Large Family Home on Grand Lake

Perfect for a quiet family getaway or a gathering of two or three families for a family reunion. Five bedrooms allow room for everyone with one master bedroom and full bath upstairs, two bedrooms on main floor with full bath and two bedrooms downstairs for the kids or more guest. Three floors with lots of room to spread out and do your own thing.
Smart television on main floor and in upstairs bedroom, VCR, DVD and internet included.
Two large decks overlook the lake and swimming area below. One dock on the property perfect for safe swimming located inside 5 mile an hour buoy zone. This property is one of the prettiest locations on Grand Lake.

Our entire family spent 5 days, 4 nights and had a wonderful time! Property is as advertised. The view is spectacular and property is right on water. Had a slight snag with a clogged kitchen sink, but owner responded immediately and made it right. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Great location on the lake. Fabulous views of the 4th of July fireworks celebrations. House needs 3rd bathroom for the number of people it can accommodate. Outdoor decking near swimming dock access ramp needs significant repairs.

The deck runs down each side of the house with safety railing. Huge deck for time outside. Nice grill. Beds are firm. Kitchen was stocked well. 2 refrigerators. Beautiful fishing dock.

Well no one could argue with the million dollar view of this lake front home. Exactly as advertised, I did worry about the AC keeping up with the 105 weather but no problems. House was comfortable and clean. We had 2 days of extreme heat, and 2 days of just hot. Great swimming, caught some fish had a good time. Lots of elevation change, not for the weary with the stairs but fabulous stay. Five Star! Host was great and responsive and that’s all one can ask.

This was the second time we stayed at this house and we absolutely loved it, again! The house is so comfortable. We only had 6 adults staying so we had plenty of room but we could have easily had another 6 people and be comfortable. They had everything we needed, nice having the extra fridge downstairs. Communication, check in, etc was super easy and efficient. The owner and manager were both very helpful and were quick to respond to all questions. We loved the upstairs patio, super nice! Best way to start every morning and end every night! We enjoyed fishing and swimming off of the dock. There is the perfect grassy area to play corn hole and other yard games. We rented a boat from Rocks and Docks, they were super friendly. Enjoyed dinner at The Cove Club, Mooney's Bar and Grill and had the absolute best pizza at VIP Pizza! The Lake was beautiful and not very busy. Highly recommend this area and this VRBO!!

A clean and peaceful getaway right on the lake. It was perfect for unwinding. Enjoyed fishing off the dock. The dock is right on a quiet cove. Great for swimming.

We had just a small family get together on a lake planned, and it turned out to be more than expected. Property was amazing and more than we hoped for. Being on the water made it so fun for the swimmers and people who wanted to fish. Memories were made for a lifetime, but the quality family time was unreal. The hosts went above and beyond with their help, and made the trip stress free. Have stayed at a few places, these hosts were the best. We plan on returning many times in the future.

That would be nice if there is a concrete walk way to the House. There is a good long distance from the parking lot to the house and it is down hill, not easy for Oder people like my mom. And I’m sure the disable person will have a hard time.

It was very nice, we enjoyed our stay. There was no issues, the baby gates provided, was definetly a plus. We had plenty of everything needed for a weekend stay. The dock was nice to have and swim off of. I would highly recomment and would stay again. Thanks so much for everything, it was greatly appreciated it.

Beautiful lake and great property! Check in very easy - love the ability to check in before 4 PM. Check out also super easy. Lots of space in the house and great deck/porch outside. We did not try to cook or eat at the house as we were gone during the day each day. Great communication with homeowner. Would stay here again.

We had 8 of us stay at the house and the size accommodated all of us just fine. We had a great time. The dock was very convenient for our boat and 3 PWC. The house was a little dated and needs some TLC inside and out. Despite that everyone had a great time and we made some great memories and I would recommend this house. Comfy beds. The view from the upper deck is amazing. My kids, 30 and 23 loved the 80’s look to the house. The cd collection of older music was a big hit and we really enjoyed them!

Beautiful 5-bedroom lake-side house that worked great for our family of 10 married adults and 4 small grandkids. Everything as advertised or better. Adequately supplied kitchen and appliances. Nice gas grill with lighter. No beach or shore access, but a nice swimming dock with boat tie-ups. Very clean inside. Spider webs outside in deck area. Trash dump is a mile away, but probably nothing they can do about that. Great overall experience!

We three Sisters & families meet each summer for a long weekend of fun. Young cousins get to know each other as we live in different states. Oklahoma is a 1/2 way point This property is in a great location. The early morning coffee on the deck was quiet except for the geese parade, jumping fish, & smooth water. We all enjoyed swimming off the dock throughout the day. Bring your life jackets & noodles. This is a very family friendly house. There are lots of games & gently used linens, towels, dishes & etc. The only drawback is: the lower level does not have a bathroom. The owner responded to any questions etc promptly. Great view all levels. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We had an amazing time! The property was well maintained and the location right on the water with our own deck couldn't be beat. Beds were comfortable, lots of space. We spent every morning and every night on the deck, watching the sun rise and fall - absolutely breathtaking. Our only complaint would be that there was only one roll of TP in the house and we had to run to town. We will be sure to bring our own rolls to future stays!

This property needs some overall updating and maintenance. Getting into the house was difficult for several of us with knee problems, especially my 90 year old mother, with no walkway and a makeshift step. The downstairs bathroom stool was not set or sealed so it rocked every time someone used it. Places we have stayed in the past have had soap in the bathrooms and even though there were 2 dispensers in the main floor bathroom there was very little soap in either container. The cleaners missed several items left by past guests, we found Legos several places and there was trash stuffed into the side of the trundle bed downstairs. The windows were in need of cleaning. They were a distraction to the beautiful view. The king size bed was very uncomfortable. Perhaps a different bed frame (platform) or a boxed spring would help. We made it work but compared to our past vacation rentals the price was high and amenities low. We enjoyed our time together and loved the view.
