Close to all of the excitement, but far enough away for a peaceful vacation. Sandy Key is a gated community located on white sand beaches with emerald green waters. This is a bright and spacious second floor unit with two bedrooms and two baths. Enjoy the convenience of easy loading and unloading using the stairs or elevator. Master bedroom features a king size bed with gorgeous views and access to the balcony. Guest bedroom has accommodations for 5 with a full size bed and bunk bed with another full size bed on bottom. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Cook a gourmet meal in the fully stocked kitchen and dine on the large private balcony at sunset. The kitchen has granite counter tops and all necessary cookware and appliances. The dining area has seating for 6 as well as 4 seats at the breakfast bar. Relax in the large living room with the flat screen TV, DVD, free WIFI, games, puzzles, books and more. There is a full size washer and dryer in this unit for all of your laundry needs. It is a quick walk outside to the beach, pool, hot tub, tennis courts, grills and picnic area. The state of the art fitness center is located on the first floor of this building. This unit is sure to meet all of your vacation needs.

Came down for a relaxing girls trip with my sis-in-laws, niece and daughters. Condo was perfect. Enough seating in the living room for all of us to sit. Beds were very comfortable. Tons of storage for 6 females stuff. Wonderful views! The host was great! And shout out to the property management! So helpful and eager to make sure we enjoyed our stay!!

Great location. Appreciated the phone chargers. Host was very friendly & available. Was a little confused on where key was. Made total sense after a brief phone call. Only complaint would be no beach towels as we spent most of our time at the beach or pool.

Enjoyed our stay. Key entry, a little bit worn, but redone nicely and everything we needed for our holiday stay. Plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable furniture. Lovely balcony view of the ocean. A few things I would recommend: a broom to sweep up sand and a new frying pan as the ones there have the non-stick coating pretty scraped up. The coffee was a huge plus. Thank you to Katherine for our stay and great communication!

We had a very nice stay in this unit. It is comfortable (especially the beds!) and well stocked. The location is excellent for beach going, and we also visited Johnson Beach, the Navy Air Museum, and several local restaurants. It was blistering hot outside, but the unit remained cool. Thanks for a great stay!

We absolutely loved this condo. The bathrooms were smaller than we are used to but have been updated and look very chic and modern. Sometimes size doesn’t matter and this was one of those times. There was plenty of room to spread out in the evenings. My husband and I enjoyed the loveseat recliners and our kids (both in their 20s) had plenty of room on the sectional to both lay down while we were watching movies and relaxing. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perdido Key is beautiful. Our condo was so comfortable and beautifully decorated. Views were outstanding. Would definitely stay at the Sandy Key condos again. We rented umbrellas and chairs from Makenzie and she was wonderful. The grounds and pool were perfectly maintained. It was a vacation we will always remember.

We had a great stay with all of the comforts we needed. A great selection of coffee pods was a nice touch and the giant balcony and table was our favorite place to eat and watch the beach even when the weather wasn’t great. Would stay here again for sure.

We had a wonderful time. We came down to see the lighted boat parade. The condo was everything that the picture showed it would be. The kitchen had all the amenities that you would need. It was easy to get into and very clean. Would love to come back and stay again.

do not complain or bring up anything that needs attention or is broke in this place, it will only piss the host off and she will ask you to leave. Yeds, she asked us to find another condo. several things: Washing machine was broke and had been complained about for a while. our clothes literally washed and entire night, DAMAGING SEVERAL GARMENTS. refrigerator was not cooling at all. bathroom shower drain was stopped up, i took the liberty of unstopping it Pet hair was on couch pillows and on the balcony. This really pissed me off after claims were made to this condo that pets were strictly not allowed in the condo or on the beach. Bullcrap. saw dogs aplenty. I get some folks like fido but vacationing in someones dog hair is disgusting. tvs wouldnt connect to watch. better condos around folks

Had a wonderful vacation! The condo had everything we could possibly need. We spent many evenings just sitting on the balcony enjoying the view and listening to the waves. The entire complex is well taken care of with beautiful landscaping. Pool was wonderful and we even took advantage of the Pickleball court.

This condo was perfect for our family. Great location and super close to restaurants and a grocery store. Perfect view and walk to the ocean. Kitchen is well stocked. We definitely used the large Tupperware for transporting our fresh fish we needed to grill. We sat outside on the patio for most of our meals. Lots of beach floats and boogie boards. Completely enjoyed our stay.

Overall condo was nice. The doors out to the patio were broke and very hard to open. There bubbles from disrepair. The hall bathroom bathtub did not drain and the person showering stood in filthy water. The bathroom in the master’s shower curtain had mold all over it. The washer ran for two hours. A few updates would make this a much better rental

Beautiful gated community and private beach. Both pools and hot tub were very nice. The staff on the beach had our beach chairs and umbrella set up promptly each morning. The property is very clean. The condo has an amazing view of the ocean and an easy walk down to the beach. Kitchen has everything you will need to cook. Living room is very comfortable and spacious.

Loved the second level location! Stairs were right outside the condo, which made for easy access to our car. Views were amazing all around! We could see the beach and the dunes! To the left were beautiful trees and pool! Condo was decorated beautifully! The couches and bed were comfy!

While I’d love to keep this little spot a secret, I’ve got to brag on this unit because it was just perfect! We are already trying to plan our next visit. We love the Sandy Key resort (and knew that as we’ve stayed there before). This particular unit was new to us. It is decorated very well; none of that leftover mismatched decor here! It all looks great! The unit was clean and had everything you need in a kitchen. Being on the second floor, it was very easy to take the stairs out if we didn’t want to do the elevator and it is a super short walk to the beach. Two pool areas are a luxury. We enjoyed our stay so much and wish we were staying longer! I’d recommend this unit again and again. Check in was EASY and check out was too. Thank you so much!

We loved our stay at Sandy Beach. The condo was perfect for the kids and I. We were on the beach or at one of the pools everyday. The neighborhood is nice and there is shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The check-in and check-out procedures were easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Beautiful! You will want for nothing! Katherine has thought of everything in this condo. So beautifully decorated and yet very comfortable. Beds slept great. Location was safe and clean.
