The beach house was everything that we were looking for! The location is amazing! The first floor bedroom/bath area was ideal for grandma. She was so happy watching the ferry from the yard as we kayaked in the bay with the view of Mt. Rainier. The house is impeccable and well equipped for meal times, family entertainment and comfort. We would be fortunate if we have the opportunity to return to the Pacific NW and this Bainbridge Island Beach house.

This is the perfect beach house, so charming with huge water views. It’s spacious, clean and very comfortable. One of my favorite things is the pantry off the kitchen, to place all our supplies out of the way. This is our 2nd time staying here and it was just as lovely.

This is a true gem. Six of us stayed for 4 days and had the best time. Playing cornhole on the lawn, visiting the stores and restaurants in Bainbridge, and doing trips into Seattle. It is the perfect location for a relaxing break. The house itself is gorgeous and well kitted out. Communication with the owner is easy. The whole experience was just fantastic. That was our second stay at the Beach House, and we can’t wait for the next one!

We had a wonderful time at the Beachhouse! The location is amazing, walking distance to ferry, shops and restaurants. Loved spending time outside with incredible views and enjoyed all the activities provided. Can’t wait to come back!

Oh my goodness, this place was pure perfection! My family of four met up with my brother and his family of three to visit Seattle. We wanted an affordable house that was big enough for all 7 of us (which is hard to find in Seattle proper). We decided to extend our search to Bainbridge Island and instantly fell in love with the photos of this place.
There are two master bedrooms (only complaint being that neither is a king bed), both with en suites; a private bedroom (which was perfect for our niece); and a “bunk room” with three beds. The kitchen is abundantly stocked with everything you could possibly need (only recommendation would be some plastic plates/cups for the littles). There are DVDs, CDs, books, puzzles and games available for use upstairs and a ping pong table available in the basement. There are other games, sports equipment, and bikes available for use in the basement, too! It was a bit too cold to risk using the paddle boards, but we did enjoy the kayaks!
Being able to walk along the shore and hunt for sea glass was the highlight of the trip for me!
FYI: this rental is a short ferry ride from Seattle proper—our kiddos were free to walk on (so we only had to pay for adults), and the ride back into Seattle was free. The house is a short distance from the ferry station and totally walkable (however, if you are anything like us, just know you will be a bit out of breath during/after the walk haha). We would absolutely stay here again!

We stepped into this 1958 classic home- beautiful, clean, nostalgic.
Had everything we needed from cooking dinner at home, fire pit, kids activities, kayaking etc
Best location, best views, we hope to stay here again!

My family enjoyed 6 nites in this amazing vacation rental during the month of August. The property is very well managed. The beach on Wing Point is blissful during low tide. The high tide comes right up to the bulkhead which makes using the kyaks and paddle boards a breeze. You can walk to Winslow in 10 minutes. This is a stunning location and a world class property. Enjoy.

Our group of 7 women friends greatly enjoyed our week in Bainbridge at the Beach House. The rainy weather did not diminish our sightseeing, walking and shopping visit. In fact, we all loved cooking in the well equipped kitchen, playing board games and catching up in the evenings. The house is quite comfortable with multiple seating areas, nicely decorated with fantastic views of the Bainbridge ferry throughout the day and night.
We hope to stay here again soon!

This was our family's second stay at the Beachhouse and with any luck there will be more. In fact, we debated whether to leave a (deservedly) glowing review because we wish we could keep this house all to ourselves. It has everything -- lots of room for everybody (the "dorm" room with light-blocking window curtains is perfect for children), well-equipped kitchen, great location within walking distance of the ferry, shops and restaurants; loads of recreational gear, a protected deck for enjoying meals outdoors while watching the ferries come and go. The very responsive owners maintain their family's property with care and it shows. This is "old Bainbridge" at its best.

What an amazing vacation home. The views are incredible. We had a great time from the moment we entered the home until we left days later. Plenty of activities (kayak, cornhole, board games etc.) at the house to keep us busy. And for those of us that just wanted to relax there were plenty of outdoor lounge chairs to hangout in and take in the beautiful scenery.
It was so peaceful at the house, it's hard to believe a short walk was all it took to get to the downtown area.
The home is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The beds are extremely comfortable and everyone had a good nights sleep.
I would definitely rent this home again. There wasn’t anything I felt was missing.

We enjoyed an extended family visit with our local Bainbridge family. The house is very well cared for and was just what we needed. Our weather was wonderful and we enjoyed many of the fun amenities at the house. It had everything we needed and much, much more. I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

The location was perfect-great views, clean rooms, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, games, bikes, kayaks, paddle boards. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and extremely organized. It was close to the ferry and downtown. This place is a gem!

The Waterfront Beachhouse was an excellent place to stay for our vacation. The location was the best! We enjoyed watching the ferries, seeing the effects of the change in tides, and viewing the different wild life that passed through including an eagle!
We were able to walk to catch the ferry as well as along the Waterfront Trail, and into Winslow.
The house was well appointed for cooking with various appliances and the grill outside.
The house had plenty of room for the four of us. There were various comfortable places to sit inside and out, as well as dining tables inside and out.
The water toys -- kayaks and paddleboard -- were much appreciated.
We would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful 3 generation family get-together here. The house had a well equipped kitchen, a wonderful back yard that sat right above the beach, and activities in the house that we could do on a rainy day (ping-pong, darts, board games). It was too cold for us to venture out in the kayaks and paddle boards, but they were available! Quiet location, but we were able to walk into town. Watching the ferry boats come and go was a real plus. Saw my first osprey of the spring catch a fish a hundred yards out from the deck. It was the perfect location for our group!

Beautifully maintained charming family home. Our family enjoyed peaceful early mornings and late evenings enjoying beautiful sunrises and evening ocean views in peaceful surroundings. The large dining room table and outdoor space were hits, as well. The home was spotless, immaculate and well-stocked. Communication was timely and helpful. Our top VRBO experience. We hope for a return visit.

Beverly's Beach House is a spectacular place to stay. You can't beat the view of Mt. Rainier and the ferries coming in and out, the location is very very convenient to town, yet far enough to be quiet, and the house is quite large and well equipped.
We would absolutely stay here again!
Thanks Beverly!

Second time staying.... definitely coming back again :) Love everything this home has to offer. Amazing location - on the water, walking distance to ferry, farmer's market, waterfront, playground, and the main street. The house is well stocked with everything you need and more. Love it here. Feels like home.

The Beach House exceeded our expectations for our annual retreat! This was the first time our group of 8 friends had chosen Bainbridge Island for our gathering and we greatly enjoyed the comforts of this very clean and well equipped family home. The views were amazing; the house had a terrific kitchen, dining and comfortable seating areas inside and outside.
The 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms were well appointed. We enjoyed the lawn, garden, beach and local walking paths. The house is within walking distance of the ferry and the town center. We only regretted not having a chance to kayak or bike. We plan to return next year!

This house was a dream come true. It was large enough to easily accommodate our family of 10. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. The large dining area was perfect, seating all of us. The bedding, linens, and towels were first rate. The children really had fun playing in the sandy area at the shore. We all enjoyed walking the shore at low tide. Also available to us were kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes. We made a fire with the wood supplied. The house literally has everything one would want. And the location was perfect, a short walk to downtown Winslow. Watching the ferries come and go was entertaining and downright magical at night. The view of Mt. Rainier was stunning. This house is awesome!

We are a three generation group - it truly had everything you could possibly want for all of us ! Linens were plush, kitchen appointed with everything we needed, clean from top to bottom, and spacious rooms for gathering. The BEST part of all though is the beautiful view of Mt Rainer in the moonlight over the water. It was simply breathtaking. Owner was so personable and helpful with the questions we had. We will be back !

Our family consists of my husband, son and wife, son and girlfriend and myself. Ages 60-24.
We all absolutely loved the home, location, island and towns of Winslow and Poulsbo. The ferry was fun…had to learn ferry time! We would love to come back if we get the chance. We are from Mississippi, Georgia and Missouri and had such a great time just being at the house in addition to the surrounding trips we took. Everything in details of the home are not enough to describe the warmth of the home and beauty of surroundings. I want to say thank you to the owners for the greetings and friendly welcome. Anyone wanting a great family adventure will be glad to be here. It is for all ages.
