This 2 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental in Redington Shores is only a few steps away to the gorgeous white sand beach (about 100 feet). Take a refreshing dip in the gulf front heated swimming pool and jacuzzi or wind down reading a book in the cabana. Fire up the BBQ grill for that fresh catch or burgers and enjoy the picnic area. Come home to a large, open master suite with a king-size bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. You won't miss a game with cable TV and stay connected via the internet during your stay on the beach. Beach chairs and all linens and towels are provided. A washer and dryer are located inside the unit for your convenience and the building offers an elevator.
Redington Shores is just a 10-minute ride on the beach trolley to John's Pass Village, a large marina, shopping, and dining complex that offers a variety of water sports rentals, casino boats, and dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. Ten minutes to the north, you'll find another marina and a variety of shops and restaurants at Clearwater Beach, also home to the Clearwater Aquarium, the residence of dolphin movie star Winter from Dolphin Tale. For a taste of city life, nearby downtown St. Petersburg, a 20-minute drive from the beach, is home to several world-class art museums, including the renowned Salvador Dali Museum, and popular attractions less than an hour's drive away include Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and the Florida Aquarium. For day trips, Orlando, Disney World, and Sea World are a 90-minute drive and both the Tampa International Airport and the St. Petersburg-Clearwater Airport are within a 30-minute drive.

We arrived at our VRBO to find that it appeared still be occupied. There was someone else's mess left in the room along their personal items. The place was run down and filthy. The bedding had not been changed amd the bathrooms and kitchen were a mess. The host was slow to respond and VRBO directed us to book elsewhere and be reimbursed. NowNeither VRBO or the host will respond and I was not reimbursed. Avoid this host!

Thank you for a wonderful time! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our family vacation and more. The building is very well maintained and well located in a quiet area. There's a lots of activities to do nearby. The pool is super clean and never busy. Communication with our host was quick and easy. We recommend this condo without hesitation.

I can not say enough good things about my stay at the San Remo condo. It was clean, updated and the perfect location for a great beach vacation for the family. They provided a fully supplied kitchen to make dinners for the kids. The second bedroom had toys and games to entertain the kids on a rainy afternoon. The storage unit was well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. The pool was right by the beach which made it easy to entertain the kids while still enjoying listening to the waves. This was one of the best condos I have been in on the gulf coast for a reasonable price. We will definitely be coming back!

We chose this property because of its location to the beach and spaciousness. The property was accurately described in the listing. We had more than enough room to accommodate our family of four comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the on site storage had everything we needed to enjoy the beach, which was steps from the back of the property. The beach wasn’t crowded at all during our stay. The pool was very nice with plenty of chairs and a covered area.
Communication from our hosts was also great. We’ll definitely visit again!

We stayed here from 10/1-10/9, the place is clean and walking to the white sand beach . Everything is close by driving distance. We enjoyed a lot as a family.

Nice stay
Nice stay for a family vacation. They condo had a “homey” feel to it with everything you could need for the beach. Well supplied with towels and bedding. The condo was clean and you can tell the owners have put effort into making sure you have what you need. The mattress were too firm for us and couch was in rough condition.
Beach and pool area were great. The pool was at a pleasant temperature and hot tub was relaxing.
We would recommend this place and stay here again.

Great condo!
We had stayed at a different condo in the same building (San Remo) and this one was better because it was impeccably clean, comfortable and family friendly. The hosts had a closet of beach toys/chairs/umbrellas and ample beach towels. They had numerous games and books for all ages. We'd love to stay here again.

Red Tide
We were disappointed with our trip because of the Red Tide. And disappointed in the building and it’s upkeep. Doors into the building and pool area didn’t work half the time, it appears no maintenance is done around the pool area. We spent all week there beachside the beach was not cleaned not once all week until Friday evening. We understand Red Tide but no effort was made all week to clean it up. Our unit had roaches and this was the biggest disappointment.

Lovely get away
This property was nicely updated in the kitchen and had a view to the ocean from the balcony/patio. Easy access to the beach. Great seating and all the kitchen utensils needed to cook.

Perfect place on the Gulf
We stayed here from 6/23 to 7/2. Booking was a breeze, all details were sent prior to arrival. Condo was clean, and perfect for the 5 of us. It had everything you needed for a great vacation. Stores, restaurants, 711, gift shops, John's pass all on the main strip. Try the stromboli at Beach pizza, it's amazing, and the Brownie sundae at the Candy kitchen. The pool was fabulous, and the beach was paradise. Parking was good, the price for 9 days was affordable. The bird sanctuary next door was fun. We had some time to kill before we had to be at the airport so we went and walked through Florida botanical gardens, it was beautiful. Great vacation, awesome memories!

Amazing stay at San Remo!
We had an amazing vacation at Alena’s place at the San Remo! The condo is clean, beautiful and had everything we needed for our family! Our kids loved the pool and beach. Relaxing Beach Time
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit has all you need for an enjoyable beach vacation including beach towels. The pool was well maintained and the beach in this are is wonderful. Beach chairs are provided but they are definitely showing their age. That would be my only complaint and it is a minor one. Alena was great to work with and always responded quickly to any questions. All in all it was a wonderful week at the beach!

Loved the Location
It was clean and quiet. We really liked having a balcony where we could have coffee or a glass of wine. The only things that were problematic for older people- living room chairs were too close to the ground making it difficult to get up. It would have been nice to have a walk in shower. These are minor inconveniences but would be nice to know in advance.

Great!!
We had a lovely stay; the condo was perfect for the 3 of us. We did run out of hot water a couple of times, so just space your showers and don’t take them when lots of other people in the building are.
The beach access is great and the pool is refreshing. We highly recommend this condo!!

Relaxing Vacation Condo
We enjoyed our stay at this San Remo condo. The unit was well equipped and in good condition overall. The pool area was nice and relaxing. The sunsets were spectacular!

Great family vacation!
The condo was super clean and perfect for my wife and I and our two small boys. It had all kitchen utensils, supplies, and cookware we needed for our stay. It had 4 beach chairs, coolers, and an umbrella for sitting on the beach. We took a collapsible wagon to transport all of our gear to the beach. It isn't far from the beach, but we would have had to make a few trips back and forth to get all of our stuff down to the beach.
The owner was amazing to work with. She answered every question quickly and made sure we were happy and had everything we needed.
We had such a great time, we didn't want to go home!

Very nice apartment
We had a great time at the Reddington beach (building is right on the border of Indian shores beach). This was our first time in this apartment but second year in a row at the same beach spot. Last year we stayed across the street. Beach is absolutely beautiful, quiet and not busy at all. Sandbar is super close too, we swam to it every day. Water is clear and warm. We love it there. Pool and hot tub were also great. We appreciated the bathrooms at the pool which were super close from the beach. Also the outdoor showers to wash off the sand. We grilled few times, there are 2 charcoal grills in the pool area. They worked great. Apartment was very nice, updated and clean. Beds were comfortable and even the sofa bed was fine. Kitchen is so beautifully done, stocked with dishes, pots and pans and cooking utensils. We cooked breakfast and lunch every day. If there was anything we were missing, Dollar tree is only about 9 minutes drive away. We got some grilling tongues and brush there cheaply. Walmart is not even 14 minutes away, we made couple trips there too. Apartment had plenty of beach towels and 4 beach chairs that we used every day. We purchased a canopy from Sam's club on our way and it was the best investment, we had a perfect set up on the beach every day. There are couple umbrellas in the apartment too but we never used them. Plenty of towels and extra bed sheets, pillows and blankets in the walk in closet. Very nicely updated and decorated condo located on the second floor. Only suggestion is to update the balcony sliding door in the future, we mostly used the bedroom door to get on the balcony. There are plenty of restaurants, we only went out once to the Conch Republic which was very good. Seven Eleven in within a walking distance, may be 3 minutes away (if you run out of beer). If you are coming with kids, there is also a playground about 3 minutes away. And Ice cream store across the street. We really like the area.
Alena was easy to communicate with and replied quickly when I emailed her about availability and booking. Overall, we were very happy and would absolutely stay in this condo again.

Loved it!
I was impressed with the whole place as soon as I arrived. Alena couldn’t have been more helpful when I had questions about things. Answered almost immediately. There is a 7-11 within walking distance which was great when you just needed a few things the condo has so many things: beach towels,a large cooler on wheels for the pool or beach and a couple of smaller ones. More than enough bath towels, beach chairs also. Even a beach umbrella which we got a lot of use of. There is one fan which I always need for white noise. The beds were very comfortable we all slept great. I really enjoyed sitting out in the morning with my coffee watching the birds at the bird sanctuary next door. I have rented many condos over the years and this one is top on my list. Will definitely be back and recommend to everyone. Thank you again, Alena for a fantastic week.

Great place in great location
We stayed at the condo for a week in early May. The place is equipped with everything you might need for a relaxing vacation. It’s newly renovated, very cozy and clean. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils to make a home cooked meal. A couple grills are also available in the pool area for those who want to grill. A quiet neighborhood, a clean beach, and within walking distance to a store and some nice restaurants. Would highly recommend for either a family vacation or a couple romantic get away

Perfect relaxing getaway!
We stayed at this unit for a week and love it! It was super clean and close to a lot of restaurants and activities as well as the beach. Loved the pool and hot tub as well! Alena was super helpful with anything we needed or questions we had. Would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Pleasant stay
We had a great experience! This place is comfortable, cozy and has everything you need down to the last detail. It's in the great location, steps away from a beautiful beach and heated pool. Lots of things to do and see within short distance, from pristine nature in the state parks to museums and other city attractions. There is a bird sanctuary next door and a variety of nesting birds can be observed right from the balcony this time of year. Spectacular sunsets to watch every night!

Outstanding unit with everything you need for a fantastic beach vacation.
We have had the best week here in their condo. With beach towels, beach chairs, kids toys, spices all appliances you need to make it a real home away from home. On top of that the pool was great the beach was amazing, sunsets were breathtaking and we can't wait to come back next year.
