My group had a great stay. This property is in a great area- it was a four minute walk to the beach. The host was prompt, polite, and very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect for a family that needs three bedrooms for adult couples and 4 grandkids to share one room in double bunk beds. Convenient to the beach and lots of beach stuff provided ie beach cart with big wheels, beach toys, beach towels, chairs etc.
Host was very responsive and accommodating.
Had a great time and the place was a great fit without breaking the bank!

the check in process was okay. they send you a code with a video attached and i watched the video and the video wasn’t accurate instead someone called me. when i walked in there was still sand all over the floor and in the couch. the wifi was horrible and barely worked. I tried to contact someone about the wifi during a our stay and the phone number i was given when i called the guy said he didn’t work for the company anymore and i had to call the owner. i then tried to call the owner and no answer. I never received a code for the private beach access so when we would want to go the beach we had to wait for someone to let us through. i know this isn’t the owners fault but the chairs that were provided most of them were broken so just make sure to bring your own chairs.

Our family had an excellent time at this condo. The access to the beach right across the street was so convenient. The condo is very well maintained and worked out extremely well for our family. Luis was so awesome to work with and was quick to respond with any questions we had during our stay. If you are traveling to the Destin area you really need to look at booking this condo!!!!

The home is a few much needed repairs away from being as nice as it looks in the photos.
The good
- it’s so close to the ocean and has a small ocean view from the balcony.
-The bedroom layouts allow for privacy for multi family vacations.
- there are so many toys, chairs, life jackets, carts and coolers that you do not need to bring anything for the beach!
- even though it’s a condo we never heard our neighbors.
- at this price point the location could not be better.
- the house really is so close to being so nice.
The Bad
- the house is in desperate need of basic upkeep and repairs
- the glass top stove was shattered
- fire alarms were beeping for low battery or in other rooms just disconnected and bare wires were hanging from the ceiling
- mold on the ceiling in the bunk bed room
- the cleaning crew was just starting at check in so we had to wait a couple hours later than we expected.
- the washer is broken but with enough persistence you can get it to work.
- ruined drywall in several places
- the parking is beyond tight for 3 cars
- the only access to one of the bedrooms is via the garage
- if you have kids you need bring baby gates. The stairs are steep and the living space is on the 2nd floor.
- batteries were dead in most of the remotes
-the owner also needs to update the basic information needed at the home like Wi-Fi and the gate code.
If the owner could confirm that all these fixes were done the place would be great!

We had a really nice stay! The owner had excellent communication and was quick to assist. The house could use a little more cleaning, but it wasn’t enough to make for a bad stay. We did not want to come back home and would stay again! Location is great!

We had three teens, two grandparents, and two parents. Great say, but unfortunately the property was dirty and in need of a deep clean. Lots of trash/dust around furniture and cobwebs and dust around air vents. Condo was nice, but just needed better cleaning support. The location was as promised and excellent.

The home is excellent! The decor is excellent. The location is excellent! There are ALOT of stairs! The grilling area is not at all the best. There is a dumpster literally right beside the grill which made it almost unbearable to grill with the smell. The pool is more like a hot tub, which didn’t bother me because I go to the beach for the beach. I would imagine it’s nearly unbearable to go to the tiny pool since it is right next to the grilling area. The walk to the beach is a very short distance. The only thing that would make it better would be to be directly ocean front! Would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

Absolutely beautiful and just as pictured. Loved the privacy of separate garage suite- especially if you have multiple families. Decor was amazing. Bedding was comfortable. Location was great. 10/10 recommend. The only suggestions i have are a mini fridge for the suite downstairs & replace the magnets on those scrabble pieces.. lol. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Perfection. Thank you for a lovely stay. We didn’t want to leave.

We had a blast. Cleaning lady was a few minutes late, but it’s beach time so we didn’t care. A lot of beach toys plus we left some good boogie boards. Get to the beach early to set up a company takes all the spots.

Sanctuary on a busy street
House was nice enough. I will not get a house with stairs again. Will get a house on the beach where you do not have to cross such a busy street. Would have been nice to have more than 1 potholder, 1 dish towel and 1 dish cloth. Would have loved a settee or bench/chair in masterbedroom...the room is huge and would have been nice to sit to put shoes on or lotion. There was plenty of room for our 7 and everyone loved having threir own bathroom too!

Spring 2020
The location and cleanliness of this beautiful home was perfect. The townhome has a great layout for a large group. All communications with the owner were simple and straightforward. We cooked in a lot while there And the kitchen could use a few more pans such as cookie sheets for cooking. We could only sweep while being there because the vacuum cleaner was broken. Other than that we had a wonderful stay thank you for sharing your home.

Great location and price for week of NYE! Goodbye 2020!
Rented this condo to celebrate a 50th birthday and to say goodbye to 2020, Hello New Year! We had two married couples, one teenage daughter and her boyfriend. The layout of this condo was perfect to accommodate everyone- plenty of privacy and bedroom/bathrooms with the 3 story layout. Lots of stairs to climb so be mindful of that! It gave us no issues however. We loved being down the road from Pompano Joes and the Whales Tail. Walking distance to quick shops and souvenirs. Easy access to beach and generous 3 car parking. Our one and only complaint was the hot water in the 3rd story bathrooms. It has to run several minutes to just get warm, never got hot.
All in all, we felt like we got an excellent price for a very nice, spacious condo! We’ll seek this one again!

Great Setup!
Quick getaway with some friends and the property was honestly better than in the description. Plenty of space and the layout is neat and great for a few couples. Would definitely stay here again if in Miramar Beach! Also had a few question before and after our stay and the property owner was easily accessible and very helpful!

Disappointed that the splash pad wasn’t open but understand that things happen. Had a terrible experience on the beach with a family renting across the street in coastal living unit B2. Definitely not your fault but owner of property tells them that’s their “private beach front.”. Just FYI! Overall experience was great and made many memories with my family!

Great beach Condo as advertised
This was a great condo where the owner took great pride in providing a beautiful home for us to stay in. It was as pictured and we felt was very accurate in it's description. We loved the fact they provided need beach items for our use. The only complaint we had was the pool and hot tub was closed because it was being worked on and we never saw anyone touch it the whole week we were there, which was not the owner fault. Overall I would book this again when we come down.

House was in a great location, not even a 2 minute walk to the beach! They provide many things such as a beach buggy, beach towels, body boards, floaties, beach chairs, cooking utensils and etc. It gets very sunny in the morning with the white curtains so be mindful of that.
Issues: It stayed pretty warm in the living room. The fridge drawers were slightly broken when we arrived there and the ice machine didn’t make a lot of ice (would recommend getting a new one, it was kind of a pain using the fridge). The sink in the master bedroom downstairs didn’t drain well. There were body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand wash bottles that they provided, however, most of them were empty when we arrived. Luckily we brought our own toiletries. Still enjoyed our stay a lot! Thanks so much to Luis & his family.

Great location and great property manager.
The property was more then big enough to accommodate our family needs. I loved the decor of the interior and my folks loved the giant scrabble board in the living room quarters. The location was great as everything we needed was close by and we fell in love with Joe Pompano’s restaurant that was a quarter mile away! The most important piece was the availability and quick responses from the property manager Luis. He was very professional and a pleasure to speak to for inquiries and suggestions. I highly recommend this location for any family of 9-10!!

Parking is a serious problem.
Parking at this facility is a serious problem. It is advertised to sleep 14 but only has two parking spaces. We were told to park in any space that did not have a unit designation. We did and it was less than an hour before someone from unit 4 knocked on the door to tell us that was their space. The tenant said the number had just worn off. The advertisement also said to use the grassy lot next door for overflow parking. A building is under construction on the grassy lot and there is no parking there any longer. The unit owner told us to use the public parking down the street. We tried that and were told that cars were towed if left after 10 p.m. We even asked one of the associates at Alvin's (which is next door) if we could park in their lot. We were told it was only for customers and any non-customer cars would be towed.
The unit was generally okay but going thru the garage to access one of the bedrooms was not ideal. Also need to add an electric can opener; mixer, and standard coffee pot. Would be helpful to have more hand towels.

Loved staying in the this vacation condo. Decorated awesome and it made you feel at home. Stayed in this property with 6 adults 2 children and one infant. We still had space for more. It was great that all beach supplies was available for us to use. We did have a issue with the a/c breaking but the owner was on top of it quickly. Thanks

Beautiful townhouse!!
I stayed with 9 girls as a chaperone on the Senior Spring Break trip. I had a much better time than I expected. The townhouse is spread out with one room downstairs, one on the middle floor and 2 upstairs. We had plenty of space so we were not on top of each other and I had plenty of peace and quiet. The beach is just across the street so it was an easy walk there every morning. The townhouse was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Luis was very responsive to any questions. Spring Break is not the best time to be anywhere on the Gulf Coast because there are people everywhere but I really did enjoy the visit. The only advice I give every vacation rental owner is please add many more places to hang towels in all bathrooms and also add multiple areas to clean sandy feet to prevent tracking the sand in the unit. There was a hose and outdoor mat but it would be helpful to add several mats on the downstairs landing to keep the carpet on the steps clean. The place is decorated beautifully and we loved it!
