deposit is non-refundable. For those bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date, a cancellation fee of 100% of total booking cost will be incurred - therefore no refund will be made.

Very cold as air con not working. We were supplied 2 heaters. Checked in on Monday out on Friday. By Wednesday morning the property was comfortable and not cold. Did have a smell, (moisture) we purchased a few masking aromas eventually all was ok. Definitely overpriced for the quality of the property, as one larger available as we left for 1/4 less than we paid and more bedrooms and living space. Must say great location. Would I stay again, yes if the property was maintained.

A beautiful house and location.
The kitchen has everything you need to make gourmet meals and to hear the ocean as I fell asleep was bliss. Loved it so much I’m going back next year for my birthday.

Gorgeous home. Exquisite windows and lighting and gardens. Fab outdoor covered dining spot with grill. 2 min walk to unbelievable beach/surfing. Trip not complete without doing the short hike up and around the point with views of beaches on the other side.

Very comfortable and well-equipped property with a large tropical garden. Well located out of the noise but close to the beach. Perfect for a relaxing week with family of all ages.

we stayed at Pavilion 7 for 4 nights. property layout and design is beautiful with lush green tropical backyard with beach beds outdoor dining table perfect for outdoor breakfast. Beds and linens were all great.
Property had few maintenance issues that we would not expect from a costly property. Tap/faucet on washbasin in family bathroom has a loose lever and tends to fall by itself. Shape of washbasin is very odd/shallow and impractical. Spout of the faucet is not long enough and you can’t wash your hands without continually hitting the back wall of the washbasin. All bottle/dispensers of bodywash etc had a very cheap dispenser/plunger on them and once pumped down, it does not retrieve back and you have to manually pull it out to pump again - very annoying and super cheap. Some of the windows had broken levers and missing slats. We came across a cockroach running inside the house and a lizard on wall.

Stunning property
Our family had an amazing week at the Beach house, beautiful home fitted out with lovely furniture and a great kitchen.
Our kids and dogs loved the yard and only a short stroll to the beach. Have already booked our next stay!

Amazing property on beach in the Rain Forrest. Only downside is the distance to a decent Cafe, other then that it's amazing.

Paradise in Broken Head
We were so lucky to have a beautiful few days at this exceptional property. The house is an oasis of calm with a huge garden and everything you need in the house. And just a short wander to a stunning beach and local walks. We didn’t want to leave. We had a car so it was an easy drive into Byron Bay and the hinterland for meals and shopping. The kitchen is fantastic. We cooked a couple of meals at the house given the kitchen was so well appointed.
The bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable and all decorated tastefully. Great outdoor area if you want a BBQ or outside meals. I sat out there reading a book for many hours.
The booking and check in process was seamless and communications clear and timely. Thanks to the Home Away team for such a friendly service.

Uncompromising Standard
We had a wonderful six night stay . The beach house is uncompromising in its standard of facilities and presentation. The garden provided a peaceful atmosphere with space for our pouches to play. Nothing better than the gentle rumble of the waves in the background, particularly at night. We, my daughters and I had a wonderful stay at the impressive property. It was as listed, and probably better than I thought it would be. It has a beautiful relaxed ambience, so much so the girls preferred to stay home than head to Byron.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach House. It was great that our dog could come and enjoy with us. There is so much space and the kitchen is very well equipped with all that you would need. The beds were very comfortable and it was great that I was contacted to see how I would like the rooms/beds configured. All in all it was a great little getaway.

Wonderful house in tropical surroundings
The house was absolutely wonderful, enormous, clean, well equipped. Extra towels and beach towels. Private three bedrooms with lots of storage. Two huge bathrooms with big showers. Aircon throughout, but also lots of ventilation with louvre windows. It was the best place we ever stayed in. Great for kids, huge garden to play in. We didn’t want to go out, why would you? Thank you. We would love to return.

We have just returned from a long weekend at this lovely beachfront retreat. Everything was perfect, we found it easily and were able to access the house without issue. The house is set in a lush tropical garden with easy access to the long white beach. We found the house was beautifully decorated with a lovely inside, outside flow, it was clean, the beds were beautifully made with crisp white linen, the bathrooms were spa like and the kitchen is a chef's dream! The whole experience was great and we will be back.

The photos and description of this property are stunning, but it still doesn't prepare you for what is on offer when you open the front door. The unique layout of the property offers a mix of privacy (the master suite can be fully closed off) and open plan living areas that open up onto the deck, and the chef's kitchen is fully appointed. It is secluded without being isolated, which made us feel a million miles away while only a few minutes from Byron Bay and a very short stroll to the beach.

Outstanding house. Everything is top quality and it comes with every amenity you can think of. The place is very private, located in a small gated community, and close to the beach. The house is nicely landscaped and surrounded trees/rainforest. It feels as if there is no one else near by. Its a wonderful place.
