This property is truly a slice of Cape Cod heaven
The views are the VERY best views of outer Cape! House decor is so warm. You feel the owners warmth and creativity throughout the home.
The property managers are a dynamic duo if you have any questions or ANY needs while residing.
I am truly blessed that the owners share this property with me to rent and experience it! A true oasis for me and my family every year!! đź’ś

For a family getaway it doesn’t get more perfect. The house is set on a gorgeous and quiet stretch of beach that’s perfect for kids (low tide wonderland and great depths for ocean introductions). The views have serious sizzle and the fresh breeze off the water can’t be beat. The home itself is comfortable and luxurious, but it’s also a real family summer cottage. It’s not polished to within an inch of its life, but that’s also why it feels like you’re a guest at well-loved family home (versus a corner-cutting vacation rental business). It was a treat to stay there.

This is a quintessential cape cod beach house, and quite a nice one at that. It is a lovely, charming beachfront home, with gorgeous grounds, a big deck, amazing views of the water and of Provincetown. Our family has enjoyed this home for years, it has become a special place for us.

So glad to be back in Ptown after missing it in 2020. We booked with this couple but cancelled in 2020 and they graciously refunded our money. As a thank you we booked in 2021. Lovely spot right on the water very peaceful

We spent a week here.
The cleaners were still working when we got there. House was adequately clean. The furniture is old. One of the twin beds is not usable. The master bedroom is really nice overlooking the bay with an en suite and balcony. The coffee pot didn’t work and we had to buy a new one. The BBQ was filthy - we had to clean it and then we had to replace the propane. Communication was OK. If you want to be at the bay where you can go out at low tide and listen to the surf at night this is the place to be. The location is A++++ the house is just ok.

We had a lovely stay at this property. We did have two issues but the owner was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Thank you Kathy!

We had an excellent experience with this property. Great location as well. It met all our expectations.

This house is as wonderful as advertised, located in an incredibly beautiful setting within striking distance (a long walk / easy bike ride / very quick car drive) of Provincetown. The three bedroom arrangement was perfect for our family of five, as were the common areas of the home. Walking off the back porch to explore the natural wonders of Cape Cod Bay at low tide was a favorite activity, but the home's location allowed many more as well. The owner is both personable and responsive.

This eclectic artist's house built a century ago represent all that is good about the old cape beach vibe, but with just enough creature comforts to feel like its vacation. We loved the back porch, outdoor shower, open living area, actual candle-lit chandelier and path to the beach. All the beach equipment one would need is here, a good grill (with extra propane tank which always scores high points with me), and new laundry machines. Highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a quiet respite with or without a family.

This house is locates in a beautiful location. The views from the living room, the master bedroom and the deck are just beautiful. However, We were very disheartened to check into this property and find a dirty house. On the surface, things looked OK. But then we found very unpleasant things under the bedroom mattress, a kid's dirty undies in a drawer, long black hair - not ours, everywhere. Floor mats in the kitchen and hallways have not been washed in a while and were grey from dirt...The couch smelled funky. Then there were the broken/ inoperable umbrellas on the patio and the empty gas tank for the BBQ.When I emailed the owner to let her know, she apologized profusely and sent the property manager over. He came the nest day, brought a new umbrellas and gas for the grill. That was great. However, he also brought a young man with him, supposedly to clean, but the person never took off his backpack, and just waited for me to tell him what to do. Obviously he wasn't a professional cleaner, and I didn't want to take on the task of a cleaning supervisor...The owner never checked back to see if all was OK. And she never offered to compensate us in any way. The master bedroom is beautiful. BUT, the other two bedrooms are tiny, with small and uncomfortable mattresses. One gets very hot first thing in the morning. Neither one has nice views. Our friends that stayed with us didn't like their rooms at all.All in all, not what I would expect for the rent we paid.

the house is really comfortable and perfectly located on the water in the east end. it had plenty of room for guests to find their own nook inside or out. it is well- appointed with chairs, coaches, decks, beach gear and fire pit. what more could anyone want. the owner is one of the most pleasant people i have ever encountered in my over 20 years of renting in provincetown. i would happily recommend the property to anyone wanting an esacpe on the beach in one of the most stunning places in the northeast. thanks kathy for your graciousness.

This home is absolutely perfect. Beachfront, private, cozy, and home away from home. It is quite large and the pictures definitely do not do it full justice. Excellent condition, fully stocked, well maintained, and gorgeous views. Rented for three weeks, watched fireworks from the deck, walked the beach, lobster dinners, family and friends.......paradise in ptown. By far the best house we have rented in ptown over the last 15 years.highly recommended!!!!Thanks Kathy!!! Hope to see you next year. Pam

Hi! My name is Jamie and i am a 12 years old. Last summer my family and I ( Me, mom, dad, brother, and dog) stayedat this very house. I'd only been to PTown when i was little so i didnt remember much of what it was like. This trip changed that! Now when people talk about PTown all I remember is that wonderful house on commercial street.
The inside of the house was so well decorated. . .and CLEAN!!! The beach was awesome! At low tide, the water ges out really far, which was super fun because it gave my dog so much room to run. . and chase birds of course. But when it is high tide, it is still super fun to swim in!
All in all, i had a great time in this house, and i know that if you stay there; You will to!

What an amazing place - beautifully decorated with lots of space for the kids to run around and the owners couldn't be more lovely and helpful! We (two adults, an almost four year old and a fourteen month old - with the odd visitor) had everything we needed (except for maybe a travel cot and high chair, but that was easily borrowed from friends nearby) and the house is cool and breezy on hot days and warm and snug on cold evenings.
The kids had a brilliant time and enjoyed playing on the beach as well as in the back garden (which is shady and cool on hotter days). Unfortunately the beach and at times the ocean, do get a lot of sea grass on it, but didn't impair our enjoyment much.
We had a car so it was easy to get around and the house itself is very well located, just close enough to PTown (a 20min slightly sweaty walk) to enjoy the sights etc, and far enough out to make it quiet and safe for the kids.
It's hard to tell how lovely the house is from the pictures - I'd recommend staying here any day!

This house is a little jewel in the PTown area. Tons of light, sea air, steps to the beach. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, VERY clean, perfect amount of amenities....a very good deal for what it has to offer.
