Two master suite condo on the island of Siesta Key with unparalleled beautiful views on the fifth floor!
This lovely condo provides one of the best views in the building. The glass enclosed lanai with full floor to ceiling sliding glass doors provides bright morning sun and pleasant soft sun light during the afternoon with excellent view of the bay, marina, tennis courts and heated swimming pool. The kitchen and both bathrooms have been newly renovated with granite countertops. The unit is in a 7 story building, gated community, sitting on the 5th floor facing South East. An exercise room is available to guests and is located on the first floor. A small office area is set up on the first floor of the building with staff for package receiving, fast connection and communication.
Located on the island of Siesta Key, Sarasota, Florida. Situated by intercoastal waterway, three blocks away from the #1 rated beach in the United States, Siesta Key Beach. It is a ten minute walk from the beach and provides convenient access to the intercoastal waterway (Kayak rack and boat slips are available). The Siesta Key Village is about 20-25 minute walk and has many restaurants and shops. Sarasota SCAT bus#11 stops in front of the building, the beach, the village and to the mainland grocery stores, etc. Please feel free to contact me with any questions!

Clean condo in great location with a great view of the inlet water way and pool area. Owner was very responsive and helpful to all questions and needs. Would recommend this condo.

This property is exactly as described. The view is beautiful and the complex is really nice. The host is terrific. She communicated every step of the way and we really enjoyed our stay.

Unit was as presented. Clean, roomy, great location. Host Wendy was accessible and responsive, though we didn’t have any questions or needs. Unit had everything we needed.
Complex is in a great location and other property owners and quest were very friendly.
All instructions for initial check in were spot on.

Perfect location- close to the beach, on the intracoastal, one mile from restaurants, close to Siesta Village. The property is very well maintained from pool to common areas to waterfront- beautiful! The unit is very clean and excellently appointed. We wanted for nothing while we were there. We will book it again!!

We loved our stay at Wendy’s condo, the place is very spacious for only two people but the rate we paid was lower than a number of other one bedroom condos which was listed on Vbro in Siesta key.
Very large open plan lounge, with a huge new 65” TV and very comfortable reclining lounge sofas, the view from the lounge is also pretty incredible, lovely view of the swimming pool area and bay.
Two very good sized bedrooms, main bedroom including a huge super king sized bed and plenty of storage space/walk in wardrobe.
Both bedrooms had their own en-suite bathrooms , one included a full sized bath.
The kitchen area was very well equipped and had everything you would need to cook full meals as if you were at home.
The main building itself is looking a little tired but I understand this is to undergo major renovations, outside areas including the swimming pool are very well maintained and gorgeous.
The location is also great, not far from the beach with a free trolley stop just outside for trips to the village and anywhere else on Siesta key.
We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wendy’s condo, who was very easy to deal with and replied immediately to any questions we had, even allowed us a very late checkout as our flight back to the UK was not until late in the evening.
We would both have no hesitation with recommending Wendy’s condo and hope to return sometime in the future.

Only 4 stars because we prefer oceanfront, but not always available….
Don’t like having to drive and use the public beach,but surprisely,even though crowded,it was nice!

Our condo was very nice and had everything we needed. We had a beautiful view of the pool and the intercoastal The building itself was built in the 70’s so naturally it was a bit dated. The twin beds were very soft and in need of new mattresses. Wendy was very easy to reach and equally quick to respond to our needs. We needed more towels and her cleaning crew brought them the next day. Just FYI you have to drive to the beach or take the free trolley. Condo is not in gulf side.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very clean and well stocked with everything needed including kitchen items, beach chairs and tennis racquets. The view out over the intracoastal and the pool is beautiful. Wendy, the owner, was wonderful to work with and extremely responsive. Definitely recommend this condo.

This condo was very spacious for the two of us and the view of the pool and intercoastal waterway was gorgeous! The amenities in the building were 5 star! The free trolley to the beach works very well!

We just spent 3 weeks at HT and the experience was just fabulous. The location is perfect and you feel like you are at a resort. We met so many wonderful people and Wendy was such an attentive and wonderful host to deal with. She is always available even while she is travelling. Thank you so much for making this vacation so fabulous Wendy. We will definitely be back.

Bay and pool area were beautiful. Access to transportation great. Living room furniture very comfy. Beds were HORRIBLE. Broken blinds in bedroom that wouldn’t close. Host said a maintenance man would replace them, but he never showed up. Host didn’t disclose that common area was closed due to flooding until after we arrived.

Nice unit, needs some updates. Cost for these condos is getting to expensive for the distance to beaches and restaurants on the island. VRBO charges are out of control. Owner was nice and helpful.

The building and outside layout:
1. The condo itself was situated in a high-rise building. It was located on the intercostal and had good security.
2. There was a nice pool area with an adjoining picnicking space and several gas grills.
3. The building had a nice workout area and showers. There was a separate entryway for men and women.
4. The parking spaces were extra wide and were good for maneuvering.
5. The elevators were fast and convenient.
6. The association provided different types of carts and rolling baskets for our convenience. A very nice amenity. It helped in bringing in and taking out our belongings.
Things we liked:
1. Communication and response was excellent. 5 stars.
* Texting was good for me because of my stroke 4 years ago. It left me nearly deaf.
* The FYI emails were timely.
* The microwave was replaced immediately, and we really appreciated that.
2. The master bedroom bed was comfortable. 5 stars.
3. The master shower — head/control — was newer and worked great. 5 stars
4. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities. Paper towels, pots, pans, utensils, etc. 5 stars.
5. The view was outstanding. The sun coming up on the horizon was fantastic. 5 stars.
6. Taking out the trash and recyclables was convenient. 5 stars.
7. The layout of the condo was good for us. 5 stars.
On the other side, the unit didn’t have its own washer and dryer, which was a minor inconvenience. There was, however, a coin operated laundry on the same floor, a couple of doors down from our unit.
There were some things we didn’t like, but overall we gave this unit a star rating of almost 4. This rating can be improved significantly with just a couple of tweaks. The stay had many good points. We would stay here again.

Close to the beach , short trolley ride to the shops and restaurants., the amenities are excellent
Stayed 2 weeks and the weather was awesome. We walked the beach almost every morning and capped off the day with a dip in their pool. The amenities are nice; I enjoyed grilling and eating under the awning several times .

BEAUTIFUL VIEWS OF THE POOL AND THE INTRACOASTAL!
Nice quiet condo with fantastic views! The condo is clean and comfortable with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Harbor Towers offer many commodities that made our stay very enjoyable, secure and relaxing.
We used the BBQ's near the pool to prepare various meals. This is the spot to meet and socialize with other visitors.
Siesta Key/Sarasota offers many interesting attractions, activities, good restaurants and many things to do. Brochures and information are available at the reception desk in the main lobby.
The big shopping and luggage carts are located in the lobby and are very convenient for transportation of groceries, luggage etc. to the condo.
The weather was sunny and warm, therefore very pleasant to golf, play tennis, go for a swim and walks.
Siesta Key Beach is magnificent and walking distance from the condo and we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets.
What a nice place to visit! We will keep very good memories of Siesta Key.

Christmas Vacation on Siesta Key
The condo was lovely and had been recently updated with bright and cheerful colors. The view from the lanai was amazing. We watched the sunrise over the bay every morning. The bedrooms were spacious and the walk-in closet was nice. We have stayed on both the gulf and the bay, but we loved the bay--watching the boats was relaxing in the evening. We saw dolphins and manatees, We played tennis every day and swam in the beautiful pool that we could see from our condo. The complex was gated and well maintained with waterfalls and beautiful landscaping. We hated to leave this little peace of paradise and hope to visit again this summer. The owner was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any question we had.

Voici une belle location qui se trouve sur la belle île de siesta key ! Un appartenant où peut se loger une famille de quatre personnes. L'endroit est calme et la résidence est propre. Une belle piscine et une patogoire sont à disposition de 8 h à 22 h. Des barbecues et une salle commune sont égalements à dispositions. L'appartement est propre mais la déco est à revoir.

Apartment was as described - within easy reach of just about everywhere we wanted to visit. Wendy (the owner) was more than helpful from the initial enquiry right through to our departure.

Peacefull place. (Endroit calme)
Just returned from a 3 weeks vacation in this unit. It's a very clean and lovely space, very comfortable,near the laundry room and the 3 elevators. Unit is on 5th.floor , facing to the pool.
The building is in an ideal and well maintained location. Just a 5 minutes drive from over the Stickney Point bridge to PUBLIX and a 1 minute drive to the public Siesta Beach free parkink lot.
Close to restaurants, shopping and 15-20 minutes to St Armands and downtown. We loved this unit in a very quiet building. The free internet connection is excellent.
Wendy the owner is very responsive and accommodating. You cannot go wrong.
Nous sommes tout juste revenus de 3 semaines de vacances . Ce condo est très propre, spacieux et très confortable. Bien situé près de la buanderie et des 3 ascenseurs, l'unité est situé au cinquième étage et fait face à une grande piscine bien entretenue et entourée de verdure.
Le bâtiment (HARBOR TOWERS) est situé sur un emplacement fort agréable et très tranquille de SIESTA KEY, à moins de 5 minutes en voiture du pont de Stickney Point et d’un Supermarché PUBLIX .
Le grand stationnement gratuit de la plage publique de SIESTA KEY est situé à mois de 2 minutes en voiture.
Le centre-ville de Sarasota avec ses nombreux restaurants est à moins de 20 minutes en auto.
Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet unité situé dans un endroit très calme et fort agréable. La connexion internet gratuite est excellente.
