Enjoy this newly renovated, beachfront condo!! Seacrest gives you relaxation from the hectic lives we all lead. Picture yourself watching dolphin play in the Gulf while overlooking beautiful water and white sugar-sand beaches, basking in the sun, feeling the warm breezes, or just people-watching. Who could ask for more? Enjoy beautiful sunrises and AWESOME sunsets while sipping on your favorite beverage with friends or your loved one. Tropical landscaping around the pool with a gazebo and ceiling fan to escape the heat and sun. After fun at the beach, take a cool shower on boardwalk before entering the pool or hot tub. For convenience, bathrooms are at pool area.

Half of my rentals are repeats & referrals. Come see the difference from other condos. Professionally decorated and tastefully put together is one reason to come here to enjoy the beauty and serenity of a well-deserved vacation. Couples and small families are welcomed. Let the kids sleep in built-in bunk beds in hall with a pocket door for privacy.

You can do laundry with a top and bottom washer / dryer. Please bring your preferred detergent.

The bedroom has a queen mattress and box spring. There are plenty of blankets and thousand thread count sheets to make sleeping-in a luxury, but with so much to see and do, you can sleep when you return home. The sofa pulls out to make a queen sleeper with 2 inch foam topper to make your sleep restful and enjoyable. All linens are provided for the bedding arrangements.

In the mornings drink your coffee from 2 new rocking chairs or sit at the table and chairs on the balcony. Watch for dolphin early am and late pm and they will show off jumping out of the water as they feed on the schools of fish.

In the evenings, take in the gorgeous sunset and walk on the beach searching for sand crabs with a flashlight.

The beaches are calling you whether you get in the water or not. Enjoy the sunshine and fresh air and all the wonderful sounds the Gulf of Mexico has to offer. Take an early morning walk, pick up seashells that washed in overnight, or just take in the sounds of the gulf rushing into shore. Whatever you decide to do will be the best experience.

All the comforts of home & free wifi/internet for those that need to stay connected. There are 10 beautiful golf courses in area, chartered in-shore and off-shore fishing. Shop til you drop at Tanger Outlet Mall in Foley just minutes away. Close to restaurants and amusement parks; Waterville (water park), miniature golf for entire family, Gulf Shores Zoo made famous by Hurrican Ivan; movie theaters and Wal-Mart down Hwy 59.

The Wharf at Orange beach has live entertainment at the amphitheater and a Ferris Wheel. Enjoy shopping at unique shops while there. Also in Orange Beach, check out Bear Point Marina for the best dolphin cruise. All age groups will enjoy this. Make reservations before going.

Spend the fall at the beach for cooler weather and not so crowded beaches. The Shrimp Festival in October has vendors with arts/crafts, paintings, and lots of great food/seafood. Live bands on 2 stages for great music.

The property was very nice and cosy! It was decorated great and not ‘over the top’ as some units can be. Kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes, etc. View was amazing! Owners were so easy to work with and very responsive to any questions sent!

We absolutely loved our stay! Condo was everything that it pictured and more! We had great communication with owners, the Condo Building/Pool areas were clean and up to date and the location was ideal. It’s a great spot.. short walk to the beach, the showers to wash sand off were great, and it’s close enough to make trip into restaurants and stores but far enough to forget you’re in the city. We will definitely recommend to friends and family, and stay again.

Our family had a wonderful time staying in this condo for our summer vacation. The unit was clean, quiet, and well-equipt. The pool area, beach access, and balcony were wonderful. Listing details and photos were spot on and the owners were helpful and responsive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo at Gulf Shores! We wanted to try somewhere new for Spring Break and this was perfect. The balcony looking over the beach was the best. You could sit in the rocking chairs and just listen to the waves and watch dolphins. The place was clean and immaculate. Check in and out process was super easy compared to other places we have stayed. The location was wonderful and close to lots of great eats and shopping! We are so happy we chose to stay here.

This is a great place away from the busyness of town, but close enough to get to things easily. It has a great patio with an ocean view and beach access. A little tricky to find among the many condos lining the street. Also, bring everything you need including dish soap and coffee filters. Great place for a getaway!

The place was very clean and location was excellent . Loved the balcony overlooking beach and ocean where we saw dolphins in the morning . The pool and the beach was never too crowded . My kids loved the bunk beds . Would definitely visit again !

A week after we returned from vacation we received an email from owner saying we were being charged extra money for cleaning fee on top of the original prepaid amount (which included a cleaning fee). She said it was because of garbage and sand. I asked to see the picture's her cleaning crew sent her. Because they are the ones who requested $$ because of additional cleaning they had to do. The pictures were of some sand on the outside balcony, a small amount of trash left in the bathroom trash can, a blanket on the couch with a water cap on the living room table and the bathroom tub was dirty due to a slow draining drain. None of this was excessive. Its a beach house.... so sand should be expected. So I guess the cleaning people don't clean the tub or wash blankets every time someone leaves?? I've stayed at many beach condos over the last 23 years and have never been charged an extra cleaning fee. We are not messy people. So if you want to stay here then plan on sweeping, mopping and pretty much detailing things so you won't be charged extra. Just so her cleaning crew doesn't have to do anything....

The walk to the beach was shorter than we could have ever expected. All the guests at the condo were super friendly, we had the best week. Our condo was very nice and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were a life saver!

Great ocean front condo. It was a nice property and we enjoyed our stay. The view from this condo was perfection. We would have loved some curtains that weren’t sheer so that we could’ve slept in a bit in the mornings, because as soon as the light came through, the kids were up and ready to go. Not a big deal though for just a few nights. It had a great coffee maker and we found fresh ground coffee at the little market down the street. The kitchen had everything we needed. Overall, the location was amazing and close to everything, and for the price and the view it was great!

The photos are accurate, but I think it's even better in person. The building is kept very clean and it is very safe. Actually the Gulf Shores area is a safe place to vacation. Everything that you would expect, kitchen essentials, ample towels and tastefully decorated. Having the washer/dryer and Dishwasher was great. The queen size bed was comfortable; along with the million dollar view to the beach. It was quick to get from the condo to the beach. We would leave our chairs and towels at the beach, come in for a light lunch and go back out. We didn't go into the pool - the beach was perfect for us but I want to mention there was a pool company that would come by almost daily to clean the pool. We plan to go back. This place was perfect for us. It is located about 1-1/2 miles from the business/shops of Gulf Shores.

We loved how quiet the condo was. We didn’t hear any traffic noise. Perfect location, walk 5 minutes to the Wave grocery and supply store. Next door is the Beach House restaurant. Great food! The condo has all the amenities you need. Bring or buy extra TP, garbage bags and dish soap. Having 2 elevators means no waiting for one! Great place!

The property was just as described. Clean and comfortable. Great view of the beach and ocean, from the balcony and also from the living room. The weather was very windy and cool. Red flags flew on our second day. But we found plenty to do in the area and still enjoyed our trip. We would stay there again.

SUPER convenient location. Easy access to the beach. Very clean condo and owners super responsive. It was myself and my 7 year old daughter, she LOVED the bunk beds. We had plenty of room. Beautiful view of the gulf. Will definitely book this condo again in the future

What a quaint little condo, complete with everything we needed. The view of the beach and ocean was wonderful! It was quiet, great for an older couple like us. The balcony from the condo was great! Rocking chairs and all. We loved our get away, hope to stay again sometime. Thank you!
