About this house rental
This Convention Center Retreat Home with 7 bedrooms that include 12 beds and 5 additional roll away beds. Large, comfortable, and packed full of amenities; it is everything you would want in a vacation rental. The property is gated and controlled with a remote. There's a circular driveway with a carport where guests can park.
Each full bathroom has an aromatherapy shower head. Simply turn on the shower and you can smell the aroma fill the bathroom! It is fantastic after a long day in Vegas. One of the bathrooms has a Steam sauna built into the shower room.
Relax in the reclining theater chairs in the living room and watch your favorite shows or movies in surround sound on the large flat-screen TV.
After a day of fun in the Las Vegas sun, challenge your family and friends to a game of Poker, or take a dip in the large Private INDOOR POOL! It is perfect for groups that want a break from the sun and scorching summer heat. It is also fantastic during the winter months and night swimming when it is too cold to be outside. From the pool you can watch your favorite shows or sports from the large flat screen tv and hook up your bluetooth device to our speakers and listen to your favorite music all while enjoying your time in the pool!
There are patios on both sides of the pool. One side has an arcade basketball hoop with a ping pong table and putting green golfing . On the other side you will find a BBQ area with plenty of room for your group to enjoy each others company while eating and watching your favorite sports team.

This was the perfect location for our Thanksgiving holiday. We had a family of 15 and there was so much space for all of us. The kids enjoyed the pool and arcade room. I especially loved that there was a dining table big enough to enjoy our meals together. Most importantly, the host is amazing to work with. Would love to return soon.

Amazing home and William was excellent to work with. Made in check in/check out seamless and made himself available during our stay. Location is great, right between Freemont and the Strip. Would definitely recommend!

We had a group of 16 women and the house accommodated all of our needs. Very spacious, clean indoor pool, fully stocked linen, tvs in each room and very close to everything we wished to do in Las Vegas. The owner was by far the best and most concerned person I have ever met with rental properties. 10 stars here. Choose this place!!

Overall great experience at this home. William provided us with a great stay at his property. Alot of amenities at this home to use for a big group and overall space was easy to enjoy for the 4 nights we were there.

This place is the perfect spot for a large group. House is in a great location not too far from the strip, getting to the strip or downtown Vegas was no hassle. Average Uber xl ride to strip $25-$35. The entire home is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Cleanliness was on point. Communication with host was fast and easy. Overall a great experience and will definitely recommend to friends and family for future stays.

Great Family Place
We had 11 people staying at this property and there was plenty of room for everyone. Nice open floorplan, good sized bedrooms, fun game room, large indoor pool area and several outdoor nooks gave everyone space to spread out and have fun. For such a large home it was very comfortable and cozy. Close to the strip and Fremont Street this home made for a wonderful home base for our families getaway.

An Experience I Will Never Forget
I booked this property in preparation for a 5 day stay in honor of my mother's 70th birthday. My family was also present and embarked on this experience. Initially I was disappointed to find out the pool photo shown in the advertisement did not match the pool located on site. In my mind I anticipated a very high end pool reflective of the photograph used. However, once I visited this property and stayed the first night, I began to immediately appreciate what this property and its Owner had to offer. This property allows for comfortability, indoor and outdoor experiences. The indoor pool and bar set up is extremely cool and the arcade, surround sound and set up of the bedrooms are nicely decorated and also very comfortable. My family and I had a blast and I told the Owner that I appreciated his vision and hospitality. The house sits on a quite street and it is pretty much enclosed. There is a gate on wheels which allows you to close off the public. Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to explore this home and be a part of the Dean Martin experience. My family and I spoke highly of this property and also were very moved by the fact that its current condition is being preserved to reflect the history of Dean Martin and the rat pack. Cheers to you Owner....you gave myself and my family an experience to remember. I'm looking forward to returning soon :)

Wonderful historic Vegas getaway
This was just an absolutely fantastic vacation rental experience all around. The owner is wonderful and has created a unique bit of vegas history that we were so privileged to be able to share. The house is nicely appointed, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the decor is unique, and the pool is just perfect. The owner is nice and responsive. and my group will absolutely be repeat visitors.

Amazing House for Bachelor Party or any other event
Stayed at the Dean Martin house with 10 guys for a bachelor party. The house has everything you could possibly want in a Las Vegas house, heated large indoor pool, sauna, steam room, ping pong table, pool table. arcade games and more. Plenty of beds (12) and none of the room are small. Host was very attentive and helped with any issues that arose, which were few. I will definitely be planning another event in Las Vegas, just so we can use this house again. Thanks Bill!

AWESOME TIME!
This is the 1st review I've ever done, I guess I've been lazy but we had to let people know how awesome this was! My wife & I have never rented a vacation home & we really got the feeling it was gonna be a hassle, wont be as fun as it looks, etc. GREAT TIME! we had a little family reunion with relatives coming from COLD AS HELL Minnesota AND 1st vaca since Covid so we wanted a fun, unique spot(a few had never been to Vegas) & the house was everything it said to be to the T. The property Mngr. Christina answered everything & always got right back to us & helped with a couple accommodations requests with no problem & we met the staff & grounds keepers, what a incredibly great staff, We chatted with "DC" a bunch, cool guy! & The owner is a really cool guy also, got a couple chances to chat with him(if you get the chance to chat with him ask him about his "ice cream" great story!) We loved this place, tons to do & the most unique kinda house! Thanks to all at the PARADISE house!!

We called it the “Gilligan Island House” very eccentric. Pool is not the same one in the picture, but our kids loved it. William did let us drop off our bags early so that was nice. Kids loved the pool table- the house was a bit of a hodgepodge house bedrooms every where. We had to buy a pan to cook in. WiFi never worked. Overall if you have children this is a good house to stay in. It’s all about the kids having fun and that’s what this house did for our family

The Dean Martin house was perfect for our group. It allowed our group of 18 to join together and have time apart. It was a perfect distance from and had tons of places to get around the area too. Perfect to drive for food to get dropped off. William was very accommodating. We would definitely stay again.
