This exquisitely remodeled Ski-in / Ski-out condo is located at the base of Park City Mountain Resort. It is just a few steps from the First Time and Eagle lifts and you are able to watch the skiers from almost every room and patio in the condo! The condo is beautifully decorated and has so many special amenities you will never want to stay anywhere else! The elevator opens to the locker room where you store your skis or snowboards and then you walk out the door and on to the lift. When you aren’t enjoying a myriad of outdoor activities, you can relax on cozy leather sofas as you sit by the fireplace and watch the huge 64" 4K Television. There is a gourmet kitchen or you can use the electric smoker or the gas barbeque on your private patio to create the perfect meal. Stop for lunch or hot chocolate and then get back on the hill. Don't feel like cooking, just walk a few steps or ski to one of 20 the restaurants on the property.
The condo sleeps 8 comfortably. The spacious master suite has a king bed and media center and views of the mountain. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed, Flatscreen TV, DVD and ski resort views. The third bedroom has adult bunk beds with a queen on the bottom and an extra long twin on top, Flatscreen TV and DVD. The master bath has a Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower and the second bath has a shower/tub combination. There are additional beds in the form of a queen blow up mattress and a single cot.
There are multiple pools and Jacuzzis, tennis/pickle ball courts and a gym. Complimentary wireless internet is included and you have free underground parking. Laundry facilities are also available. You are located at the Park City Mountain Resort with restaurants, an ice skating rink, alpine coaster, zip line, huge half pipe, sleigh rides, shops, and lots of other things to do. We are located across the street from Park City Golf Course. Park City has world-class restaurants, shopping and spas. We will provide you with discount passes for dining and activities as well as all the resources you will need to make your visit complete!

Perfect place to stay while skiing! We had 2 kids under 6, so we actually ended up driving to drop them off for ski school since they weren’t able to go up the First Time lift. But we could have walked if really needed (and some adults did!). The place was so cozy and well equipped! We loved our stay.

We have stayed at the Snow Flower complex for many years, but this was the nicest and most convenient unit we have ever rented. The communications with the owners in advance of our stay were thorough and their responses to the few minor issues and questions we had during our two week visit were prompt and very helpful. They really went out of their way to make our family and friends feel welcomed in their home. We all enjoyed the easy access skiing experience, nearby hot tub, complete kitchen for cooking, and great space for relaxing in the evening. We had a great time.

Location was great! The lifts were just a short walk from the condo, just as advertised. We had five adults staying in the condo and had plenty of room for everyone. It was nicely furnished, with a cozy fireplace and a well equipped kitchen. There were plenty of extra towels and blankets as well. The heated locker room was so convenient for storing skis as well as other snow gear, and the garage parking was a big plus. Just a note for anyone that might be a light sleeper, they start working on the slopes very early in the morning, and at times we could hear our neighbors upstairs (but that’s condo living). Overall it was a great place to stay, and it fit our needs perfectly. I would definitely stay again!

Great Location with kids
Susan was a great host! Always responsive and the unit was exactly as described. We really enjoyed the flexibility of skiing and taking breaks with the kids sledding out front without the need of a bus ride or car. Highly recommend to families who don't want to rent a vehicle.

Wonderful in every way!
Ideal condo for our family group of six adults. Nicely decorated, very comfortable, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Located right on the mountain it was an easy walk to the lifts and a great view from the condo. Susan was a wonderful host and provided all of the information we needed prior to check in, making our stay a seamless experience. Would highly recommend!

Great condo in awesome location
We had an unbelievable experience in this condo in Park City. It was exactly as advertised and was in a great location right at the base of the lifts. Susan was great to deal with...we had an issue at the beginning of our stay, but she took care of it immediately and made things right in a very professional way. Right on the slopes! Great communication with owner. Pool was 102 degrees as promised (in February). Happy to find paper towels, garbage bags, and a few other things in the condo,. Had a rental car, but used Lyft to get in/out of town for dinners. Comfy beds. Cozy fire. We had a fantastic vacation.Thank you Susan!!

Fantastic true "on the mountain" condo, with pool and hot tub in the complex. Clean, modern, well furnished, firm beds, modern bathrooms, etc. Lift tickets and first lift literally 100' from the building! Main complex for ski rentals, etc. a short walk. Can't be beat!

Great family vacation!
True ski-in, ski-out location at the base of Park City Mountain right next to the First Time and 3 King’s ski lifts, perfect for Thanksgiving week since they were among the only lifts running. Lift ticket office nearby and short walk to ski rentals. The condo was very comfortable with a nice view of the slopes. A beautiful gas fireplace kept the house warm. Perfect spot for a family vacation!

This condo is a great location for a group ski vacation in park city. We had a family of 6 - plenty of room and easy access to the slopes.
Best things about this condo:
Location was perfect. You can easily put your skis on and get to two lifts including beginner slopes. Easy to stop in for a break or lunch. Location in the condo complex (building 2) is also convenient to the hot tub and pool.
The kitchen was the best equipped of any VRBO I’ve stayed in. Variety of pots/pans as well as all the basics provided.
The owner provides very detailed instructions about how to work everything in the unit and is quick to respond to any questions.
Other:
It would be nice to have a washer dryer in the unit, but there is a coin laundry room just outside the front door.
Also, I was glad we had a vehicle. There is a free shuttle around town but I wouldn’t say anything is within walking distance without the shuttle. The garage is enclosed and very convenient with elevator access right to the condo and plenty of carts for taking stuff.
Overall a great choice - especially if true ski in / ski out is the priority.

Nice condo that had all the extras. Kitchen was well stocked but poorly organized. Closets were full leaving a little room for visitors things. Fan in the fireplace is quite noisy we think it might be going. Ski lockers work great! True ski in ski out! The grill was very nice and we had some great steaks while watching the skiers shush down the hill.

Stayed for a week with 5 adults and 2 children under age 5. The location was amazing (especially for the little ones). Just step outside and the lifts are right there. Apartment was great. Kitchen has everything you would need. There are really nice TVs in every room. There was underground parking which was really convenient. Only thing missing was a crib/pack-n-play for the one-year-old but that was easy to rent for the week. Lastly, the owners were great. They are really quick to respond and provided a lot of extra amenities that you don't normally get (boot dryers, humidifiers, coupons for discount rentals etc...). Thank you Susan!!!

LOVED this condo! The location alone was better than any other ski in/out we’ve been to. Literally, steps to the lift. The condo itself was excellent. It was so well-equipped with everything (and more!) that we needed....kitchen had everything, bathrooms were exceptionally well stocked, bedrooms had more than enough pillows and blankets for everyone, plus lots more, etc! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I have been a repeat customer of this particular Snow Flower condominium for the last three years. Our goal was to find a nice, comfortable, clean, ski in/out place to stay for me and for my family. We hit the jackpot with this one! The condo had all the amenities we wanted, plenty of room for us to spread out, and allowed for individual privacy when we needed it. (It has 3 bedrooms, which worked out perfectly during a recent girls' trip). The condo has a lovely view of the mountain and is just steps away from the ski lift (but far away enough that noise is not an issue). After a day on the slopes, we have enjoyed jacuzzi time (also steps away from the condo), movie time (in the condo), and have taken full advantage of the fully appointed kitchen. We have also spent time reading on the balcony which faces the slopes; taking it all in. Additionally, there's a workout room and a laundry room, which we make use of during our stay. The owners have made it very homey, and exactly what you would hope for when vacationing at a ski resort, which is why we keep coming back. It is also very close to town, for dinners out or just walking around. (The owners provide helpful dining 411 and other useful information for guests, and are responsive to any questions as well). Regarding dinner out, make reservations early if you have any particular restaurants in mind). Overall, a positive experience which is why we keep coming back.

This was the perfect sized rental for our group of five. Make no mistake, this is a true ski-in/ski-out with a convenient locker on the first floor walk-out for our skis and equipment. Step outside and watch the boarders and skiers in the half pipe.
The free local bus (blue 3) is right around the corner. Perfect for trips into town or other nearby resorts.
Unit was clean and accommodating. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to make your meals. They even supplied Tide for the laundry room. Very convenient for a week long stay. Warm and cozy fireplace is a nice treat after a day on the slopes. Netflix was a nice option.
The binder of unit info and local restaurants is a nice touch. Plenty of extra towels for the bath and nice pool/hot tub are available. We even used the exercise center.

Incredible Property and Location!
We loved this place! What an amazing location - right in the most convenient building (2) in Snowflower Condominiums, with a balcony looking straight over the "first time" ski lift with ski in/ski out capabilities. This lift is a great for starting your way to exploring the rest of the Park City and Canyons mountains.
The condo itself is completely remodeled and modern but with a cabin style vibe. All the appliances were new and clean and worked perfectly. There is also tons of storage. The bed was really comfortable. The fireplace is really nice and warms the entire place! We spent so many nights curled up by the fire with cheese and wine watching the snow fall outside.
We bought groceries on the way into town and made breakfast and lunch ourselves, only dining out for dinner (the restaurants are amazing!!) There is also a state liquor store with fine wines close by, but we also brought some of our own.
The condo is very close to downtown, about 1 mile from the shops and restaurants. We would have walked in warmer weather but used Uber instead, which was very easy and convenient! The Uber drivers always arrived so quickly we could barely make it downstairs by the time they arrived. When you call them tell them you're in Snowflower Condos out in front of building 2.
We rented skis/snowboard so we didn't have to pack and check our stuff. The equipment arrived at the condo perfectly on time and found us easily.
The place is also really quiet, you couldn't really hear neighbors.
There is a convenient ski locker room downstairs through which you head out to the slopes. Plenty of underground parking.
We love this place so much we didn't want to come home. Best condo and location in Park City as far as we can see! We'll be back for sure!
