Welcome to Joyful Lodge located in peaceful Branson Canyon! We are very excited to have you as our guest in our gorgeous new home.

Come & build your lasting family memories in our comfortable home nestled in the perfect location to get away from the city activities yet only 5 to 20 minutes from most everything Branson has to offer.

Zero entry pool NOW OPEN with new kids splash pad. The 2 levels clubhouse located just a few minutes walk from our house but currently OPENED with some restrictions due to the Health Department guidelines. Kid's playground & basketball court also nearby.

This was perfect for our extended family (8 adults and 8 children, ranging from 5-15). We had plenty of space for us all and could eat meals together in the kitchen/dining area. The location was ideal for all our plans, including Dogwood Canyon, time on the lake, and outings in Branson. We had some minor issues, like burnt out light bulbs, but the host always promptly responded and fixed the issues. The home was very clean, minus some food crumbs we found on the stairs and by the upstairs couch. Overall, we would HIGHLY recommend staying here for your Branson getaway!

The place was fairly clean on the surface. Water glasses had what looked to be dried red pepper in them. No propane for grill. (Kinda ruined our dinner) Stains on patio furniture. Something stuck in outlet in one of the bedrooms. Light bar looked to have electrical issue in upstairs bedroom, they mostly just flickered. One of the bannisters was glued in on top and would fall out exposing a sharp edge that could hurt someone. (We had grandchildren with us.) The water and ice machine in fridge would catch and then flood floor. Plastic caught in garbage disposal. This being said the host was very nice and prompt in his responses to us. The floorplan was roomy and we felt comfortable. Just bringing to light some issues that need to be addressed.

We were delayed an hour to check in because the cleaning wasn’t done. Overall really good. There was some things that were broken but for the most part very nice place.

Great place to stay for a big group. We had 13 people and had plenty of space to spread out. Property was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Great neighborhood and pools were refreshing. Would stay there again if in the area.

We had a wonderful week at Joyful Lodge. The house was very clean comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied for our 9 adults and 3 children. The linens were top quality and the beds were very comfortable. Towels for the pool were a nice surprise. We enjoyed the shade of the front porch for morning coffee, and the back porch the rest of the day. Kids loved the game table and video games upstairs. We all give Joyful Lodge 5 stars.

Our family stayed over Memorial weekend. Property was clean and well kept. Kids had fun at the pool and location was great for the things our family did for the weekend.

Group of 8 golf trip. The location of this property is perfect. Just minutes from Paynes, Buffalo Ridge, and Ozark National. Branson Hills is only 16 minutes away. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. House was nicely furnished. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed to make meals at home. Bunkroom could use a new mattress of two, but worked fine for our group. Would definitely stay again

Great. Beds are firmer than we are used to. House itself met our expectations. Only negative was we did not realize how dark it was outside at night. We got to the house after dark and had difficulty getting to the front door. There is a cement step without a handrail and we are older with issues going on steps without handrails

My husband, two daughters, their husbands and 6 grandchildren stayed. This house was perfect and very spacious. Plenty of room without being in each others space. The kids loved the game room!! Thank you for welcoming snacks as we walked in the door and having the house stocked with everything we may have needed. We appreciate the details in order for your guests to feel comfortable and at home. We loved our stay!! Will recommend for sure!

We took our kids and grandkids to Branson for a little post Christmas getaway. Perfect location for the family - something for everyone and plenty of space. The kids loved the game room. We enjoyed relaxing by the fireplace. Beautiful, well appointed home! We will be back!

14 family members ranging age 10 months to 74 years old stayed very comfortable in this home, layout of the house perfect for large family gathering, beds were all comfortable, house was clean. Location of the house perfect for Big Cedar events, Silver Dollar City and shopping. Would definitely stay here again

This was the 2nd family vacation at this house and love the location and floor plan. The Host provided all the necessary details on the house in advance, including internet access and made checking in/out a breeze. Everything was like the description on VRBO. There was a carpet stain at the entrance of a bedroom and the stairs needed vacuuming, but we will book again.

We absolutely loved the house! It was a good location for going to Branson. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. We had 14 people and the house comfortably accommodated us all. I will definitely stay here again if we have a large group in the future.

The house was very spaceious for our family of 12 including adults and children. Pros: big living room, well equiped kitchen, nice back porch and fun game area upstairs for the kids who enjoyed the Wii that was provided. The mattresses on the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Cons: all the sinks did not have hand soap, showers did not have soap or bodywash, not enough shampoo and there was no laundry soap (don't know if that was supposed to be available or not) so we did have to buy toiletries. The pillows were too thick for our liking and the large living room could use another couch for more people to sit. Overall we had a very enjoyable experience with our family at this house. We would recommend it and would stay here again.

Location of property was good but Bedroom 6 did not having the beds stated in contract and online. There was only 1 bed; a twin over double bunk. Three (3) items were left; a white sweater, an umbrella, and a raincoat. Is there anyway these items can be shipped, we will pay shipping cost? I will recommend this location.

My family happy with property but I have suggestions. Only 1 small pan and skillet - really need larger cookware sizes for 13 of us. There were no sheets for upstairs couch that made into bed. Items missing from game tables. Blinds needed for tall windows in downstairs living. Extra shelving would be nice in bathrooms.

We enjoyed this property very much. Stayed with our family which was 14 of us. Very clean and spacious home with a nice kitchen. We ate all of our meals there except for the last night we went on the Branson Belle for dinner which was only 20 minutes from property. Took a boat out from Indian Point on Tablerock Lake. Highly recommend this place to stay! Pool is nice too!

This was a great place to stay. The grandkids love having access to the pool. This is our 4th year coming to Branson and 2nd year in this neighborhood. Tried to book for the same time next year but it was already taken. Staying in the same area though. Highly recommend.

Plenty of room for kids and grandkids! The 2 living rooms and screened in porch gave us lots of space and everyone had a comfortable bedroom. The community pool was an added bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway. Thanks!

We loved this house. Lots of things to do in the house, games, cards, TV, etc. We were attending a conference at the Hilton and enjoyed not having to fight through traffic to get there. Doug & A are wonderful hosts! Will stay here again.

This is an excellent property for a large group. I liked the way the bedrooms were sectioned off. It afforded for privacy as well as gathering together. It could probably use another love seat or sofa in the living room. It was well stocked with towels, toilet paper, paper towels. It had detergent for clothes as well as for the dishwasher. There was a great grill. It was just a 15 minute drive into Branson. I would definitely stay here again.

This was the best floor plan for our annual family vacation. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 kids, ages 3-11. With potential rain, we worried if the house would keep everyone entertained. The kids loved the loft area with foosball and ping pong. The TV had games for the kids as well as the fathers to play. The kids were in sight while the adults were down stairs visiting and watching sports on TV. The pictures matched the house.

We had two birthdays in my family and it was also time for a weekend get away. I did the rating survey with my whole family. Everyone said 5 stars on everything. We have not one complaint. I would suggest this home to anyone.

The property was exactly as advertised. My family of 10 moved in and we had a great week at Table Rock. The central facility (especially the swimming pool) was enjoyed by everyone - especially the kids. The kitchen was very well equipped and we were pleasantly surprised with the number of spices and other (coffee, green tea, sugar, etc.) supplies in the cabinets. The only issues we had was that the property was not ready at 4pm on our check in date - the cleaning crew was still at work and didn't finish until nearly 5pm. Also, the Netflix account didn't work on the living room TV. Apparently a previous guest had signed out of the account.

Overall, this was a good property to stay in. There were plenty of bath towels and pillows. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with supplies. There are 2 or 3 very minor things that I would suggest. I would stay here again.

This house was perfect for our vacation with friends and the kids. Everyone had plenty of room and the kids loved the bunk beds! If you are looking for a big house for a large group this is it! Everything was clean and we appreciated the little details like the supplies in the kitchen.
